Sprayed for first time first b4 I was there which I mentioned I didn't like but but me on spot when he said he was coming soon and was going to start til I showed. I mentioned my attic he seemed to ignore me n never go up. But what the bug thing here is I swear that he said 90 dollars 100 times every 3 months its better than one time u pay way less and ill give you a break to pay if you need a week or so. Im like out loud the math so 90 x every 3 months let's say 400 a year so i said yea cheaper if its he said like 257 one time. I said that's what I called another quote 100 every 3 months. Not to mention i have on video him pulling my fence wrong way n it broke n kept saying 3x wrong way he kept pulling. Idk whole thing was off strange con artist non truthful. He did refund my money but only bc I felt like he knew I had cameras everywhere. Bc he kept saying that to me oh ur cameras watching me. Idk weird thou.

I'venotived over the years price increases and some cut back in service such as putting traps and baits which other Pest Companies provide. I have been tempted with other providers offering the same ormore services at lesser costs but the only freason we have kept Home Team is its technician for the area Karen who works diligently, is very pleasant and keeps homeowners informed. This service I notices someone else so should she leave, we may consider another firm that provides the "extras"we received but now don't. Always hard to understand when prices go up and services go down. So kudos to Karen who is excellent at her job. She represents the Compay well and I hope she is appreciated by them. The few times I have had to deal with the Home office its been hit of miss with customer service.

We were paying full service costs yet tech didnt check the outdoor centricon units, I offered pictures for proof, he did not remove cobwebs as per contract, and so forth....I complained again and they made up an excuse to let us go AFTER 13 years of service and 100% on time payment. I would not trust this company as they put their techs above the customer. I would not recommend them due to their shady billing for services not performed and how they treat an excellent customer who just wanted good services.
