They're very professional, so very accommodating, and so very kind and nice in the extreme. And... get this.. they deliver! You read that right - they will deliver all over Brooklyn, I believe. However, on the off-chance I am wrong, which seldom, if ever, happens :) - give them a call. By my own admission, I am a very tough critic, so when I praise any business, it's, let's say, noteworthy. You will not regret it - I promise you.

I saw about 20 or so excellent reviews on Google and surprisingly only one here on Yelp. Let me say that John's review here on Yelp is spot on! I decided to call Rightway to get a feel of what they offer and I was both surprised and impressed. Yvette who is the pharmacist picked up the phone and answered all of my questions with finesse, patience and ease. She was also super friendly and reassuring. Not only do they have our needed medications, but they offer free deliveries to folks in the area. Sweet! I had some time yesterday so I stopped in in person and the vibe from the lady behind the counter (sorry I didn't catch her name) and Yvette were just as positive as my phone interaction. Another terrific place on Avenue U.

When I started to run low, I tried to refill my prescription at Walgreens, Rite Aid, and CVS, only to be told that their wholesalers were out of stock and that they should be getting more soon. On a whim, I stopped into Rubin Chemists to see if they had it in stock. Kris, the pharmacist, immediately told me the medicine had been discontinued and gave me the name of a nearly identical medication my doctor could prescribe. When I ran into trouble getting this new medication approved by my insurance, Kris walked me through every step of the approval process, called my doctor, and kept me updated daily on the status of my order. When my prescription was finally approved, I still owed nearly $100 for my medication. Kris instructed me on where I could find an online coupon, which brought my out of pocket expense down to just $10, a even lower price than what I had previously paid for the discontinued medication. I couldn't have better things to say about Rubin Chemists! They treated me with so much concern and respect, kept me informed at every turn, and really went above and beyond what I've come to expect from big chain pharmacies.

Georgia Betton 2 reviews…read more They are not fast and absolutely not friendly. The owner of the establishment is extremely rude and lacks problem resolution skills.I went to this location not by choice but because they are an amazon pick up hub. The location is dingy and it's obvious they are not busy. I went there to pick up my package, his computer system was down, he had no internet service. I asked what is the work around for me picking up my package since I'm traveling tomorrow, and I'm on my lunch break. He advise when he has internet service ( he could not provide a time) being a regular Amazon shopper, I explain I have my Drivers licenses and the passcode so he should be able do it manually, he immediately said no. I left and called Amazon, they advise a hub cannot refuse to deliver your package. There is a process that should be followed if there systems are down. They advise I should return the location with my DL & Code, once at the location the vendor needs to call Amazon Helpdesk, so they can release the package and update the inventory. I follow the instructions provided, I arrived at the location, I didn't even open my mouth, he immediately became defensive and advise he is not doing this, he refuse to call Amazon and threaten to call the police on me. He advise Amazon can come get all there sh!t because he is not calling anyone. He was not interested In a resolution, his ego and need to be right was more important than customers service. Needless to say the owner of this establishment is extremely unprofessional, lack business sense, and does not know how resolve issues he creates. He is technologically ignorant and is not able to follow instructions and work around when experiencing an outage. The location is deserted so I'm sure based on his lack of Customer service he will be out of business soon.
