What a beautiful Nail Lounge. They have several chairs for nails and two separate areas for pedicures. The place is nice and clean they have good music playing and several TVs with just nail art. They have a drink menu and snacks available. We got two techs for mani's and pedi's they were really nice pricing seems pretty reasonable. read more

This place is new and seems clean. They are very kind but I've been two times for a pedicure and both times I was cut. The first pedicure I was left with multiple cut around both big toes that took 2 weeks to heal. The second time the women was drilling on my big toe and drilled down too heavy into the nail bed causing an intense burning sensation that was later irritated by all the other steps of the nail process. I'm not sure who's training them but I think I'm just going back to my old salon that is further away. I can here because it's right by my house but you don't go to get a pedicure and get hurt. First I want to say my nail lady Amy was amazing. The reason I gave it 3 stars is one they charge you an extra 5 bucks in services if you use your card. Next I got the set and free pedicure deal and still ended up paying around the same amount if I went to my nail salon in French Valley and paid for both things. So, if you go expect to pay more, bring cash for your services. Also if you bring a friend make sure they have enough staff to cover the both of you. took over 2 hours for me to get my acrylic nails done. They kept messing up my French tip. I finished at 3:30 and got there at 1:22. I didn't even like my nails, but I had to head out because I had already been there too long. I was stressing the whole time because I didn't like my nails and I have a trip planned in three days. Very disappointing experience Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience at Ellie Nail Lounge. I went in wanting something very simple: brown French tips for my pedicure. Instead, Henry did not do what I asked for and then put white polish over it. The polish ended up looking very thick and messy, and it was nothing like the simple design I originally requested. The experience was also frustrating because I had to explain what I wanted for my manicure 5-6 different times to different people, even though I had already clearly explained it. It felt very disorganized and like no one was communicating with each other. I also noticed that other customers were offered complimentary drinks, but no one offered me one, which made me feel overlooked and like I was being treated differently. On top of that, the music was extremely loud and uncomfortable. The same song kept playing over and over, which made the whole experience even more unpleasant. For the price I paid, I expected much better service, attention to detail, communication, and customer care. Unfortunately, I left unhappy with my nails and the overall experience. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. read more
