Last year, I was referred to Danny from a creditable auto repair shop after my passenger side…read morewindow was broken into. He was nice, quickly ordered and installed after market replacement. Upon completion and inspection, I notice a deep horizontal scratch across the entire window. He apologized, said he would reorder and reinstall. Never heard from him again. I got tired of following up. And that was that. I never did a negative review, I got what I paid for. Fine. However, a few months after he installed the glass, my side door panel separated from the base and is not attached. That I could not take. I never reached out for him to fix it because if he didn't keep his word on the glass replacement that came damaged, why would he fix his faulty install? Now that I'm getting a new car and have time to review after waiting a year for a reply, I Do Not Recommend this business. Do not support this business, especially if you have a luxury vehicle. The money I spent in fixing this after the fact, I could have spent upfront at the dealership to have it done correctly, under warrantee the 1st time.

The booking process was easy, I paid my $50 deposit, and was scheduled the very next day. Nick called me when he was on the way and was there in about 25 min. He was fast, it took him about 45 mins to finish my replacement. Here's where things got tricky. Nick charged me full price. I had to call to be refunded my deposit. So the day after installation I noticed my Bluetooth microphone was not working in my car. I called Nick to see if he did something to it, which he stated "oh yea, I might have cut your mic wire. I meant to tell you yesterday." Not only did he cut my mic wires, he connected it to the window and stuffed the cord in the side panel, trying to cover up his mistake. He then goes on to tell me since I had an aftermarket radio he's not responsible for the damage. But that's not all. Nick popped out my side panels and did not fix them, the installation work is supper sloppy, and today when I took the tape off, part of the sealant came off. I'm absolutely disgusted in the manner my car was left. and to take no accountability for it is insane. I will never ever let this man touch my car, nor will I ever recommend this company to anybody.

Usually, I let my dad handle auto related things for me but…read morethis time I decided to take matters in my own hands and they made the process super easy for me! They were very thorough and quick in responding to my Yelp inquiry. I was aware of all my pricing upfront, all of my options, warranty information and how long it would take. With that, I was able to book immediately online. On the day of my appointment, I DID have a bit of trouble finding the location since I was looking for a storefront that actually said 'Dynamic Appearance' but instead it was inside of a computers, audio & auto type store which was fine- just didn't know what I was looking for. Once I arrived, the guy there was very patient and knowledgeable and once again walked me through all of my options and the pricing information again. He even did a heat demonstration! Tinting took about as long as he warned me for and I was immediately briefed on the aftercare maintenance and my lifetime, nationwide warranty once again. Loved the tint job, didn't leave the inside of my car a mess like people complained about in other businesses. Super pleased with their work! Only CON: Unfortunately, due to COVID I wasn't able to wait inside as there wasn't like a waiting area so I'd suggest arranging to drop-off your vehicle or bringing a folding chair if you plan to sit outside.

I have an almost 14 year old g37 that needed ceramic tint removed since it had gone bad after all these years. I was a little nervous about the tint removal. Only because I know that can be hard on the interior from past experiences. Even though an older car, you still want it to be nice. But the technician did an amazing job. I didn't see wear and tear to the headliner and defroster lines weren't scraped off either which worried me the most. So if you only need tint removed. These are the guys to trust. I also got new tint put on. Which i love! I feel like my car feels new(ish) again to me after all these years. Also the guys are very responsive about getting you in for an appointment. They even tried to get me in sooner when they had openings pop up. So 100% recommend. Sorry car isn't washed, but tint looks great.

He made the recommendation for me to use this company instead, and they sent out Bernard Cook (technician) within 24 hours. This company will come to to you for no extra charge, and repair your windshield for a reasonable price. I know I have used Safelite and in the past it as gone through insurance and I didn't want to keep doing that because my premiums are through the roof. So their quote of a $75 flat rate was so refreshing to see, as Safelite was $125 and I had to go there. Since I work from home right now due to COVID, I went with with Bernard and it was totally worth it. The entire process took 20 minutes. It's not perfect, but it is filled and with a lifetime guarantee- which is good enough for me. It was a STRONG strike from a stone, so I am just thankful that it wasn't worse. Thank you for your professionalism, Bernard came out with a mask and was working on this right away upon arrival. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ANY MORE THAN I AM RIGHT NOW! Him and two others im assuming are his sons or "employees".... BEWARE they ruined my car and sunroof sensors! he who goes by "gator tech #12" was referred to me and came out to replace a cracked windshield on my car, he was alerted beforehand that i have sensors on my windshield, he said he could do it and has 20+ years experience and presented fake credentials to gain trust... after he replaced the windshield there was loud whistling noise coming from the windshield, the glass is obviously glued on crooked and is covering half of my vin number displayed at the front, my sunroof buttons started having issues and he left exposed wires from the windshield sensors along with some disgusting, stink, black goo from his disgusting , dirty fingers all over my car interior , after i expressed my concern, he came back to "fix it" but instead he maliciously smeared the black stinky goo everywhere in my car including on both of my sun visors, he pulled out and broke my side pillars leaving it hanging with even more wires exposed, he added excessive amounts of glue and smeared it across my dashboard (impossible to remove). ALL BECAUSE I ASKED HIM TO FIX A PROBLEM HE CREATED. HE HAS CREATED A SAFETY HAZARD AND I FEEL UNSAFE TO DRIVE MY VEHICLE AND this BUSINESS (M&A bell auto glass) HAS refused to take accountability and or fix the issue. After i have made many attempts to resolve this issue, i was met with multiple verbal aggressions and insults from gator, he "gator" claimed over the phone that "you don't know wtf you're talking about, im not paying for nothing, people are discrediting my work, the glass is fine, you are not educated enough to understand, ect" after i tried to get REAL PROFESSIONALS TO FIX EVERYTHING HE BROKE IN MY CAR SINCE HE IS REFUSING TO FIX IT... He was paid in full but has refused to give me a receipt or any documentation/ information regarding the "works" he did on my car, i still attempted to get a resolution but he has ignored all messages, phone calls and he has eventually blocked my phone number. There are no valid information about his business in the state of Georgia so this company may not even be operating legally! Beware and don't make the same mistakes that i made! This mf has caused thousands in damages to my car when all he had to do was fix a windshield correctly. this situation has caused me unnecessary stress, and financial losses as i am not able to operate due to the fears of driving an unsafe car! Is only contact information is supposedly 678-508-8384. Disgusting business 0/10 would n recommend I have way more pictures, audios and videos that i will be posting on tiktok including the calls!
