The staff has always been very professional to me. Very fast check-in. Go back to the internal waiting room for just a few minutes (often go straight to a chair for the bloodletting). They take my blood. And I go. In 5-6 years coming here I've never had any issues. Calling there beforehand to ensure that they've received my doctor's lab prescription (when I feel it is necessary) does entail a good 10-15 minutes of navigating their menus and being on hold, but when they do pop on the line they are friendly and fast. And I always get our results online via their portal within 3 working days at the most, and usually sooner. Really glad we live near this location.

They take walk ins but I highly recommend making an appointment so you won't have to wait. I have an online account so made my appointment there. The check in process is done on a tablet right by the front counter. All you have to do is put your phone number in then scan your drivers license and insurance card. After checking in I only had to wait two minutes then I was taken into the back to have my blood drawn, the phlebotomist was professional and friendly. She completed the process painlessly. The whole time I spent in the office was less than 10 minutes. Great experience that's why I will continue to come back.

We got to the location about 10 minutes before our scheduled time. They did not call us back until about 30 minutes after our appointment time. No they were not terribly busy when we got there as all of the staff were gossiping about their reviews (ironically) in the office area. We were finally called to a room where we waited for an additional 15 minutes and three different people came into our room checked our paperwork and then left. It seemed like hot potato because no one wanted to work with our kiddo. Finally a woman named Shaniquia (unsure of the spelling) came in and she was nice enough but the actual stick went horribly wrong. She didn't really prep my kid before sticking him and it scared him to death and he wiggled and blood went absolutely everywhere. My husband and I ended up needing to help secure our son to finish the blood draw but this was so traumatic and I am terrified to know how this will affect our kid for future doctor visits.

Now I am getting threatening letters from them that I owe them $10.00. Yes, they are going to send me to collections for $10 even though they never sent me a bill. The letter has a number that goes to the Phillipines which seems to be a scam operation. I spent half hour on the phone with someone in the Phillipines, I don't know who, giving every bit of personal information imaginable before I could pay the $10. Then they started asking me detailed information about my insurance policy numbers etc. Why does someone in the Phillipines need details of my insurance policy and numbers to take a $10 payment to my account, after already giving the 1/2 hour of personal information??? I called Centennial to see if this was a scam but Centennial First Call has no employees that work in the US or answer phones, no reputable billing department. Piece of trash company. I was a walk-in and handled well in order, approx 30 minute wait with 4 others in the waiting room when I arrived. Was here for a routine blood draw. Check in was easy, the secretary was cordial and efficient. They bring you back to what would be individual draw "rooms" (3 walls and a curtain), however the phlebotomist was just working out of one room and would call your name. The appearance was general boredom with the job, no real interaction other than name and birthday. She had earbuds in and I could hear random noises from under her hair. The blood draw itself was fine, she overshot the vein, so I anticipate a bruise, but she did get the vein after a slight adjustment. Overall it was a fine visit, the phlebotomist's lack of interest and overshooting the vein indicate to me it is just a job for her without the desire to do better. I will be back for future visits because of the convenient location and hours.

There is no real "good time" to come and even if the waiting area is empty, you will still wait. Never a quick 15 min lunch hour turn around. If you come here on your lunch break, you'll be late returning to work. The initial registration process tends to be really slow. Once you are registered, the wait for a phlebotomist is rather quick. The phlebotomists are rather skilled and the process is quick & efficient. Once you are called back, there is no wait. You are addressed immediately. I would suggest that they hire a stationary person for the front who can streamline the efficiency of the registration process so it'll lesson someone's time there. Unless busy, you should be able to be in and out here in 20 mins or less.

I had to take my mom here because when we went to another well known laboratory to have her tests done from a written script from the doctor, the lab didn't complete / do all of the tests requested. That was not good as it's already like fighting a hungry bear to get my mom to go get anything medical done, so when I was told this Quest Diagnostics lab location was in the same building as the doctor's office, it was a god send because I could kill two birds w/ one stone while visiting the doctor. This way, my mom wouldn't be as upset about having to go to two locations, again. In addition, the lab technician @ this Quest Diagnostics location was super nice and patient with my mom (who at this point was especially cantankerous because she had been fasting in order to do her labs). Unlike the other lab who didn't do the tests as requested, Chanel (I believe that was her name) from Quest Diagnostics at this location was really nice and ensured she had all of the vials verified for submission and everything was completed. At this time, Chanel was taking walk-ins. I don't know if that was because we came from an office in the same medical building and can't say if this will be ongoing as the location gets more established, but it was very helpful.

There wasn't anyone else in there at the time so I was able to be taken back quickly. A physician came in and conducted some tests. I got the instant results only after a few minutes and they sent samples out to the lab as well. Unfortunately for me I had the flu.
