Jason sold us a dryer and said it was like new. We got it home and learned it had water damage and mold inside and it did not run. We called him several times, (his phone always goes to vm and mailbox is full) finally he answered, he made many promises and stood us up several occasions, we waited while he said he was going to come by with a replacement dryer. He eventually showed up a week later with his brother at 10:30 at night. He replaced our dryer with an older Maytag (not the new GE we originally thought we were purchasing), but after a few days, that one also began overheating, smells like burning and stopped working. Purchased washer and dryer, they were several hours late with the delivery. Both the washer and dryer were non functioning from day one. After three weeks of lying to me about how they were going to replace them, a small claims court case has been filed. Do not use them! They will only take your money and delivery you broken junk. Bought a freezer/fridge combo off of them on Letgo. They claimed it was working great in their ad. Larry also claimed that they were using it right before they were bringing it to me. When it arrived, it was room temperature and smelled like old hunting game. I got the unit home, it did not blow ANY cold air at all on either setting. Larry said for multiple days he would get it working and come fix it. He repeatedly said that it was working fine, they he slipped up and said that they stopped using it once power went. My guess is that they had an electrical surge and it blew the unit. Had a local appliance company come out and they said that the evaporator coil and heat exchange were shot and there is no refrigerant in the unit, which are very costly. The estimate is $600. Beware and do your research on Elite Appliance Services. From my own experience over the last two months I know the two brothers who run the business Larry and Jason Dowling are a fraud. They take deposits, substantial deposits, and do not provide the goods or services that you have paid for! Once they have your money they stop answering their phone and texts. Many promises will be made but they are all lies. Several reviewers have had similar experiences. The were selling a washer and wanted to meet in public for purchase. 1st red flag. Were late for meeting after we had already pushed it back an hour for their convenience. 2nd red flag. I called Larry and Jason Dowling to look at my fridge at my home. The freezer part was not working and the fridge itself was not keeping food items cool. They said they could fix it and all that was needed was to get a part for the fridge. They installed the part for my fridge. The part did not work and my fridge continues to not work. I called them numerous times to fix this and they have not done so. They claimed their part should work and did not know why it did not work. They said they would come by to see what the problem was but they have not done so despite numerous calls, text messages and even emails to them. Larry told my son that they had found a new fridge which was comparable to my fridge and he would send pictures of the fridge and for us to check it out. We never received any pictures of the fridge they claimed they found for us. They have not come by to follow up on why their part is not working for my fridge. I paid them $400 and they have not done what they said they would do. Larry and Jason Dowling said they do AC repair work. When I told them about my AC unit problems they said they had a unit which they could sell to me. They said they needed to sell the unit because they were moving. I paid them $187 for the unit but they never delivered the unit to me. Jason Dowling came to my house to look at AC unit. He said he needed to get a part for the unit. I offered to go with him to pick up the part however he declined my request to go with him. I paid him $280 to work on the AC unit but he has not completed his work. They have not delivered the AC unit I purchased nor have they completed the work they have started. They are difficult to reach or get in touch with. They do not respond to phone calls or text messages promptly. Their voicemail is either full or they do not answer their phones. When they do respond it's days later and they have excuses as to why they did not respond. While I sympathize with things which come up, they only let us know about these things days later. If they had issues or problems they should have let us know earlier so we could reschedule. Even when they make an appointment so they when they would come, they do not keep appointments or the times when they say they will come. They would make broad and vague promises as to when they would come. I would still have to call or text them to find out what's going on. I would end up waiting for them to show up and they never do. I texted them saying that they had until June 3rd to do their work and still no response from them. At this point I want them to do the right thing: finish what they started and do what they said they would do with my fridge and AC units or simply just refund my money. read more

Larry Dowling sold me an AC/Heat wall unit .for $300 and he was to install it in the wall for me . He ended up dropping it off in my carport 1 week later. So I had to pay some one to install it. After install the heat was not working after weeks of calling him and text he finally came out Only to remove parts that he said he had to repair . Witch now left me with no AC. after 2 weeks had gone by he told me he was having trouble finding the pert (heat coil ) to repair the unit. I asked him to please come back and put the part back in so I could use the air until he could find the part for the heat. but he has not been back to fix. So now I have paid $300. for a AC/Heat unit that does dot work at all. I had to go buy another AC unit and pay another guy to install. I paid $300. cash he wrote a receipt with a 1 year warranty. I bought this unit on 8-15-19 it is now 12-18-19 and I still have a broken unit and he has kept the parts that made the ac work . read more
