The experience with J&C was quite the opposite: excellent communication, fast response for quote, competitive pricing, very knowledgeable, and the floor was repaired quickly and correctly. They did an excellent job for us! They cut leftover pieces to go under our recliner and couch. They moved our large furniture and let us know our sub-flooring under one room was ok (we thought it might need to be replaced). They informed us that they do charge a small % if payment is by credit card which many small businesses are starting to do.
