Great job in sinking from a "Meh 2-star" further down to "Eek! 1-star". Applause for your slime ball services. I got my vehicle state inspection here back in the fall and due to my own laziness also changed my wipers paying premium price for "convenience". I admit it's totally my own fault for allowing them to gouge me $30 for a wiper blade change. The sour taste from that experience faded. I'll admit their location is convenient as stated in the previous review since it's right on the intersection of going on Rt. 9 East and West. Fast forward to Christmas and them being one of a handful of gas stations being open my SO and I decided to just put $10 worth of gas (paying cash) in the tank knowing the price discrepancy from first hand experience. Take a look at the receipt people! It shows that I paid CASH and they adjusted it down to the cash price 10¢/gal less. However I did not receive any change for the difference NOR did I receive the $10 of gas I paid for. My SO was driving, and at this point he just grabbed the receipt without checking being the trusting guy he is, and we were already back on the road. Ok so the difference is minuscule and perhaps I should have had the holiday spirit to let this slide (I know it sucks working on a national holiday). But if he so casually hands me a receipt proving he's skimming off the top, I'm sure it's common practice and definitely don't want my SO coming back here with his car that has a much higher gas tank capacity! This review was for the towing part of the station. Or I should say the guys who own it. Ok...let me tell you the story... *mist starts up* Mandah's mom and I went to the Pumpkin Festival for Camp Sunshine with other Yelpers and had alot of fun. We ended up going to a costume place before going back to where Joey and Mandah's apt is to get her car. We walked over to the parking area where we always park and alas...no car. The state trooper gave us the card of where it was towed to and we called. They told us that yes...there was a red car here and yes they did tow some cars from this certain area but couldn't tell us if it was her car with her license plate #. I said she doesn't know it off the top of her head (like who does???) and she was very upset anyway to remember it if she did. I gave up and he gave us directions. Joe was great and went with us cause it was at night and we had no idea where we were going. We finally got there 45 minutes later and as we walked towards the station there were at least 8 guys sitting around inside the office...2 of them local cops. Talk about intimidating!! We walked in and Celeste (Mandah's mom) walked over to the I guess owner and inquired about her car. He said yup we have it and that will be $116. She gave him her credit card and ...oh no...we don't take cards..CASH ONLY!! ummm you think maybe he could have mentioned that BEFORE getting there???? Wasn't it convenient that there was an ATM machine 4 steps away with a $3.50 charge to use it. I was the only one with a debit card so I walked over there did my business and handed him the money and walked out. As we walked away from the station I watched his face and he looked at all the other guys there and smirked. Then he noticed I was watching him and wiped it off his face. *shakes head*. We had to walk 2 gas stations away down a deserted street to pick up the car. I could care less if he enjoyed the whole uncomfortable procedure but to do that to 2 women at night and not lift one finger to help them is disgusting and the 2 local yokels that were in there didn't make me feel safe or secure. They have cheap gas - I'll give you that. Every time I ask them to fill it up, they don't fill it all the way which irks me - when it is truly full, the car registers that I can drive for 307 miles. When I ask them to REALLY fill it up the car registers being able to drive for 270 miles. Sigh... My husband has our very reliable mechanic look over his 13 year old, low mileage car car every six months. It got a blue ribbon check up. Then he took it to Negoshian's for an inspection - they failed it claiming the tie rods were rotted out and the car was unsafe to drive, and they could give him a quote to fix it. He had had them replaced a year ago! He took it to our mechanic who did an inspection - then showed us the tie rods were fine. We took it to a different inspection station, paid another $29 and it passed with no issues. Bottom line: crooks, or severely incompetent - you pick. read more

I broke down in the CVS parking lot. I called AAA but, it would be considered 2 calls... 1 to jump, 1 to tow. I think I only had 1 call left. I went to the Sunoco. I asked the guy if he could jump me. He said no. I would of paid him of course but, he didn't want my business. Then, I asked if I could use the restroom. He said it was unlocked. It was locked. I asked him for a key, he said someone must be using it. 1/2 later no one comes out... If he didn't want me to use the bathroom just say so! Then, I see a tow truck. I ask the tow truck driver but, he can't help. Tells me to ask the guy the Sunoco to call his company and they will help. I ask Mr. No Help, he gives me directions to walk there. Long story short: I had low expectations, and was incredibly surprised by the quality of service. The long story: A couple weeks ago, I was about to leave a party on a saturday night when I noticed that I had a flat tire. Slow leak, nail in the center of the tire, not a huge deal, just a patch job. I pump up the tire and it's holding air well, so I drive home. Sunday morning rolls around, and I need to get this thing patched so that I can drive to work. Nothing's open except for this place. I'm looking at the 3 stars, and dreading what I'll find. I call them up, and a guy answers. I tell him my story, and he ends up being super friendly! "come on down, we're open and I can patch it for you in 10 minutes" he says. I'm still skeptical, but it's my only choice. I pulled my car in at his direction, handed him the keys, and walked to the dunkin donuts down the street. I didn't even eat there, I just walked back, and by the time I was back (12 minutes tops) the car was parked in the lot with a fresh patch job. 2 weeks later, and I'm not having any problems yet. I'll update if the patch falls out or something, but I don't see that happening. Overall, it was a delight to work with these guys. I'm really sorry they have such poor reviews, and mine probably won't do much. But if you're stuck, don't hesitate to at least give them a call. read more

The attendant let the gas overflow and pretended like it didn't happen. He stop the pump at $38.89. HE DIDNT SAY ANYTHING.. The guy behind me must have saw.... Fantastic full service gas station!! Cheapest gas prices I have been able to find anywhere - Especially for awesome FULL Service! Nice kids pumping gas, even washed my windows without me even asking :) It is wicked easy to get in and out of. Right off of Rt.9. As for the other reviews ...EVERYONE should know their lisence plate # and obviously any business isn't going to give out that kind of information to just anyone. Its not a far walk to the yard to get your car either. It's probably a 2 minute walk. If people took the timd to read the "No Parking" sign, you wouldn't have to complain about the tow charges and atm fees. Always tip your full service gas station attendant!! I have gotten gas from this station for 25 years. During the last two attempted fill ups, I was told by two different guys that my gas tank cover was frozen. Both times I exited the passenger door, lightly pressed the cover, and voila--the cover opened. Last week, one of the attendants closed the tank and said,"no gas for you." Tonight, different guy, same issue. All I wanted was gas and he wanted a conversation. I told him I came for gas only, and he said, "no gas.". A supervisor showed up and stayed the party line. I am done with these guys. They are like the mafia--you just know that there is sleaze somewhere. I guess they do not care about my 100$/month. There are many other local options. Came in to get a TNC inspection, haven't been to this gas station in over a year but I drove here from Dedham because I know they do them here. Pulled up next to the inspection location and rather than being properly directed was rudely waved off by an employee thinking I was there for gas. after rolling down my window and telling him why I was there he told me to go around the corner and wait in a designated area. I waited 20 minutes just for the employee to walk up and immediately tell me he won't do it because the car isn't clean enough. I had a few things on my backseat and he mentioned how my front bumper cover was slightly sticking out as reasons for him to not be able to do the inspection. Rather than trying to work with me , he decided to turn away a customer and I'll most likely never come here again for anything because your service sucks. I could have easily held the items in my back seat, and come on, I've been in Ubers with way worse problems than a bumper cover that doesn't quite sit right. Price wise this gas station has been the lowest in the area. Getty a little way down on Rt 9 was usually same, but not as convenient because you have to head Rt 9 east. Problem has always been the corner location which is tiny and congested. All these factors didn't prevent us from patronizing this station for many yrs. That is until recently when my husband was accosted with a blatant racist gesture by an attendant. He confronted him, but both guys denied it. What a bunch of ignorant losers. The kids that pump the gas are pleasant, but the guys that work inside need some customer service lessons. (This place is also known as Negoshians.) I went there to get my car inspected -- it failed emissions because it was a newly purchased used car -- went back after putting some miles on it and was told to wait 30 minutes because another car was being inspected. Came back, was told the man who was licensed to do the inspection was off at the bank. He got back 20 minutes later and then we were told the machine was down (not sure which machine...). They gave us a card and told us to call back in 20 minutes. I called and talked to someone who only answered with "okay" and "yup" and he told me it was ready to go. I come back to the station and it's not. Seriously?! All I want is to know if my car is going to pass inspection... And you advertise in huge letters INSPECTION. I used to go to this gas station because it was convenient but I will never go again. Their gas prices are misleading. They only apply to if you use cash. The guy that was pumping for me yelled at me asking how much I wanted and I was trying to calculate. February 18th 2015 I was at this gas station around 5 p.m. And I asked the guy for $20 regular come to find out the guy charged my card $56 and denied that he did it my bank account shows that he withdraw 56 dollars on the receipt it says 20 I had to call do in police due to the fact I did not want to have a huge confrontation with them they deny that they took the money out my account now I am in the process of waiting to see if someone is going to withdraw the rest of the money out of my account I will never return to this gas station again they're scamming people for extra money so be careful if you go please use cash.the officer from new in police agreed with me that it is sketchy on what was withdrawn out of my account I will be taking legal action. read more

He actually chuckled and told me not only did they not have a gauge but they did not have an air machine. He suggested I go to the Mobil a block or two away. A friendly young man in a red sox hat was working very hard to get the cars in and out quickly even though he was stuck working by himself during what looked like a very busy day. Twice. Twice (!!!) They have ripped me off in some way. First, I had a flat. No big deal, except I was short on cash as usual...So I called this service station, as I had gotten gas there before and they were the closest to my work...They said they could fix the hole in my tire for $15...awesome, right? Except that when I got there *after* getting it done, they charged me $40. Apparently. they had forgotten to mention the extra $35 for mounting it or whatever...so i started to avoid them. But, sometimes they're the only station close to work open later at night, so I went there for gas..full service as that's all they do. Once again poor, I asked for $20 of regular, gave the guy my last and only $50...and next thing I knew I looked over and the pump was at $35!!! I jumped out, shut off the tank, and was all like, WTF??? The guy insisted that I had said to "fill it up", refused to refund me the additional $15, and thus I had ramen foir the rest of the week. I live less than a mile from this business and have had frequent interaction. A man who I believe to me the owner has often used a gas leaf blower after 9pm to "sweep" the lot; The phone ringer is turned up so loud you can hear it from the CVS next door; some of their tow truck drivers race up and down the local streets like they're evading the police; and there is an overall feeling of arrogance from the towing end of their business. The gas attendants are the only bright spots. I get the impression Negoshian's makes its money from some large local government or insurance contracts because they have always seemed inconvenienced by regular customers. Avoid this place. They advertise the lowest prices for regular but will often fill your tank with high-test which is much more expensive than other stations high-test. It can be about $.20 higher. Most people don't look that closely at their reciept and because the station does the pumping customers don't see what is happening at the pump. When I noticed they told me "some times the pump slips over to a higher grade". I thought $4.19 seemed expensive so I checked other stations. Nearby stations were charging between 3.89 and $3.99. ..................... This place is dishonest. read more
