He gave specific instructions to turn off the AC in order for him to be able to work on when he arrived. Mr Richardson an ex Marine was through and explained what he is doing. He diagnosed the problem and explain why the cooling gas had leaked dispute it is a new unit. Apparently the developer's AC contractor did not cap the valve after putting the gas. He did a through check after putting 3 pounds of gas. Plus service it cost around $200 which is competitively priced.

I responded to an ad I saw for Temp Control and Josh came back with a name brand system with a great energy efficiency rating that was considerably less than other quotes. While a little apprehensive because the price was so good, we decided to go with Josh. His team arrived when scheduled and completed the job on the same day while remaining very professional. While in the attic, they even noticed and pointed out a leak in our propane gas plumbing. The unit has been running well for over 6 months and saving us more on our power bill than we thought. I called Josh back yesterday to set up regular maintenance and he had Sam come out this morning. Sam was the one that also discovered the propane gas leak. When I called Josh I also asked if they might be able to take a look at a small mini split that we have had in the garage for several years which was not cooling well. Sam took care of the maintenance on the system they had installed and then he looked at the mini split. In no time Sam had it back cooling well and made a suggestion about my getting a cleaning kit for it, something I could do myself to save expense and further suggested how often it should be cleaned. I contacted this company a year ago when my a/c unit died. I saw the LibertyAir sticker and decided to call bc they installed it with the previous owners. It was so hot in my apartment and they were able to assess. I ended up going with them to place a completely new HVAC system cost me 12K. It had an air scrubber that I was not forced but encouraged to get. I was never forced into anything. In fact, the tech that came in asked me questions bc he didn't want me to spend a lot of money on the a/c unit, which I appreciated. I ended up getting the a/c with all the bells and whistles. I was referred to their home loan program that lets you do 18 months with % interest, and that has been a life saver. So, I was actually really disappointed that within a year I had to contact them bc it was leaking and had a clog. They were able to come at night and unclog the pipe. I signed up for their every 6 month check/tune-up. So another couple hundred dollars there... I like the company a lot as they are responsive. I just wish that the tech that came didn't leave a mess on my carpet, but overall good experiences!
