She then recommended a specific pair of walking shoes, explaining the technical reasons why she was confident they'd provide him with the support he needed. She also recommended a good orthotic insert for use when wearing his other shoes. We really appreciate that she took the time to answer his questions and address his specific needs. However, the boots were returned without any cleaning whatsoever. I wasn't expecting them to be polished or reconditioned, but they were returned quite grubby looking. Their prices are high.
