Worst Customer service! I have been using Elite for over a year and for the most part was satisfied with my service up until this past spring summer. I won't bore you with all the minor discrepancies - but must share what is baffling a company wanting to stay in good standing would even do. Two weeks ago I took off a half day work for a service. Elite was due to arrive within a two hour window. 10 min after that window expired they called and said they were having truck issues and had to reschedule. I said Really? You had the same thing happen last time (2 months prior) and had to reschedule on me . She said sorry , we are training a new person and he doesn't know the area yet. Confused , I was thinking so your truck is broke or your new guy is lost ? What it is? Whatever .... I reschedule for the following week - today between 10-12. I got TWO appointment reminders yesterday saying they would be here between 11-1. Ok- no big deal. At 12:55 I get a phone call from the secretary saying she was just informed Elite is no longer servicing my area and won't be coming . Who does this ? I am outraged to say the least that a company would do this 5 min prior to their scheduled arrival time. You people are horrible humans and don't deserve to be in business! read more

I contacted Ryan with Elite needing a termite inspection done for a home refinance. I needed it done right away as we had a very short deadline for it. Ryan was able to schedule it for the next day, and the technician arrived promptly. We are very happy with Elite, and will be using them again as needed. read more

This company was very responsive in the past, but now I can not reach them. Have left voicemails and sent e-mails. No response. Perhaps they went out of business. Very disappointed. read more

This company is a complete joke. Super long review, but it's needed to get the point across.. I found Elite while we were under contract to purchase our new home & I scheduled for them to do a pre-purchase pest inspection of the house. Fast forward a few weeks and we move into our new home and noticed straight away from day one that there was a severe ant problem (which I was frustrated that it was never brought to our attention when they did the initial inspection, but they said those inspections only cover the major wood eating bugs). After about three weeks of dealing with it on our own with no luck, we decide to call Elite back and have them spray for ants. They originally booked my appointment for a Monday, but told me they would call and let me know if anything was canceled/they had something open up sooner because our infestation was BAD. I get called on the Thursday before my appointment and was told there was an appointment available the next day, so we rescheduled for that slot instead. I made sure to take off of work and be home for the two hour time slot that they provided me with, and five minutes after the start of the time slot they called me and let me know that they needed to reschedule for Monday. I was extremely frustrated that I had already taken off of work but okay, we rescheduled for Monday. Monday rolls around and the entire two hour timeframe had passed and about 35 minutes after the end of the time slot they finally called me to let me know the technician is on their way, but they're running late. The technician ended up arriving an hour after the end of the time slot that was scheduled. As frustrated as I was, the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable, & got straight to the work. He let me know right from the start that the infestation was extremely bad and could pretty much guarantee that only spraying once wouldn't resolve the issue, so we went ahead and set up the quarterly services since that included a guarantee if they didn't go away, they'd come back free of charge. A few weeks had gone by and the ants had returned, so I called schedule for someone to come out again. I left a voicemail (which by the way, you have to leave a voicemail EVERY SINGLE TIME you call, & they'll eventually call you back).. three business days later I still had never gotten a call back, so I call and leave yet another voicemail and follow up with an email. Finally I am called back, & they schedule an appointment for them to come out on a Wednesday to re-spray. On Tuesday night at 11:45pm I am emailed and told that they need to reschedule because their extremely short staffed due to COVID, and their only technician is in the hospital with his wife who just had a baby. Fine. At least this time they rescheduled before the day of & I was still able to go to work. So they rescheduled me for a week later, leaving us to deal with a horrible infestation on our own, again. It's now the day before that rescheduled appointment, and I haven't heard back about whether or not they'll actually be coming out & I've been waiting on a reply for 5 days.. At this point I have now unnecessarily missed time from work for rescheduled appointments, had to miss more time from work than originally anticipated due to them showing up an hour late, and wasted a ton of time playing phone & email tag back and forth with them, when in the end I'm obviously going to have to find another company to handle this issue & any future issues anyways. Seems like this company is a small 2-3 person operation who over books themselves and can't handle the work load they take on. Proceed with caution. read more

Very happy we chose Elite, after doing some research on pest control companies in this area, I chose them for a few reasons; They are a new upcoming Company, local - i liked their story on how they began and they are veterans among them . they also had some great feedback on home advisor. Communication was excellent, he came out and he was very professional, polite and they are enthusiastic! Very knowledgeable and took the time to look and investigate very thoroughly. Presented us with a plan (very reasonable) and took care of it, all in the same visit! He even offered to help move our mattress (we had just moved in recently) I thought that was very kind to offer..We definitely will keep them :) You won't be disappointed. read more

I stumbled upon a large yellow jacket nest while clearing out my backyard. It was an extremely unpleasant experience and I couldn't kill the nest despite my best (and painful) efforts. I called several pest control companies in Northern Virginia and decided to hire Elite after talking to the owner, Ryan. He scheduled a next-day appointment, although offered to come out that night. On the day of the appointment, Ryan called 40 minutes ahead and showed up EXACTLY on-time. He was extremely friendly and professional, and took his time precisely locating the nest, which was well-concealed. He finally located and treated it with both dust and spray, then guaranteed the yard for 90 days, which will take us well into dormancy for any other colonies. We couldn't be happier with our experience, and will gladly call and refer Elite for our future pest needs. read more

Our former pest control treatment company left the area and we were looking for a new company to take over our annual home inspection and maintenance, We talked with Elite and their technician came to our home the next day to provide an estimate. We were impressed with their technician's knowledge and expertise as he walked around the exterior and interior of our home. He observed one issue and pointed it out to us. Based on his assessments and obvious expertise we decided to contract with Elite, and the technician returned the next day at the scheduled time and completed treatment. Service was efficient, and performed on the scheduled time. The technician was very polite and friendly and answered all our questions. We are very happy with Elite's service and expect the results will be as expected. read more
