For plain documents on a white 110 lb paper (great for name cards or set menus). There is rarely a line when I go I was actually surprised to see the negative reviews here! If a print ever comes out bad, they can just reprint it for you on the spot. Great service every time!

One person in particular, Brittany, consistently has an attitude, she rolls her eyes, huffs and puffs when you ask a question, and generally makes the interaction uncomfortable. I spend about $200 on printing for work weekly, which is standard for me, but any time I ask something, she acts as if its an inconvenience. At one point, I asked if I could quickly grab something and pay for it, and she responded with "fine" and walked away. Later, another employee at the register was extremely kind and even told me about some coupons that saved me $15 , something Brittany never mentioned. When I returned the next morning to pick up my already-paid-for prints, I was the only person in line. I smiled, said hello, and let her know I was just picking up my order. All she had to do was hand them to me. Instead, she looked at me, said "It'll be a while," and walked away to assist another customer who was making holiday cards. I stood there confused until even the woman she was helping said, "Oh, just give them to her, I'll be a while." Brittany rolled her eyes, grabbed my prints, and handed them over without a word. Her attitude is consistently unpleasant. This isn't a one-off experience, she is always rude, and her customer service is terrible. I won't be returning. I'll be taking my business to OfficeMax, where the staff is at least polite. I understand people get busy, but at minimum, customers deserve basic courtesy. Customer service may simply not be the right fit for her.

On top of that, customer service was lacking, and their monitoring services became more of a challenge than a benefit to us. After reaching out to ECC Technology Services, their team conducted a thorough audit of our setup, consolidated our billing, simplified our supply management, and during the process of replacing all of our output (150+) devices with new Kyocera MFPs and printers, we already noticed the big savings in cost and time from our team. In addition, we are now getting service and supplies seamlessly. They even use a remote management tool that monitors toner levels, meter readings, and device health -- which takes a lot off our plate. We couldn't be happier with the switch to ECC. They're professional, proactive, and incredibly easy to work with. Highly recommend!

When our architect let the controller box get wet we had to replace it. we received it and I didn't know how to get it working with my handyman. We were clueless and did everything wrong but Sean was so patient and calm, and looked at my videos I sent him to help me solve all the ways I got it wrong. I'd fix one thing and another aspect went haywire. My initial phone contact with xavier also was so helpful in helping me purchase the right replacement, but Sean brought in the home run when step-by-step he helped us get it working via his detailed instructions. Every time I bring in my project, she advises me with things that help me tremendously in the process of what I am making . Cynthia T. has this rare combo of being very detail-oriented and deeply insightful. She doesn't just hit print she helps you iterate, refine, and actually improve what you're creating. I walked in with "good enough" and walked out with "far better". Let's be honest--most print department visits are about as exciting as watching a loading bar. Not here though. I genuinely enjoyed every moment, which feels illegal for an errand. Corporate, if you're reading this: give Cynthia T. a raise, a promotion, or at the very least a cape--because she's out here saving projects one print job at a time. 10/10 would come back for both printing and great converstation!

Worst customer service!! I walked in and immediately was told if my Amazon package didn't fit in…read morethe box they would not take it! Mind you I'm coming from Irvine because there Amazon system was acting up so basically I had to go to this store where 2 employees were very unprofessional. One being Asian with purple hair on a register helping out customers and I'm standing over by the Amazon counter. The first one employee I came across as I walked into the store was a manager Oscar, so rude and unprofessional. None tried to help to see if at least my item fit in the box! I took initiative and did the wrapping myself and fit the darn thing in the box!!! So LAZY seriously lazy!!! Not going back to that store!!!!

My small office leased and eventually purchased a copier and scanner from PMI / Flame Point as well, and their service has been outstanding ever since. On my initial contact they asked about my business needs, and matched me with quality office machine from a reputable manufacturer (Ricoh), which has served my office well since 2015 and still runs great today thanks to their excellent maintenance program. Flame Point techs make regular visits to inspect my multifunction machine and perform cleaning and maintenance, including replacing parts that wear out over time BEFORE there is a breakdown. In over four years, with hundreds of thousands of pages processed, there has never been an extended stoppage. On the rare occasion when the machine requires immediate service, Flame Point has provided technicians quickly to get problems resolved. Highly recommended!

I recently needed to have the unit serviced and they sent over a tech. To replace a couple of feed rollers, they charged me $300.00, which is complete gauge. They just lost a client and repeat purchasing customer.
