She has made significant improvements to my skin, especially to acne, which I have struggled with for decades, and some aging. I do purchase the products she recommends, because my goal is to have long-term skin improvement. However, I have noticed that Nichole is mindful that people have varying financial situations and is helpful in choosing products to prioritize in the event I'm not able to buy them all at once. I wish I could have come here during my teenage years, because at that time I took every acne medication under the sun and saw minimal improvements, while Bespoke has been able to heal my skin and keep it healthy. Beyond the skincare, I want to highlight Nichole's kindness and the way she genuinely cares for her clients. On at least two occasions I've had an appointment after going through some major life challenge and each time Nichole listened as I told her what I was going through and made my facial a place to escape everything that was going on. She also helped ensure the products I was using were appropriate for the situation I was in at the time. I was really pleased with the results. Subsequently, just before COVID (believe fall 2019), I placed an order for another Bespoke suit and Mark took a $1,400 deposit from me. As Covid endured, Mark stop responding to my texts and calls. A couple years went by before Mark and I finally connected. He mentioned he was having some problems with the business and lost some of his key team members. He asked that I remain patient, which I did. Finally, in early 2023, after more messages and texts, he finally reached out and mentioned he couldn't fulfill the bespoke suit order, but he could have two MTM jackets made with the deposit I already had on file. He sent many fabric swatches to me and we finalized the order. By late summer, he went silent again. He finally surfaced in October and apologized and he stated one of the two jackets would be shipped by end of November '23 with the other coming shortly thereafter. To date, I haven't heard another word from Mark. It appears the order was never placed. I'm looking into taking Mark to small claims court to recover my deposit as I really have no recourse at this point. I can't recommend his services to anyone at this point. Really sad as I liked Mark and enjoyed doing business with him. No idea how he can treat good customers this way.

Dispensing with the flashy storefront pretentiousness that is common among bespoke men's shops, Mark has a depth of knowledge on which he drew to help Jim design and construct the perfect ensemble for our big day and the days leading up to it. Mark and his team constructed a classic tuxedo, two sport coats, two pair of slacks, and three shirts. The process was enjoyable and his attention to detail was spot on. Jim couldn't have asked for a better experience, or better outcome. And to top it off, he is still receiving rave reviews on his wardrobe from the wedding week. I had requested a simple casual coat fit expectations, one of which being that the arm hole is…read moreoversized so that sleeves doesn't pull super short and that the body is relative because I am a slime guy. Also that the length of the coat was not to long than hip length. This request took over six months to come to completion, and at the end,I did not have a correct fitting coat and walked away with nothing. Arm hole was too deep which, for those who are unaware this is a problem that cannot be fixed from alterations. Has to be fixed at the point of the jacket creation. We had several fittings that every one of these fittings I specified that the sleeves were pulling too short because of the arm hole at the length was too long to have the body, correct. For the design I have given him references and artists drawings of what I wanted to go to look like. With how the pocket should be where I wanted the hand pockets to be, and then what the general design. Some of my designs were found but mostly ignored and I was told after a couple fitting that there wasn't enough fabric to do what I had requested. Along with there being change that I didn't ask for and often ask to definitely not have. The request was invoiced for 583$, his cost 250 for fabric and 50 other supplies like zipper, only 4 buttons and some sleeve/ 2 pocket linings. Also he was as late to every appointment and did not show up to one at all. He did discount a little after some time. But my balance was still 500$
