This is a 5 star review given on David and the Company for his compassion for detail and accuracy for his work and getting it right the first time . I had called a few places to check prices for printing a Black and White Tai Chi design on our own t-shirts . David was very specific on his questions with me as to the app used and all to ensure that once the app was to be enlarged to its actual size that it would not be distorted once on the shirts we had and we had shirts in sizes from xs - Xl they had to look right . David was the only gentleman that asked me detailed questions prior to giving me a quote for the job and with this and his professionalism I knew this was the right place where I could have my friend get her t-shirts printed and know they would turn out great . Well my friend Jane took the t-shirts in and met David and she said he was very nice and was very happy to be able to get her t-shirt order within a week which was great as she needed them for her event . The t-shirts were picked as they were ready as promised and I saw them, they look beautiful- what a great job you all did on these . We didn't check each one but wow what a lovely job you did on the shirts and all I can say is - people if you are looking for a place to do screen print shirts or hats or anything they do here , I would not hesitate, David and his team are professional at what they do and what they put out is perfection and the customer service is second to none ! This place sucks, i ordered custom hats on a wednesday, they tell me to pick them up on monday. I show up the following thursday and they pick them up off the ground, after the employee searches for them and steps on them, and they arent done. They tell me to come back friday. I am indebted to these folks! My father-in-law is a World War II veteran, and is very proud of his service. I ordered a hat and shirt from an online place with the name of his ship, a profile of his ship, and his medals on both hat and shirt. On the hat there was also a place where to put "WWII Veteran". But on the shirt, it was either his medals or WWII Veteran. So I selected the medals with intent to take the shirt to an embroidery place to have WWII embroidered onto the shirt. I ordered these several weeks ago, hoping that I'd be able to receive them in time for a dinner we're having with family and my father-in-law tonight (Saturday). Well, the shirt and hat arrived Thursday, and I found them on my doorstep when I got home. Friday morning I called many embroidery places and explained that I needed to have WWII embroidered on the shirt and get it back the same day so that I could give it to him the following night. The answer that I received from shop after shop was "Sorry. We're too busy." But when I called Monogram Magic, after explaining my situation to the gal who answered the phone, she said, "We're really too busy to do that for you today, but hold on and I'll talk to the owner. I'm pretty sure he will want to get you taken care of." Sure enough, she promptly came back on the phone and asked, "Can you be here by at least 11am?" Well, they were all so very nice when I got there. And David, the owner, made sure to work with me to get exactly what I wanted. I'm really impressed with this place. The customer service is great!! I received my invoice via email with the incorrect amount. I contacted David after hours via e-mail to clear up the misunderstanding. I heard back from him in less than an hour (still after hours) and the amount was refunded to my card immediately. I love companies that are on top of it, and quick to correct their error. They do quality work, and I believe their prices are reasonable too.
