I went to the salon out of convenience and I should have left the minute I noticed how filthy the place was, but I made an appointment and didn't want to be rude. I've gone there out of convenience many times and I'm always disappointed. Mainly in their time management. I've never been a walk-in, I've always made an appointment and I've rarely had to wait LESS than 35 min for them to start my service. Last night I had to wait 50 minutes for them to start my nails(I would have left but they had wrapped them to soak so I was stuck) Then they rush thru my service, my nails look terrible, cuts all over my cuticles, shape is wrong. But again, I was an appointment...not a walk-in. If they were running that late they could have called me or called in back-up. Doesn't matter. I arrived a little early and TD got me right in. Powder dip and topcoat all finished very quickly and looks beautiful! It was too early for a complementary alcoholic beverage, so I will plan my next visit for a little later in the day. read more

Update: So, I gave the salon another change. Price was again different than before (which I mentioned in my first review) and this time I looked at the prices on the list and I was overcharged 20.00 with no explanation. Not to mention, cuticles were poorly trimmed, and three days later and my gel is peeling off:( Waste of money and time. read more

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. I came in for a pedicure I was super excited because I was getting nails for vacation. I tried to pick out a color. The lady I had said she couldn't understand what I was asking or what color I wanted. I was wanting white with a little shimmer on top, pretty basic. Another lady sort of helped her figure out what I was asking, but never did ask me. When she painted the first coat I asked, is it going to be whiter because I was wanting white. She said again she didn't understand me the other lady yells across the salon. The second coat will be whiter. She paints the second coat on it's still not white she said, do you like it and I said no because it's not white. Instead of taking the polish off she just painted white over top of the other coats. She only painted one coat of white, so it was very streaky then the glitter. The polish did not even cover my whole toe nail there are part's missing. Then she proceeded to file my nails because they looked weird, which I know from other nail salons you absolutely should not file after painting your nails because it can make it chip easier. Very disappointing experience not to mention it was $60... I won't be back... not to mention I tried to call and give them the benefit of the doubt to make it right and they said the owners not here and hung up on me. I work in the service industry and that is by far the worst customer service experience I've had in a long while. read more

To start off, I made a few mistakes on this visit: 1) Came the day before the first 70 degree day of the year, 2) Came on a Friday, 3) Came over lunch. Combine all of these three details and you get a busy place. They had me pick my color and took me straight to a pedicure chair to relax. I really only waited a little bit for the lady who did my pedicure. Waiting for my gel/shellac manicure was a bit longer since a table had to open up. I was there for over an hour and a half which to me was a bit long. While I was getting my pedicure done, a lady came in stating that she was the one that called about her pedicure not lasting. As I'm sitting there getting mine done, all I can think is, mine sure better last! I'm not paying this much for a crappy job. I can tell you that mine lasted for the duration I needed it to but it did seem to come off faster than other places I've been to. My gel/shellac manicure did well. They say they only accept cash tips but I did see one girl hand them a check for the tip. Would I come back, maybe. I have other nail places that I like better (and are better priced). read more

This place is terrible, walked in the lady was doing someone else's nails, them when I sit down for mine she use the some tools, so she never clean or sanitize anything, gross !!! This place needs to be shut down. No sanitation at all, I just hope I don't get any nail disease. read more

I got my nails done here about 7 weeks ago and I've had issues with my nails falling off and my right index nail had never fallen off until today. I thought they did a really great job but then I found that under my nail I had a fungus growing because they don't use clean utensils and don't properly clean their stations after each customer. I noticed that they didn't clean their tools between customers when I could still see the dust from another customers nails on the table and all over on the grinder and tips. From how big this spot is and how green it is it shows it has been growing since I got my nails done originally. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Spend your money elsewhere where they'll actually wash and clean their utensils and actually care about fungus growing on a persons nail. Don't come here. read more

I went there to get my nails done for my brother's wedding. I have gotten shellac before (at different salons) and I LOVE it. I'm so clumsy with anything involving my hands, and my husband and I joke that I chip a nail before they're even done painting them with a traditional manicure. So I was excited to get mine done! The woman who did my nails was AWFUL. She filed my nails unevenly, and even when I pointed it out to her, she "fixed it" but not really at all. When she was doing my cuticles, she made me bleed and laughed it off. When she did my nails, she left marks in them and let pieces of dust fall in (that you could see on the fingernail). She also got some of the top coat of shellac on the other side of my finger (the non-nail side) and when I asked her if she could remove it for me, she told me that it would come off on it's own. (It didn't, I had to pick it off myself) Then, a few days later, my nails have already started looking bad. The edges are coming up pretty noticeably and I'm tempted to just take them off less than a week later (which is a bummer, because the whole point of shellac is to have the manicure last longer). So unfortunately, I should have just gotten a traditional manicure. :( Overall, the salon was very clean and the other employees were nice, but mine, not so much. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I got my nails done for homecoming, it's been a few weeks. My nails were clear and one was turning green. I broke my nail off because it was nasty. Once I got in good light I realized my nails are completely jacked! 'Gently rounded and natural' left me with pointy nails with detached edges, globs of dried dip at the cuticles. The only way to fix mine now will be to get the garbage dip removed and cut my nails down to the quick and wait for them to grow out. DO NOT GO HERE if you like your nails and want them to look nice. I literally can't look at my hands without getting angry at the sight of their destruction of my nails. I'm going to tell EVERYONE I meet about the awful work here. read more

Burned by their Buy one get gift certificates for the amount opening special. Girl working sold me "extra" gift certificates, but didn't bother to tell me they would expire before I could possibly use them! Sure I should've looked for an expiry date- that's on me, however I've been back 3 times and been a good customer and good tipper. Today for a manicure and a pedicure and they wouldn't honor the $46 remaining dollars I had. Wouldn't even discuss going 1/2 face value. You won't build a customer base treating your repeat customers that way! I will not be back! read more

Best pedi I have ever had and I am in my 50's. She took her time and spent a long time massaging my legs. I highly reccomend it. They are a little higher then most nail salons but worth every penny. It's new and clean and shiny. The reason for a four instead of a five is because the girls sit there and giggle and talk in their primary language. Every nail salon I have been to do the same but I think it's rude and uncalled for. They can speak English and should. read more

This was my first time to Elite Nails for a pedicure. Everyone was very nice and the atmosphere is relaxing. My only complaint is that she scraped my heel to the point of oozing (not quite bleeding) with the "cheese grater" skin remover thing. It's been painful to walk the last few days. My husband also says it's more expensive then the place I had gone to before (I routinely get gift certs for a pedicure for Mother's Day so he knows better than I do what it costs.) Update: It's been 12 days since I got this pedicure and it's the worst I've ever gotten. At a week, I noticed how much the polish was chipping. Last night, I noticed the polish almost completely gone from the toe next to my pinky toe. It's like it just fell right off. The nail is smooth so I can't imagine I scraped it on anything.
