The quote was outrageous, something like $2k for the year, and I was told I had termites in my crawl space. I had my boyfriend and five other contractors look for termites, all said my area was fine, and termite free, and so I'm not quite sure why the rep from this company was trying to upsell this service for a non existent problem. Based on price and misinformation, I didn't go with them. Plus the guy who came out seems a little jittery and acted strange, so... really not interested.

His inspection was incredibly detailed; he was able to work through the many challenges of an older house and give us the information we needed to really understand the property. This is my first review of anything on Yelp. These people are scam artists. I had them come out to…read moreremove 2 groundhogs in our backyard. They came on time the day promised. The next morning a trap had caught a raccoon, once I told them about the raccoon it took them 3 days to actually release it from the cage (borderline animal cruelty). They only had the traps set 5 days (3 days with a raccoon in it) when I called back to ask for the traps to be placed back out they at first refused unless we paid another $350. After explaining my position they reluctantly agreed to come back out for 3 more days (this time to say there is no guarantee the traps will work). They agreed to come out on 9/18/17, today is 9/21/17 and I've heard nothing from anyone there. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Go with someone else, they are not worth your time or money!

Worst Customer service! I have been using Elite for over a year and for the most part was…read moresatisfied with my service up until this past spring summer. I won't bore you with all the minor discrepancies - but must share what is baffling a company wanting to stay in good standing would even do. Two weeks ago I took off a half day work for a service. Elite was due to arrive within a two hour window. 10 min after that window expired they called and said they were having truck issues and had to reschedule. I said Really? You had the same thing happen last time (2 months prior) and had to reschedule on me . She said sorry , we are training a new person and he doesn't know the area yet. Confused , I was thinking so your truck is broke or your new guy is lost ? What it is? Whatever .... I reschedule for the following week - today between 10-12. I got TWO appointment reminders yesterday saying they would be here between 11-1. Ok- no big deal. At 12:55 I get a phone call from the secretary saying she was just informed Elite is no longer servicing my area and won't be coming . Who does this ? I am outraged to say the least that a company would do this 5 min prior to their scheduled arrival time. You people are horrible humans and don't deserve to be in business!

A 5 for tech Karen but score pulled down by changes in service and price over the years…read more We have has Home Team for several years first with Pest and then Termite service. I'venotived over the years price increases and some cut back in service such as putting traps and baits which other Pest Companies provide. I have been tempted with other providers offering the same ormore services at lesser costs but the only freason we have kept Home Team is its technician for the area Karen who works diligently, is very pleasant and keeps homeowners informed. This service I notices someone else so should she leave, we may consider another firm that provides the "extras"we received but now don't. Always hard to understand when prices go up and services go down. So kudos to Karen who is excellent at her job. She represents the Compay well and I hope she is appreciated by them. The few times I have had to deal with the Home office its been hit of miss with customer service.
