From the minute I stepped into the Showcase Design showroom and was met by Cassie, I was treated as if I were their number-one priority, all the way to the finish. Cassie is the greatest as their frontline rep. She is pleasant, professional, and patient. Jill and Frank, the owners, are extremely knowledgeable with many years of experience, and both are a treasure to work with. Frank and his crew came out to the house and took measurements, and one of the best parts is that they showed up on time! This is often a rarity in the service industry these days, so I greatly appreciated that. All of the people on their team, including Jeff, who did the shower glass, Paul, the electrician, J.C., who did the backsplash, Ron, the painter, the countertop crew -- everyone -- were personable, very experienced, and a pleasure to work with. The countertops were installed in just one day, and the backsplash took only two.
