Terrible experience. This company also operates under tint.mobi. During a mobile tint install, the installer used a blade and gouged my exterior glass, leaving permanent damage that now requires window replacement. The tint work itself was unacceptable -- peeling immediately, debris trapped under the film, poor cuts, and even patch attempts to keep it in place. When I pointed it out, the installer removed the tint and left, leaving me with damaged glass. I spoke with "John," who said he would follow up to resolve it, but I was completely ghosted. The number he texted from is now disconnected. Multiple follow-ups have gone unanswered. I've filed a dispute and am pursuing a formal complaint. I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and workmanship I received from Elite Window Tint. I initially requested window tint installation for the passenger window, driver window, and windshield. Immediately after installation, I noticed visible bubbles on the driver-side window and windshield. I allowed approximately five weeks for the tint to settle, hoping the bubbles would resolve on their own, but they did not. I then contacted the manager/owner, John Collins, directly on his personal cellphone (762-259-9247) to request repairs. A technician eventually returned to address the driver window and windshield tint. However, the very next day, the windshield tint began peeling, leaving it in worse condition than before. Following this failed repair, I repeatedly contacted Elite Window Tint and left numerous voicemails. I also reached out again to John Collins on his personal phone. He assured me that a technician would come to my home on Friday to correct the windshield tint. That appointment came and went with no technician arriving and no communication from the company. Since then, my continued attempts to contact Elite Window Tint and Mr. Collins, including voicemails, text messages, and phone calls, have been completely ignored. This level of unresponsiveness and disregard for a paying customer is unacceptable. The quality of work performed and the customer service I have experienced have been extremely disappointing. I paid for professional installation and instead received defective workmanship and a complete lack of accountability. I scheduled this appointment, despite the bad reviews because I spoke with the owner and he explained that the bad reviews were a competitor trying to hurt his business and that they were currently in litigation over it. Whether that's true or not I dont know. What I know is, I had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday. I called Monday and said tomorrow will be pretty cold, are we OK with my appointment. He said as long as its 32 degrees, its ok, our guys are used to working in the cold. My appointment was 9am. The tech showed up at 10am. Withing 15 minutes he called me and said it was too cold and he couldn't feel his hands and couldnt complete the job. I completely understood, even though it was above the 32 degrees i was told was ok, I wouldnt have been able to do it either. I didn't blame the tech at all. Decided to reschedule for Thursday, yesterday at 430pm and had the car inside all day, warm and dry and that the tech do the work inside. I called at 11am and reconfirmed, my appointment time and made sure the tech would be on time this time and made sure they knew it a dry, indoor, heated environment this and I needed him to be on time. He did some keyboard clacking and said yes, ive got him lined up with a job close so he will be done and to you on time today. 430 comes and goes. 440 I call and get no answer, text and no answer. Call the tech and the call is ignored. 5pm comes, same thing. At 515 I texted the tech and replied and said the company canceled all apps for the day because of the rain and even sent me a screenshot of his empty schedule. Reached out via phone call and text again to the boss or owner and was ignored in both instances. I checked my account and it shows that my job was completed and I have a balance due, fortunately I paid my booking fee with a credit card that only had enough balance to cover the deposit otherwise I have no doubt they would have charged my account. I want to be very clear here, I do not fault the tech at all for either instance. But I find the reviews to be accurate in my case. I wouldnt recommend them at all. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I booked a window tinting appointment for Saturday at 1:00 PM, but because of their scheduling error, the installer was set for 4:00 PM instead. At 2:59 PM, he texted me asking if it was raining. I told him no, and even said I had a garage if needed. After that--nothing. He never showed up. At 4:30, I texted asking for an ETA. No reply. At 5:30, I called--no answer. At 6:00, I texted again--still nothing. Zero communication, zero professionalism, and not even a follow-up on Monday. When I finally called the office, I was told they "usually don't work weekends anyway," and that the installer claimed it was raining (again, it was not). The car was left with overspray and throughout the interior of both cars. He didn't clean the soap off the installed tint. I had to do it myself. The exterior of both cars were left with soapy suds that I hade to wash off. It even left soap stains that required me to go and spend money on a detailer to buff out. One of the cars was left with water staining on the interior that is still there. That same car had the tint tear off the back passenger window the first time it was rolled down months later and they refused to fix it. The owner, Chris, who set my order was very nasty after his Tech didn't finish a job on my car due to rain. I told the tech he could finish my car in my garage but he was adamant about needing to go home because he lived 2 hours away. I was told he would come back the following day to finish the tint job, but I had to pay the full amount although the work wasn't done. I had already paid a deposit and so I wasn't ok with paying for a job that wasn't even 50% complete. Plus, that wasn't the understanding we had as it relates to Elite Window Tinting providing tint services on my car. Chris got very angry with me and told to me to F-off! He then said I stole tint that his tech left at my home. And to make matters even worse, he tried to run my credit card 2 times without my authorization. They ruined the interior of my brand new car and then after promising to refund me they backtracked and stopped answering calls or responding to emails. We used Tint Elite to have our new car tinted. The first individual that came to perform the services took over 6 hours, was on his phone the entire time, and left a mess in our garage. They also did not perform a satisfactory job. The tint lines were crooked/jagged and the tint in the small windows in the front was coming off/peeling off. Since then, the tint on one of the back windows is coming off when the window is rolled down and you can hear a crunch sound. We are now unable to use that window because it makes the issue worse each time. I then contacted Tint Elite for weeks (June 2024) via phone and left voicemails to get them to come repair this since they claim they have a lifetime warranty. The main individual that runs the business said they would cover it and someone would come out at a date/time. Then no one showed up on that established date/time to repair the tint. I attempted to contact them for multiple weeks and they still did not reply. Then I called them from a different number and someone answered right away and they made an excuse that they did not get any of my calls. They rescheduled a repair for December 31st. Again - no one showed up and no one has since answered my calls or returned my calls. Now, I am fed up and pissed off. I have filed a complaint with the Secretary of State, reported them to American Express as a fraudulent business, and am going to report them to Google's business directory. Recently I have hired this company to do Window Tint services for my New Tesla Model Y vehicle. Owner of this company - Chris claimed that they are the authorized dealer of 3M and they can provide quality service for window Tinting, which apparently turned out to be false when I cross-checked with 3M warranty department. Chris provided with a quote for "3M Ceramic IR Series Tint" . Also promised to receive a 3M lifetime warranty for any damages for the tint application. Job was done for the first time on Aug 14th 2023. I have been invoiced on the same day and without my authorization Chris took the money out from my CC . I called up and requested for a different card charging and he accepted it. I should have been given a timeline to pay for the Invoice. Till date, I was not given the 3M warranty certificate after the Job is done . Chris asked me to keep my Vehicle in the Sun for the curing/Drying process for 5 complete days. I know its not the right practice and a false procedure to glue the tint onto my Car windows. But after the work, there were numerous water bubbles and issues with the Film cuts all over the windows. I asked Chris to redo the job due to imperfection. Chris promised that my Vehicle will be taken regardless since the company "Tint Elite" has the warranty registered for its Tint Job with 3M. They did the rework again 2 more times, but every effort was not fruitful and more water bubbles all over the tint. On 12th Oct 2023, after multiple follow-ups from my side, Chris asked for pictures of my Vehicle with irregular water bubbles which he needed to submit to 3M company for approvals. Again after multiple follow-ups from my side, Chris said 3M has approved to reapply the Tint with higher version "Crystalline Series" and gave an appointment on Oct 21st 2023 , but no Technician from this company showed up on the scheduled date & time. Poor quality on tint even though I paid for the highest quality film. Rainbow streaks with sunglasses will not go away. Rear window factory tint does not do this so it's not the temper of the glass. Soap streaks left all in my interior and exterior. Gaps on window edge and film. My wife never rolled down the windows during the 10 days, but they are claiming that she must have and that they would need to contact BMW to see if the rollers in the door panels caused the bubbles. Absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life! The guy came out and he cut the window of my brand new mercedes, the tint was bubbling, and there were scratches in the tint they said was glue and would fall off. After the appointment he text me and asked to take me out and I had to stop responding when he was persistant after I told him he was too young. Chris rescheduled the appointment after a week passed with no progress in the bubbling or soap falling off. The guy didn't show and called to tell me the appt will need to be rescheduled due to my parking garage which I went to the engineer and had him personally turn the power on just for me. I let Chris know and he wanted to schedule this guy to come to my personal home. I told him I wasn't comfortable with that and why and Chris agreed with me that he should not come. He also told me the guy was married and the company would not tolerate the behavior and would let him go. I sent all the messages to Chris as directed and he apologized profusely. Had this company come out and do the tent on my 2023 Dodge Charger there was bubbles left on the back windshield I was told they would go away in a few days this job was done April 16th and the bubbles are still there I waited a few weeks and called and was told somebody would come out and fix the tent on my back window and no one ever showed I called three times and was told three different times that somewhere was going to come no one ever showed or gave me a call back with any kind of explanation on why no one has come I do not recommend this company for anyone read more
