As of this writing, they are building out more stations! From my count they are installing 8 more chargers. No one parked on that side of the parking lot anyway. I used it to run sprints while the vehicle charged. Security always knows I'm there when they see a fool running in the parking lot lol. Smart business move. Might as well lease the parking area to Tesla. And owners are happy knowing there is less of a chance of waiting for a station with the impending Model 3 rollout.

Parking: Located in the Promenade Shops at Orchard Valley, there were plenty of opens spots. It's a good mix of head in and rear in chargers. Environment: The mall seems fairly empty when we arrived to charge. Next to the handicap charger, there's also a Clipper Creek charger. Some of the charging spots are designated as 30 min general parking. You can also go to the Bass Pro Shops nearby to kill some time, but it's a bit of a walk. Restaurants and restrooms can be found at the mall. Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. Plenty of open chargers and it wasn't too busy. The place was clean and there was a trash can available.

WOW! for the decor.....going into the shop you feel like you are somewhere else. I absolutely loved the time they spent designing the spaces and incorporating murals, ponds, decor, signage, taxidermy, hidden details and the big scale of it all. It is hard to say which area was my favorite but I loved the big redwood tree entrance and walking through the middle of the tree and I also loved the waterfall where the stairs are leading up to the second floor. They have a lot of product....things were organized and labeled beautifully. Everything was neat and orderly. Plenty of cute clothes and shoes for women. I just looked throughout the store, I did try out one item in the fitting room but didn't purchase anything. I didn't have to interact with any sales associate so i don't know what that was like. I didnt read the reviews before coming in...but sad to know that they no longer have a restaurant inside the shop. I read that eating there was an experience in itself. Some items were reasonably priced, others had a higher markup. They have a bunch of snack food items from fudge to dried fruits and protein bars. Plenty of parking. Plenty of photo opportunities inside and out. I can definitely see it as a family outing if passing by on a road trip, are in the area or just a place to know firsthand what its all about. "Respectfully" Fred and Clara were very calm and understood our request. Mike the Manager talked to me like I was trying to steal money from the store and was disrespectful. Horrible customer service especially from a manager position. Mike ended up walking away and shaking his head, leaving the conversation. Do better Mike!!!!! I reached back out to Mark, and once again he was incredibly helpful. He was able to squeeze me into his schedule within just a couple of days, which I really appreciated. He arrived right on time and was polite and professional from the moment he walked in. Mark is extremely thorough and clearly takes great pride in his work. Then I KEPT asking him to come back and install 60amp Breaker and load monitor .He said he can't install 60amp Breaker and he was asking $250 more for installing load monitor. I asked 3 different companies and they said there won't be any extra charge for load monitor if it comes with charges .A complete rip off . I'm complaining it to Better Business Bureau .
