It's extremely frustrating to pay $500 for an incomplete service that only took the technician 40 minutes and did not get the job done. Subsequently, I persistently called, left voicemails and emailed for 2 weeks letting them know of my issue and they kept giving me the run around. It's unfortunate because they were so quick to get me scheduled to take my money but when I told them they obviously didn't do the job I paid for, they have been completely ghost. Because of the nature of the situation and the health hazard, I had to call another company to fix the faulty job they did. The new company is excellent, great customer service and I will recommend them to everyone with any similar issues as well as my HOA because we have wildlife issues is my neighborhood quite often. Companies like Jesse James do not care about customers... customers who work hard NOT to throw away money! Worst Customer service! I have been using Elite for over a year and for the most part was…read moresatisfied with my service up until this past spring summer. I won't bore you with all the minor discrepancies - but must share what is baffling a company wanting to stay in good standing would even do. Two weeks ago I took off a half day work for a service. Elite was due to arrive within a two hour window. 10 min after that window expired they called and said they were having truck issues and had to reschedule. I said Really? You had the same thing happen last time (2 months prior) and had to reschedule on me . She said sorry , we are training a new person and he doesn't know the area yet. Confused , I was thinking so your truck is broke or your new guy is lost ? What it is? Whatever .... I reschedule for the following week - today between 10-12. I got TWO appointment reminders yesterday saying they would be here between 11-1. Ok- no big deal. At 12:55 I get a phone call from the secretary saying she was just informed Elite is no longer servicing my area and won't be coming . Who does this ? I am outraged to say the least that a company would do this 5 min prior to their scheduled arrival time. You people are horrible humans and don't deserve to be in business!

I'venotived over the years price increases and some cut back in service such as putting traps and baits which other Pest Companies provide. I have been tempted with other providers offering the same ormore services at lesser costs but the only freason we have kept Home Team is its technician for the area Karen who works diligently, is very pleasant and keeps homeowners informed. This service I notices someone else so should she leave, we may consider another firm that provides the "extras"we received but now don't. Always hard to understand when prices go up and services go down. So kudos to Karen who is excellent at her job. She represents the Compay well and I hope she is appreciated by them. I would not trust this company as they put their techs above the customer. I would not recommend them due to their shady billing for services not performed and how they treat an excellent customer who just wanted good services.
