Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.

I had some old scrap wood and pallets to get rid of along with an old twin metal bed frame that was bent. I have used these guys in the past for broken TVs and they have always provided a delightful customer experience. You have the options of leaving stuff out on the curb but I couldn't do that because of my HOA. Also, last time I had left a desk that someone snatched up from the curb. So I didn't want to waste their time again. Their technology use is pretty awesome and respectfully as a IT guy I appreciate how it makes billing simple and easy. Of the 4 bids I requested, Wire Genie came in the middle in price but Eric was heads and above in his consideration and scoping of the task whereas many other installers seemed to be guestimating effort. Eric had a number of helpful suggestions both from camera positioning to running lines for future use and he did a phenomenal job on running a POE Doorbell camera behind brickwork and only needing one access cut that, at his suggestion, we put a 2-outlet blank faceplate over for future access/maintenance if needed.
