TERRIBLE, DOCTOR! this doctor missed many serious symptoms , she presented. My, beautiful late mother Susan , (as, we were getting ready to switch physicians) after, becoming so ill,rushed by ambulance to longbeach memorial medical center. She was diagnosed with late stage primary peritoneal cancer. It , was so spread ,surgery was not an option. My, mother was diagnosed, 1/4/11, and passed away on 9/15/2012. My, mother fought hard for her life , from her emergency admit - oncology 11:30 pm on 12/30/10- her last breath. My, mother had to endure ,many drains ,both
abdomen,and lungs, chemos, hospital/rehab stays in between treatments. This physician had the audacity to try to place blame on my mother. She was a former respiratory therapist, she did follow his advice, until she was not improving. And, i saw many patients waiting to see him that looked seriously ill. later, found out our visiting nurse whos mother was very ill was seen by him. same complaints. I,dont usually like to place blame and point fingers, however, this enraged , saddened , as well as ruined our family. He, has no buisness treating patients who have a need for spcialized care. He, is slow to refer,run test's, and little follow up. My, mother deserved to be treated better,and without us constantly feel we had to fight so hard for every test, treatment and hospital stay , she required. Find another doctor,and avoid the pain ive endured( daughter/caretaker,and family. My beautiful niece, never got to meet her grandmother. If, dr. (use that term loosely) was. not able to be protected as, a health care partner/memorial provider, he would have lost his license. HORRIBLE! read more
