Dr. Mossinger is the best doctor I had. She is very compassionate and she really cares about your needs. I recommended her to everyone in my household . I love how she really cares about you and listens. She doesn't judge you about your appearance and she happy with for you on small achievements. I had doctors in the past that would tell me you're "obese" you need to lose weight. Dr. Mossinger cares about you and will encourage you not downgrade you. Dr Mossinger's staff were really helpful and efficient. They helped squeeze me into a new patient appointment,which requires extended time.I have had extreme health issues in this past year. I have been coming here for so many years. I always feel like Dr. Mossinger takes care of all my concerns with so much detail and compassion. I am so confused about the negative reviews of her staff, in my experience everyone has been great. I really do feel she takes such good care of me and knows so much about internal medicine. I switched to cal optima in OC and I rolled the dice and picked Dr. Lindsay Mossinger as my new PCP. It's a royal flush! She's a winner. I feel heard and like I am going to be helped. Today was my new patient appointment with Dr. Mossinger. I walked in to a very nice quiet waiting room. Both front desk ladies were on the phone. She then asked me if I had an appointment and checked me in. The nurse then called me to go back. Both ladies were very friendly and pleasant to talk to. The Dr and her assistant Christian came in. Everything I had read about her was correct. Great listener, told me what we were going to try and I was just on board. So, I don't know what all these other negative comments were about the staff before the Dr walked in was talking about. I found all of them to be friendly and caring about me. I have been seeing Dr. Mossinger for about 3ish years now. What an amazing doctor. I am a middle aged female with a lot medical issues lately (and icky medical history), and she has cared for me every step of the way. She's extremely knowledgeable and never judges. She truly loves medicine and her patients and it shows. A doctor who actually listens!!!!! She will take her time with you, as she is extremely thorough. She answers emails through the portal within just a few hours and takes immediate action. My mom called her insurance and changed her PCP to Dr. M because I rave about her all the time! I'm so truly grateful to be a patient of hers. Her front office staff has squeezed me in many times, and even helped me get my prescription filled when there was insurance pushback. This office has been unprofessional and incompetent for a while. I thought I had built some kind of relationship with Dr. Mossinger for the past four years there including giving her Tory Burch silk scarf for appreciation. Therefore, I had been tolerated their poor service for years. Unfortunately, this is the point where I can no longer tolerate. My teenage son had an emergency appointment today at 3:15pm. Both of us tried our best to get there on time due to our busy schedules and we were there 3:15pm sharp. Another patient came a few minutes after us and was called in right after she arrived. The front desk told me her appointment time was 3pm, so she had to be seen first. I questioned how that made any sense after we arrived on time? The nurse popped out of the isle to help front desk to let me know that they have a fifteen minutes policy. I questioned how the fifteen minutes apply to her when she arrived at least past 3:16pm when I was there talking to the front desk? They refused to give me a resonable answer. The nurse told me I can reschedule my appointment after my son and I had waited for over twenty minutes there. I asked to speak the manager, Sarah K . She told me she had no problem letting us in a room, but Dr. Mossinger was really behind. I told her I had no problem waiting, even though my son had to go to work soon, as long as they can do the right thing and arrange for him to be seen before the lady that came after us. Again the same nurse jumped in to tell me they can't do that, she was loud and threatened she would sue me when I started to take a picture of her. More disappointing than these poor service was when they talked to Dr. Mossinger. She played who was ignorant rather than take responsibility to and make the right decision. This is not a worthy place for me and my family. I told the manager Sarah K. that I would like to make a formal complaint but she has failed to let me know the details or refund me the parking expense. read more

Five stars to Dr. Mossinger and her staff. Dr. Mossinger, has been our family doctor for the past couple of years & we're very grateful that she's part of our in network insurance plan. We go in for our annual checkups & for referrals needed for specialist. Dr. Mossinger is a great listener and is very patient. She's also great with my kids/teens & we always feel comfortable during our visits. We also appreciate her staff especially Danielle for being great with my kids. My kids feel at ease when she does their vaccinations. I also appreciate that this office doesn't overbook and we don't ever feel rushed. While she's a great doctor, I think my high expectations of her caused me to push so many things under the rug before I finally left. There seems to be a lack of charting & inconsistency of staff training, so any communication is 10x more difficult than it needs to be. If you value efficiency & accountability, you probably won't like it here. She also never listened to my heart or lungs which was concerning. Staff accused me of "belittling" them for pointing out these errors and asking for a sense of urgency. Manager kindly fixed the error & noted my transfer of care without asking about what happened, so I think they're stuck in their ways and likely won't change. Remember, plenty of other people worked in medicine throughout covid too. Don't go crying wolf when it's your turn to take accountability. read more

Worst doctor office/ nurses ever. These nurses are so damn rude and arrogant. Went to the doctor regarding back pain which I first thought was my sciatica she recommended physical freaking therapy. I went back to her a week later and told her I was still experiencing pain. She told me that I still needed to get the physical therapy. Which I proceeded to tell her I needed an x-ray and an MRI to see what was going on my back because I knew that the pain was a different type of pain that I had felt. Still told me that I needed physical therapy, I had to bring my mom into the office for us to try and convince her that we actually needed an x-ray for my back. Come to find out it was a tumor in my spinal canal, which could have prior been caught a month or two earlier. If she would've just ordered an x-ray or an MRI. Throughout my surgery experience and getting medication prior to my surgery the nurses were so rude to me and to my mom during the experience. If I could give zero stars I would, my nurse case manager even had to call for me because they didn't want to answer my calls and even the nurse case manager said that those were the rudest nurses that she's ever talked to.
