I decided to get my Fiancé's windows tinted for Father's Day! Luckily he just needed two windows done. I called Tint World on Saturday morning & the owner Ryan advised that he could squeeze me in, since there was only 2 windows! When I arrived a very nice young man assisted me with picking out the tint I needed & within 5 minutes they pulled his truck around to start working on it! Within 45 min. He was finished and I couldn't be happier! The tint matched his factory tint perfectly and the young man at the desk went over the care steps with me in detail. If I have other vehicles, I would definitely bring them here! Pricing was perfect, service outstanding and the guys do a great job & very professional!!! Thank you so much Ryan and team for all of your help!!! read more

I asked for a quote for just a C6 Corvette back window and they somehow told me with a straight face that it would cost $900. They played me as a fool. So they either don't have a technician skilled enough to do the car or they don't care about their customers, which both is a reason not to bring your car near the shop. Big company and franchise Tint shops. Don't care about you or your car. Bring it to a locally owned small business and get it done right for a fraction of the price. read more

Came in to get one window re tinted. Not only does the tint not match, the employee destroyed my door panel. Left scratches on the plastic part on the door, took a slice out of my weather stripping, and a nice chunk out of my door panel. The manager unplugged my dash cam which I did not appreciate. I don't trust this store or their employees one bit. Something is going on here. When the problem was brought up to the manager's attention, he informed me he was going to find a used door panel to replace the damaged one. After he looked at junk yards and couldn't find one, he offered a refund but I want my car fixed, not my money back. I told him to purchase one from the dealership but he refused because my car isn't new enough I guess. It's a 2013 bmw 328i. What a joke. I'd strongly recommend going elsewhere. read more

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the customer service I have received from your company. I purchased a speaker from your company back in November a month later my speaker stop working ,for a price of 1700 dollars you have now been aware of my problem for three months now ,but I have yet to receive a working product. I was excited to purchase this speaker as it was highly recommended by a friend and had great reviews online. However, my experience with your company has been nothing but disappointing. It has been three months since I made the purchase and I still do not have the speaker in my possession. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the level of customer service your company provides. I have tried reaching out to your customer service department multiple times through phone calls and emails, but have not received a satisfactory response. The lack of communication and transparency from your end is concerning and has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied as a customer. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of updates and information regarding the status of my order is unacceptable. I have paid a significant amount of money for this product and I expect to receive it in a timely manner. However, this experience has left a negative impression and has made me question the quality of your customer service. read more

If there were a chance to have negative stars this would be the candidate for it. Tint world should not be in business as a whole . The worst experience is an understatement. Based off the following reviews before me doesn't even sound like the same place. How the owners first off have treated us as a customer is beyond me. The worst attitude and verbal abuse that we have to gone through is insane. Speaking of insane these are the owners of the company . The layout of facts will be a four part series so l will. I will be updating this every day . Facts of the owners not running a honest business, how they make up lies, damage of property (brand new three days old $125,000 Denali ultimate) accusations about the customer that are so unprofessional, misleading company refund policies, that's just the start. Use of our vehicle for there own social media platform after they jack up the tint and chrome delete. I would not let them wrap a bike, heck I would not let them wrap a hood of my truck. Which is another thing that's what they (the owner )) can only do are hoods not a detailed wrap they we were promised for an over price deal to start. I will update pictures next of the $h!t show. Beware do not go here., one more thing did I say the fact the owner had to throw in our face she is active in the community and church is scary at itself after they have destroyed parts of our $125,000 Yukon Denali but loud mouth owner is saying this to a first responder that saves lives and a ton of them . Now we have to bring a lawsuit against them for being a bunch of idiots read more

I wanted to get my windows tinted to match the back windows.I requested a quote via the website and got a quick response and they were able to get me in the next day and it took under the hour promise. I took my vehicle in to get the windows tinted all the way around and to get the tail lights tinted. The job was unsatisfactory, so I took it back and I was told that the jobs they do there is not always perfect, and they have to have room for error. I think that is an unacceptable response to a customer who has already paid for the terrible customer service and the quality of the job. The radio guy told me that I could not bring my vehicle back for the same issue, I just got the vehicle returned to me and they didn't even touch the flaws that I pointed out. I did not feel welcomed there, and I still am not satisfied with the work that was done. To THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT MY CONCERN WHEN BROUGHT UP. Overall I would say BUYER BEWARE of this location. read more

Went there to get an estimate on a couple of things, lady who greeted me was nice, seemed professional, but when I asked for an estimate, she said non of her technicians were in, told her what I wanted, she said someone will call you with estimate, several hours later, she sent me a quote for installation of back up camera labor only $275. Not what I asked for ‍ I let her know , she responded with a tech will call you to discuss, 4 days later, no one called !! The shop was deserted, now I know why !! Took my car up on a Friday and had the side windows tinted, then had to go back the next day on a Saturday to finish. Their work was bad, left hair/string under one window, front window had dirt in between the tint and window, driver window had lots of bubbles. Also I had two small triangle windows that they didn't even cover the hole window. Took it back on another Saturday for them to fix it and all they did was pull the old tint off, then they asked me to leave my car with them on Sunday when they were closed. They would not call the owner for me or give me a refund for the poor quality work they did. But they wanted me to bring it back on another Saturday to make it right. Needless to say thank you Amex for the help on getting my money back. read more

Excellent customer service, very polite and professional, the work was done perfectly and they gave me a huge discount.

Came in for headlights to be polished. They did a great job. Yes, my car looks much better. But, Holy $&*$! I didn't realize how compromised my lights were. It's night and day. No pun intended. Seriously, you can see MUCH better without that haze on the lights. Highly recommended. read more

Cause damage on my convertible top. With a product not used for tinting windows they responded "We don't do it". Issue was not there before leaving it in their hands. I purchased their most expensive detailing package for my 2016 Focus and when i picked up my car the inside looked as of it hadn't been touched. there was still trash and some stains on my seats along with new stains and smears. when I complained about it they tried to give me reasons like these weren't there when we finished and that some stains just don't come out. luckily I had a third party detailers there with me that explained that this was not a $300 detail and to either refund or fix. they were rude shot the whole process ended getting it re-done with the final result just as disappointing. $300 and two days without my car. I would never recommend a single service these people provide to anyone. read more

I had to get my speaker replaced on my passenger door of my 06 Corvette. I dropped my car off at 8:15am and was told it was be done at Noon. 12:15 came around and nobody reached out or anything, so I called and was told it would be done before 5pm. At 3:19 I called to get an update then they lied about trying to contact me. Not only that but they mentioned another problem with the speaker and wanted to charge another $200. The speakers that I have are so shitty compared to the one that was BUSTED. HOW DOES THAT EVEN WORK?!?! I would never recommend anyone come here and I will never be coming back here. Horrible job all around. read more

The manager at this particular location was very professional, that's part of the reason I decided to not use my regular tint guy of 10 years plus personal scheduling issues. But I was not completely satisfied with the tint job. I ended up having to have the tint fixed multiple times with multiple windows within a week of install. Mistakes happen I understand, but if you are going to base your business on the quality of your tint jobs one would think you thoroughly examine the installs before delivery to a customer,I was taken care of after all the flaws but still found other issues afterwards. I wanted to also get PPF and ceramic installed on my vehicle as well but after the tint experience-I will go elsewhere. If you do get a tint install at this location take 10 to 15 minutes checking everything before driving off,and make sure you are thoroughly satisfied with the job before you leave. read more
