Heather was so professional and sweet in giving me the balayage I wanted. We picked a stream of colour I liked and she took her time to ensure that my hair was taken care of. The whole process was $90 and took 2 1/2 hours. Other salons in California have told me that it would cost $200 and take over 4 hours. Overall, I would recommend Pure for your hair needs.

Book your next appointment here now!! I wanted to take my…read morelight brown hair to a dark blue/black as well as trim my very dead hair a fair amount shorter. This was a pretty big change but the staff here made sure that I was comfortable and excited for it each step of the way from my consult to the days after my appointment! My consult was the most comfortable one I've ever experienced; all of my questions were answered completely honestly (telling me how the color might affect my skin tone, how important the upkeep would be, how much that upkeep might cost-things other salons don't always want to tell you) and made me feel no pressured or discomfort in any way. The super sweet guy who spoke to me through my appointment explained that the salon doesn't run on commission and assured me that I would be very well taken care of in the hands of a newer employee named Shayna, and that this option would be more in my price range as opposed to seeing him, a master stylist. However, all of the newer stylists are supported by more senior stylists to make sure everything goes smoothly. A few days later I went back in to ask if I would be able to take a picture of the color swatch I was planning to go with as I was getting nervous about my upcoming appointment. The owner of the salon who happened to be up front sat with me and talked me through everything and gave me even more suggestions to make me more comfortable. It was so so sweet and all of the help leading up to the appointment made me nothing but excited to make the change! During my appointment with Shayna I was the most comfortable I have ever been during a hair appointment. She talked me thorough everything again, listened very carefully to everything I wanted and all of my questions and, most importantly, she freaking nailed it. I am obsessed with my new hair. The color is perfect despite it being a more challenging color, the cut is THE BEST CUT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. PERIOD. As if all of this wasn't enough, I woke up a few days later to a voicemail from Shayna checking in, asking how I was feeling and if I had any questions about everything we changed. I was so impressed and grateful. The service at this salon is unmatched. Final note that's very important: the salon and employees had by far the best Covid-19 procedures I've seen in any business yet. When you enter employees touch the door handles and everything else so multiple people aren't touching, a mask is required during every point in your appointment. There is hand sanitizer at the door, you have to use it, they take your temperature, the whole thing. I can't say enough good things (as you probably noticed from the length of this) but please just do your hair a favor and go see the Royale team!

3/20/18 I came in for a cut and color and really loved what…read morethey did for me. I had Rachel for my hair washing and color and she did a fantastic job. My color is bright and even, and she really listened to what I wanted. She also has a fantastic personality and is easy to chat with while she works. Jade cut my hair and before she began we talked about what I wanted and I showed her a couple of pictures of what I had in mind. She also did exactly what I wanted, and it looks great! I have had many experiences with stylists ignoring what I've asked for and just doing whatever they felt like and then I end up having to go and get it corrected. Not here! They took their time and did everything just right! This will be my go-to salon from now on. I couldn't be happier!

The staff created so much in their care for her. She has total faith in her hair being able to be done properly. At the youthful age of 13 she has renewed faith because of the total skills and competency of the staff here. If you are considering hair care, this is the place you want. So much knowledge, experience and care here. A beautiful, clean salon and such a relaxing environment. We may have brought a very excited feel for a short time, however, the previous experience had us skeptical. So we were definitely energized and thankful once the realization that such an establishment was there to succeed, and wtih ease. This place has what it takes and more. We highly recommend this salon and would say don't hesitate or look any further. This is a top notch establishment.

Hair Techniques caught my eye from the road, and they had some good reviews on Facebook/Google+, so I thought I'd give them a try. Everybody there is super nice and welcoming. Stephanie does a great job with my hair, and Marisa does fantastic massage work as well. Pricing is incredibly fair, in my humble opinion. Obviously I can't speak first-hand for their women's salon services, but all of the women I've seen in there during my visits have been happy and appear to be "regulars," so I'm guessing that's no coincidence. Oh, and the location provides lots of convenient parking, if that matters to you. Give them a try if you're looking!

The fairy tale ending for me was...I walked in looking/feeling like an old hag....I walked out feeling cute/sexy....hey where's my crown??. Seriously...Kimberly was very professional and made me feel special. The salon itself was one of the cleanest EVER I have been to. Nice positive vibe in whole place. My hair was all the way down my back so there was plenty to work with and I was game to cut off around 6 inches, maybe a little more if needed. My hair was cut way shorter than I asked. The layers are uneven and there's an entire section without any at all. The ends aren't even in the front and the side bang I asked for is the saddest little chopped piece of hair. The color had purple undertones which I specifically said I didn't want. Everything about it was (is) awful. It was nothing like I asked for. She didn't even show me the back before I left the salon or maybe I would have seen how bad it looked. I was too upset to ask at the time. I left in tears and couldn't stand to look at myself in the mirror for over a week. It made me feel physically ill I asked for a refund or even partial so I could get it fixed. I'm a single parent and haircuts like this are a rare treat. I was refused. Miranda offered to fix it or a free cut but I was, and am, completely uncomfortable with her touching my hair again.
