How could we trust the rest of the process after the bad start? We did decide on Mohawk products for both carpet and laminate flooring so they had the opportunity to install flooring for most of our house. We went with another family owned business.

While Home Depot needed 2 or 3 weeks to install, Molina was ready to go, stat! They bill me for half of it on Friday and then come in on Saturday for the install. It was great to have a reliable point person through the entire process. Brentwood called me the day before the installation to confirm, which I appreciated. Installation team showed up the following morning on time. The team consisted of three men- all courteous, experienced, and hard-working. 1650 sq ft of carpet including two staircases, old removed and new installed all in one day. They worked for nearly 12 hours! But I never saw them rush; they took great care in their work. They cleaned up (inside and outside) and vacuumed completely before leaving. I'm so glad we did not go the big box store route. For my wife and me, having Wes as our point person and knowing a high-quality install team would be doing the work were invaluable.
