Dr. Svrdlan is great. You have to wait a while to see her but that is because she is so…read moreoutstanding. Recently, I had some abnormal blood work which was freaking me out so she called me back, talked me down, so to speak, and expedited ultrasound results. I got the results the next day! They did the US right there in the office which was very convenient. That office has very nice, professional staff too. I have had nothing but positive experiences at that office. It's in the old Borders building, which was weird at first, but it is so clean and new.

Horrible experience with this office. This office sent me a mychart message on Friday right before…read morethey closed to tell me I had DVT which is a serious medical issue. They didn't go over the blood thinner at all or even explain how they knew I had DVT. I kept following up to ask questions and they just kept telling me the Dr wasn't in office and would be there tomorrow. Tomorrow would come and the dr still hadn't returned. I asked if I could see a covering dr and was told "they are all in clinic". Why does this clinic not have covering drs?? Especially for an issue as serious as DVT which is a blood clot that can go to your heart and lungs? I have never heard of such. Every other office I've been to at other hospitals would have a dr on call or a covering dr for such urgent matters. It's not like just one dr runs the entire hospital. Then a week later when I finally met with Dr Appleby I asked her why there's no covering drs when she's out and she acted like there should have been. She wasn't apologizing or saying she would look into why I was brushed off after being given a serious diagnosis via a mychart message but had more of a dismissive tone. I asked to see a specialist and she referred me to an office that doesn't even treat DVT. I ended up finding another specialist on my own who told me she misdiagnosed and I don't even have DVT! I will never come back here because it was poor communication AND a misdiagnoses.

Right before Covid I didn't have health insurance but needed a doctor. I found Dr Chaudhary while…read moredoing a Google search and reading her reviews. Her price for a basic exam for cash paying patients was so reasonable my husband and I decided to give her a try and I'm so glad we did. Dr. Chaudhary stays on top of my tests, health concerns, medication and overall well being. She is so thorough at every appointment. She encourages you to ask questions because she wants you to understand your health. I also appreciate the office staff because they always do such a great job with getting your referrals done, contacting the pharmacy and just making sure all your paperwork gets processed. I always lose my lab worksheet, but they never make me feel bad about it. I had two visits before my new Insurance took effect. Once it did, I selected Dr. Chaudhary as my primary care physician. It's a great location, easy to get to off of the 405 freeway, the office is neat, clean and organized. If you need a primary care physician, I highly recommend Dr. Chaudhary.

I've been seeing Dr. Archna Chaudhary for a while now and honestly have had a really great experience. I've been to each of the multiple locations, and all of them are clean and easy to get in and out of. The newer office by the Long Beach Traffic Circle is especially nice. Wait times are very reasonable, I'm typically seen within 5-10 minutes... and to be fair, half the time that's because I'm walking in right at the last minute. As for Dr. Chaudhary, she's been great. She actually listens, takes her time, and explains things in a way that makes sense. She has a good balance of being gentle but also straightforward, which I personally like. I've never felt rushed, and she's open to talking through different options instead of just immediately prescribing something. I've also seen a few of the nurse practitioners and they've all been pleasant. If you're on the fence because of reviews, I'd just say go see for yourself and form your own opinion. I've recommended her to friends and family and would continue to do so.

But, most of all for being the kind, caring, and understanding Physician you were to my Father. From the beginning, you had a knack for making Dad feel comfortable with you. He trusted you whole heartedly, he loved your humor and you made things easier for him to understand. You not only succeeded in getting Dad totally on your side, but you made our entire family feel at ease with the treatments you recommended for our Father. We believe you did everything possible to make his cancer more tolerable and strived for a successful cure, even though he came so late in the game to you. We were so happy to have you as his Oncologist and we would recommend you to anyone that comes up against this horrible disease. Dr. Fathy, Dad's primary care Physician from HealthCare Partners referred Dad to you and you immediately started a treatment plan for him in September of 2015. Even thought our Father was 82 years of age when diagnosed, the small man that he was, he was so very big and strong in our eyes and we know you saw that too. He never complained of pain during any of his treatments and there were many, so many treatments in fact that you called him the six-million-dollar man and he loved that!! Dad had an amazing will to live and take care of our Mother; his wife of 60 years who is plagued with Alzheimer's. You never gave up the fight with him or for us. Dad did 31 rounds of radiation at the end of the year in 2015, Dr. Harsolia was amazing as well and was just as caring. Dad had 3 treatments of chemo at your office and your staff was equally amazing. Dr. Huang his Pulmonologist did the biopsy in September of 2015 and was incredible at moving things along quickly after diagnosing Dad's illness. In July of 2016 Dad had an Endobronchial Resection with a stent placed in his bronchial tube that was performed by Dr. Davoudi at UC Irvine and they were equally as caring with Dad. There were several follow up bronchoscopy's and Dr. Davoudi and his team was also amazing with their follow up care. Dr. Blitzer you always knew when Dad needed blood transfusions or needed to be hydrated again. Although Dad never complained, towards the end, even though he lost his appetite and probably at that time his will, but we didn't give up. Hospice came into play a couple of times, but we all agreed it wasn't the right time and you backed us up. After the last Pet Scan, in September of 2016 and the follow up CT scans, you were so excited to see that the cancer had not spread. It was contained in 1 large tumor and even though he was a bit weak, thin and tired, you gave him the will to push on one last time with the Cyberknife treatment. He tried very hard to believe in the treatment and he tried so hard to eat to make him stronger, but his body didn't want to agree with his mind. We know, without you; your encouragement, laughter, knowledge; and the team at HealthCare Partners that you worked so closely with, our Father Erich Wirth would not have lived as long as he did. Thank you for your focus on Oncology and providing top quality service to patients and their families with lung cancer. Sincerely, IJ
