Overall, we were extremely please by our floors and service provided! We absolutely love our new floors. The team was quick to give us a quote, had lots of samples in the office and overall great to work with. We got several quotes and this company was the most affordable - but we picked them because they were the only ones who were able to foresee a huge problem they would encounter while giving a quote. All other companies missed it. We did feel as though the job was very rushed, we were told 2 - 3 days and it was done in less than one day. Because of this, we felt as though there was quite a lot of nicks in our trim and they had to come back and make some other changes they forgot on the job. More communication AFTER the job would have been appreciated. We had to follow up about billing and the problems. There was no formal walk through or call from the office to see how we liked the floors. I understand the office was busy, but some acknowledgment of our communication would have put us more at ease. They did reimburse us a very small amount for the little damages. read more

Ok I've been through a lot last week. This company is one of the best. The carpets installers did their job and fast, but they did it correctly. Then we had a mix up but Chris helped us all the way to the end. Not only he called to figure out the problem, his fixing it. I want to thank Chis for everything that he has done. Walter from Burch Brothers did an outstanding job of removing carpeting & installing vinyl plank flooring in a vintage Class B+ motorhome that I bought recently. There are many corners and angles that he had to deal with, & he did so impeccably. I've had several compliments on how well the floor was done (in Augus 2020). You will not go wrong if you have carpet installed by this company. I had to remove carpet from a basement due to water intrusion. Not only did the installers do an exceptional job they removed construction materials left by a contractor and disposed of it for us. Sarah worked with us on pricing that was very competitive. We went to several different place looking for a flooring solution. Got several quotes the cheapest being 15K from COSTCO. A friend of mine in the neighborhood had some hardwoods installed and referred me to this company. I contacted them and asked them for a quote. They gave me a better carpet, thicker threw in a 10lb pad and still saved me 5000$ The install crew were fantastic, they moved my furniture with care and made sure everything was perfect. Poor customer service! Had them do carpeting and flooring. They did a bad install when adding additional hardwood flooring. Was working with them for several months on correcting. We followed up with them as directed. Apparently there was a recent management change and guess who now has mismatched floors.Owner won't return calls either! DO NOT TRUST!!!!! read more
