He offered a good deal ($400 a year if pay now, $500 if pay quarterly) So I took him up on it. Ted came out and was super nice and informed and explained how the products work and assured me safe for children and pets. He sprayed inside and out and ant glue? in the cracks. He even swept the spider webs away from the front of the house. Unlimited visits included for all pests so goodbye So far so good! They responded immediately and sent a technician out the same day, who set up traps--one of which successfully caught the rat. Unfortunately, the rat escaped the following day when they returned to retrieve the trap. However, they came back again at no additional charge, replaced the bait, and provided us with a clear plan moving forward. During that visit, they also discovered a dead rat under our refrigerator (we're not sure how long it had been there). Thanks to their responsiveness and thoroughness, we now have real peace of mind.
