He offered a good deal ($400 a year if pay now, $500 if pay quarterly) So I took him up on it. Ted came out and was super nice and informed and explained how the products work and assured me safe for children and pets. He sprayed inside and out and ant glue? in the cracks. He even swept the spider webs away from the front of the house. Unlimited visits included for all pests so goodbye So far so good! She was very kind and took note of what jobs I was needing done. She then passed my information to Shane, who called me back the same afternoon. He was polite, professional and when the time came, punctual. He was hired originally for a termite and well inspection due to a refinance on our home. I was so pleased with this company, I actually hired them to also begin pest control. I had my first application done last week, by Peter. He was on time, informative and delightful to speak with. I have since called the office and have spoken to Diane's daughter, Karen. She helped me get my bill paid and sent me the paid invoices within minutes. Like some of the other reviews here,…read moreI hired Total Pest Services to complete a pest inspection required by my lender before closing on a new home after the appraiser noted some possible wood-destroying insect activity in the attic. After receiving the report from Total Pest Services, which said there were no live insects, our lender noticed the inspection report failed to mention anything specifically about the attic. When we called Total Pest Services to follow-up, they said they didn't even go to the attic despite it being accessible via a staircase on the second because they might fall through the ceiling (please note, the attic is semi-finished with a wood floor, no risk of failing through). They didn't even try and assess whether the attic was accessible. We had another company go out who found obvious live wood-destroying activity in the basement, where they supposedly checked, and in the attic, where they did not check. Luckily, we found this before we closed on the new home and were able to get the sellers to pay for treatment. However, I've been entirely unsuccessful in getting Total Pest Services to refund me for their incomplete and inadequate inspection. They've stopped responding to my emails. So new home buyers, do yourself a big favor, and don't hire Total Pest Services.
