She doesn't make my nails too fat for my fingers which is really nice LOL sometimes when people are in a rush the shape doesn't look as nice as it should . But I have no complaints . I like it when the salon and the nail techs actually tried to get to know you it makes it more personable . A lot of other places they pretend to get to know you and next time you come in they're like hey how you doing what do you do ask all the same questions over and over and it gets very repetitive and impersonal but here they remember you and know your name or at least know your face LOL . Recommend 100% . If you ever have an issue with your nails say you went home and chipped it or you went home within 24 hours and noticed that when your nails are crooked or it fell off Purity nails is very understandable and they will work with you and fix it . I've actually seen them help fix somebody's pedicure after they drove home they noticed that they smudged some of their nail polish on their toes came right back to the store and they were fixed pretty quickly , the lady had a hot date with her so she wanted to have her toes perfect for him LOL .

I used to come here because of convenience of location and affordability but every single time I…read morehad bad experience (on the very good days, I would rate their service as slightly below average). The workers are treated poorly and it shows, no one is happy to do a service, they don't communicate well with customers. This one irks me the most: there is no point making appointment, they will make you wait 30-40 mins at the very least before seating you. Pros: good hours of operation/usually able to seat you with no appointment with in 30 mins. Affordable price for students: they offer 10% discount for IU students. Cons: rude customer service, don't respect appointments, my anxiety makes it hard to speak up but when I try to, they make me feel very bad for asking them to clean a bubble or brush hair in my polish... they act like they are doing me huge favor and make me feel very guilty for speaking up. not friendly staff. They do not use new tools between clients/not extremely sanitary but also are more gentle and don't cut your skin very much during manicures (unlike other salons in town). At best, I give it a "meh."
