I was impressed because I've told other medical assistants several times I was not taking certain medications but they never take it off my list. So bonus points for that! Dr. Hebbar was amazing also. He was thorough and took his time to make sure I was up to date on what I need. I didn't feel judged or rushed at all. Michelle then checked me out and made sure I had everything written down as I am forgetful. Overall I loved the experience here.

I went in for a NIT scan, and during the ultrasound, my baby was in a difficult position. Instead of rescheduling or approaching the situation with care, I was asked to try multiple physical adjustments, including drinking water, doing jumping jacks, walking around, and even getting into a tabletop position while she attempted to scan. Despite the challenges, the doctor quickly took a single image and measured my baby's neck, stating it was elevated and immediately told me my baby had Down syndrome. Without offering reassurance, additional attempts, or confirming accuracy, I was told to get dressed so we could "discuss next steps." In her office, she recommended terminating the pregnancy. I was completely overwhelmed and unable to process what was happening. When my husband respectfully asked her to repeat the scan, she refused and became defensive, stating she does this every day. She also refused to allow us to return for a repeat scan on another day. We left devastated and confused. I immediately contacted my OB and sought a second opinion on my own. Within days, another specialist performed the same scan and confirmed that my baby was completely healthy, with normal measurements and no signs of Down syndrome. This was consistently confirmed at every follow-up appointment. My husband later contacted Dr. Naylor, the owner of Pacific Perinatal Center, and explained the situation, including that the appointment had been recorded. He acknowledged the mishandling of my case and told us the office would take care of the $270 bill and that we would not be responsible for payment. Two years later, I was shocked to receive a bill for this visit, which has now been sent to collections and negatively impacted my credit. This entire experience from the alarming and premature diagnosis, to the refusal to re-evaluate, to the lack of compassion, and now the billing issue has been deeply upsetting. The level of care and professionalism I experienced was unacceptable, and the ongoing billing situation has only added further stress. I would strongly caution others to seek a second opinion if something does not feel right. I am so happy I didn't listen to this doctor because my baby boy is STRONG & HEALTHY!

I then brought in my 20-month-old son, who was running an extremely high fever and was visibly miserable, crying, and clearly in need of medical attention. Instead of checking my insurance immediately, the front-desk staff had me complete approximately 15 pages of new-patient paperwork. After I finished everything and waited another 15 minutes, I was finally told that the clinic was not in network with my insurance. This was incredibly frustrating and upsetting because insurance coverage was the very first question I asked before coming in. My sick toddler and I lost valuable time when he needed to be seen as quickly as possible. It would have taken only a few minutes to verify the insurance before requiring me to complete extensive paperwork. Perhaps the doctor provides excellent care, but the staff needs better training on how to handle urgent situations involving young, sick children. There was no sense of urgency, compassion, or respect for our time. Based on this experience, I would not recommend bringing your child here as a new patient without independently confirming your insurance coverage first.

My face also swelled and I lost my voice temporarily. I was seen by Dr. Ho who prescribed a steroid shot and a course of prednisone. Her follow-up phone call after the surgery was also much appreciated. She has a great manner and to be honest, I suffered from very little pain. At my post-op appointment, she was patient with my many questions. I would certainly use her again and recommend her highly.

Doctor Madorin is pleasant, knowledgeable, and as much as I dislike the procedures I go to her office for, I always look forward to the appointment. The second test confirmed the first diagnosis, and she immediately referred me to an oncologist/hematologist. Further tests confirmed I have multiple myeloma and treatment was begun immediately. If not for Dr. Chohan's thorough exam and follow-up things would have gone far differently for me. I'm forever grateful to her.

I went to urgent care, but wanted to follow with my primary, Dr. Hardeep Chohan on Oct 24, 2025. I told her that in the morning I was crying in pain, but my symptoms had subsided after taking the muscle relaxers and pain meds I filled from the urgent care doctor the day prior. I was ashamed to say that I had put off my own health due to a hectic work schedule as the VP of a college, and hadn't been back for a physical or my blood work in nearly 2 years. Since I was there and meeting with her I asked if she could put in an order for me to do my bloodwork and she quickly shut me down. She said "Why are you talking about bloodwork and scheduling a physical? "You are here because of back pain". I was so taken aback by her tone and facial distain. I said to her "Why are you being so rude to me" I then explained to her that since I haven't been to her office in nearly two years I wanted to ask for an order for bloodwork and the last time I was there I asked for a colon cancer screening and the cologaurd never was sent to my house. She got even more furious when I said that the office hadn't sent my colon screening (2 years prior), and blamed me for not following up. I told her that I did call the office to let them know I hadn't received it, and nothing came of it. I once again questioned her tone and asked why she was being so dismissive and rude. She said, "You are rude and talking bad about the staff here". I really couldn't believe her behavior and did say that I was clearly going to have to find another doctor. She said "good" and "we are done here". She walked out. Honestly, it took me so long to write this because of how terrible this experience made me feel. I have a doctorate degree myself. I am an educated person but I was made to feel belittled by her. I can't even imagine someone who doesn't have the strength or education level to feel that they can advocate for themselves against someone like Hardeep Chohan. When I went into her office that day, I was concerned of how I had been feeling the past couple of days and scared considering my brother had a heart attack in his late 40s around the same age that I am now (this of course is all in my medical records that she has). I also had a bad blood panel two years prior and had to do diet changes and return in 4 months (also in my records). I do take personal responsibility that I haven't been back for my physical in 2 years, but this office never checks in or sends remembers and completely ignored my colon screening that was ordered two years prior. After I left that day, I felt terrible. Magically, my colon test came in the mail and I was telephoned from the front desk with my results a couple weeks later. I truly don't want anyone to have to be treated so poorly by a physician.

I never write reviews but felt I needed to after my most recent experience (that's actually been…read moreongoing for 9 months) I had an appointment scheduled for last fall with NP Hamilton and had an issue I wanted to discuss. Shortly before, my appointment was cancelled as she wasn't going to be in the office. I was then rescheduled for the following spring! After calling multiple times I was finally rescheduled for an earlier date. That appointment also got cancelled. Again I got rescheduled and ended up seeing another person in practice. When I finally had my appointment I was told that NP Hamilton was the only person in the office that dealt with my issue, so I was scheduled for another appointment with her months later. When I finally arrived to this appointment (the first of the day) I was kept waiting for 45 minutes and told she was with other patients. This wasn't true as I had walked past her office several times and she was sitting on the computer. I finally had enough and just left without seeing her. I've been a patient of this practice and Wendy Hamilton for a few years and since it's such a pain to change practices I never bothered to make the effort despite her treatment being just average. It's incredibly frustrating (and disrespectful of my health and time) to have wasted the past 9 months waiting for this appointment that she didn't even have the courtesy to show up to on time.
