This is a 5 star review given on David and the Company for his compassion for detail and accuracy for his work and getting it right the first time . I had called a few places to check prices for printing a Black and White Tai Chi design on our own t-shirts . David was very specific on his questions with me as to the app used and all to ensure that once the app was to be enlarged to its actual size that it would not be distorted once on the shirts we had and we had shirts in sizes from xs - Xl they had to look right . David was the only gentleman that asked me detailed questions prior to giving me a quote for the job and with this and his professionalism I knew this was the right place where I could have my friend get her t-shirts printed and know they would turn out great . Well my friend Jane took the t-shirts in and met David and she said he was very nice and was very happy to be able to get her t-shirt order within a week which was great as she needed them for her event . The t-shirts were picked as they were ready as promised and I saw them, they look beautiful- what a great job you all did on these . We didn't check each one but wow what a lovely job you did on the shirts and all I can say is - people if you are looking for a place to do screen print shirts or hats or anything they do here , I would not hesitate, David and his team are professional at what they do and what they put out is perfection and the customer service is second to none ! Thank you David for helping me and Jane . read more

This place is so friendly and amazing. I thought of a last minute gift to give to my husband 4 days before Christmas. I called Monogram Magic to see if they would embroider a Santa hat and they were able to squeeze me in despite their already busy load. I quickly drove over and was able to pick out a font, visualize it on the hat using a printout, and choose from the various thread colors. They told me I could get it on Wednesday, just in time for Christmas! read more

I just needed a Christmas stocking embroidered and they were able to accommodate my request for same day service. The staff was very friendly and the cost was inexpensive compared to what I've paid to do similar work. What more could you ask for?! Love this place and its close proximity to home. Just called from my new home in Texas, because I have seen beautiful work come from the Orange County, CA Monogram Magic Store. I have not been able to find that calibre of Logo Monogram and customer service combined here. Spoke directly with the owner David, he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Discussed the logistics of a Texas Corporate Logo being sent to CA and having his shop print the shirts and send them back to me in Texas. If you are looking for emphasis to detail and professional presentation for women's dress shirts with a logo embroidered on them. I would advise you to work with this team, regardless of where you live. ~ Lorri Thanos CTC, CTL Texas, USA read more

I launched my clothing line this summer called Love Leigh Apparel. I have tanks, tees, hoodies, and sweaters that I screen print or embroider sayings on. After looking for an entire month for a screen printer that didn't take 3 weeks, with fair pricing, I found Monogram Magic. And they were thankfully and conveniently located only 2 miles from my house! David was very easy and pleasant to work with. He responded to my emails promptly, and when I brought in my designs, he executed them exactly how I asked. I was so happy and excited when I saw my designs come to life. Every shirt was perfect. I would absolutely recommend using him whether it's for 1 top or 1,000! read more

I am indebted to these folks! My father-in-law is a World War II veteran, and is very proud of his service. I ordered a hat and shirt from an online place with the name of his ship, a profile of his ship, and his medals on both hat and shirt. On the hat there was also a place where to put "WWII Veteran". But on the shirt, it was either his medals or WWII Veteran. So I selected the medals with intent to take the shirt to an embroidery place to have WWII embroidered onto the shirt. I ordered these several weeks ago, hoping that I'd be able to receive them in time for a dinner we're having with family and my father-in-law tonight (Saturday). Well, the shirt and hat arrived Thursday, and I found them on my doorstep when I got home. Friday morning I called many embroidery places and explained that I needed to have WWII embroidered on the shirt and get it back the same day so that I could give it to him the following night. The answer that I received from shop after shop was "Sorry. We're too busy." But when I called Monogram Magic, after explaining my situation to the gal who answered the phone, she said, "We're really too busy to do that for you today, but hold on and I'll talk to the owner. I'm pretty sure he will want to get you taken care of." Sure enough, she promptly came back on the phone and asked, "Can you be here by at least 11am?" Well, they were all so very nice when I got there. And David, the owner, made sure to work with me to get exactly what I wanted. I came back at the end of the day to pick up the shirt, and it's PERFECT!! My father-in-law is going to be very emotional when he sees this. Thank you Monogram Magic!!! I wish there were more caring people in the world like you guys! Dr. Rod Kurthy read more

I'm really impressed with this place. The customer service is great!! I received my invoice via email with the incorrect amount. I contacted David after hours via e-mail to clear up the misunderstanding. I heard back from him in less than an hour (still after hours) and the amount was refunded to my card immediately. I love companies that are on top of it, and quick to correct their error. They do quality work, and I believe their prices are reasonable too. I'll definitely be returning, and would highly recommend. read more

Great Customer Service! I need to get the name of my son put on his t-ball team hat. I only needed one and basically needed it before game day Saturday. I accidentally found their location while trying to find another embroider that was around the area. So glad I did. The lady at the front was so warm and kind. I let her know the situation and wanted to get an idea for pricing. She went and talked to David the owner, who said he could do it and it was at a fair price for a rush. It was ready the next day! My son was happy and so was I. Glad I found an honest place that cares for it's customers without taking advantage of them. Keep up the good work MM team! read more
