He greeted me with a smile, asked how my day was going, and made genuine small talk while measuring my tires and taking care of everything. He was honest and clear about how long the service would take, signed me up for text message updates, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Overall, it was a wonderful experience -- which isn't something you always expect at a tire shop. I highly recommend this location for tires and anything tire-related for your vehicle. Great customer service makes all the difference, and Aurelius delivered. The price was on point with the competition and they had what I needed within 48 hours when I originally got my tires and today it was zero dollars to rotate and balance them because I purchased it from them. I think the service quality is amazing.

I knew at the time of purchase that the tires were fairly worn and was told by the pre-purchase inspection tech that I "should replace them before winter" (it was early spring). There was a nearby Discount Tire so I drove by and set up an appointment for the following day. I showed up for my appointment and the tech came out and inspected the nail and measured the wear on the other tires that had no nails. The Discount Tire employee took less than 30 seconds before he told me "they couldn't plug the tire and rambled off some DOT standard". I called another shop and they said "that sounds just like Discount, if it's in the top I can repair it." The other location (Big O Tire) had knowledgeable techs, was family owned, and gave me plenty of advice and fixed the tire for free. The tech at Big O said "they won't repair your tire but they will let you drive out of there with a nail stuck in your tire... which one seems more safe?" Not to mention, if it only took 30 seconds why in the world didn't they look when I was in the day before? In comparison the employees at Discount Tire seemed like minimum wage / teenagers who know little about cars and just serve the corporate bottom line. If at all possible forget Discount Tire exists. They aren't there to serve you.

All they had to do was just take the light out and put in a new one. They decided to take more than THREE hours. Which caused me to be late to work, even though i booked this appointment with extra time, just in case it took longer. So if it was barely busy, just a headlight i had a week ahead appointment and yet it took 3 hours to change?.. The thing that made me a little annoyed. was the fact that they charged me around $300 so double of what i had in mind. Definitely scamming situation. Later that week, I had to go to Grease monkey because not even a week in my headlight, went out completely. This was so frustrating because i know i overly paid, i even asked the workers at Grease monkey and they said it shouldn't even cost or take that much for the headlight it's self. I went back to them, they did see my car as soon as I told them what happened, which i respect. They said i would be looking at the same price once again. NO thank you! Do not come here unless you know your prices. I know they charged me a lot for labor, but you guys had at least 2 other people in the waiting room decent amount of workers, and yet they decided to charge me a huge amount for the "work" labor. Barely needed to touch my car. If anything i just recommend going on youtube and finding a tutorial. I could have saved myself all that time and money. But if you guys need a close place, Definitely go right across! much better service! and are actually reliable and don't just see you as money walking in and out.

Listen friends, family, community looking to find a home on wheels... My mother and I purchased a Wildwood RV #3907 on their lot at the end of last year. We went in with full transparency as I had been forced from my mountain home and was looking for something to live in until my home was repaired (still not). Our sales person, Vince, was a nice older gentleman. They knew what we planned to tow with, our needs, our timeline, and our budget. We asked questions, while looking at it; it was cold in December, so we looked at it plugged it- all worked. Not only did $16,000 turn into like $23,000 out the door, (WTF?!), but a month later when I went to start living in it, the power doesn't work. They told me there was a brand new battery and a full tank of propane, NO...they lied. Batter was dead, no propane. I called and was basically told, too bad-TWICE!!! So, I replaced the battery and refilled the propane. Does not work. No heat, no electricity! In Colorado, in December. Now, I have someone come out with meters and there is an energy suck/leak somewhere on the 12v side. I was also told, in December, that the temporary blinds would be ordered and sent. I called a month ago and spoke to the parts manager, Josh, and told him the whole sad story. He actually listened. I was grateful. Josh, parts manager, asked me about an order form I should have with my paperwork...low and behold Vince, filled out the top and never filled out the rest so the blinds never got ordered. Josh, told me their usual process and the ball was dropped, so he ordered and told me he would look into the issue I have had since buying the RV. Great! I thought... That was on a Friday. I called Monday and got his voicemail. I left a message for Josh, inquiring about the blinds-if I could please bring the RV there to have someone look at the electrical issue, and at the same time have someone install the blinds for me. It is hot in Colorado, and there is not power in my RV can, so I do not want to unnecessarily struggle with my disabled ass twisting and turning to do this. I also thought he was really going to look into this because, really? There are lemon laws for cars...I will get another freaking lawyer if I have to...omg! I called back Wednesday and was routed to VM for Josh, again. OH, Josh called to confirm our address to send out the blinds, so I called back the same week and was kicked to VM again. I left another message and emailed letting Josh, parts manager at Camper World in Longmont, who I am sure can pick up a line to let someone know regardless and/or route my very real and fair issue through the proper channels to the proper persons to handle this appropriately. I was ghosted. Now, I am less than 2 months from no home and no options as I am saving to have an RV repair shop come help me get this handled. Shame on this establishment and those who blatantly disregarded me. I paid a lot of money for goods and you did not deliver...you scammed. I called within 30 days to report a very big issue. Unfortunately, they took advantage OR they do not care about their customers satisfaction and safety- it IS ALL ABOUT $$$$$ I will contact every social media platform and place to review possible. Actually, I am going to reach out to the news and radio stations too. I am a diabled teacher, a mother of 2 trying to create a safe space to be as our home flooded at the end of last year. Camper World screwed my family. Shameful.

From the beginning these guys were friendly and communicated clearly as to the time table for repairs. A lot of cars in the area had been damaged and so they were busy. Also, after reviewing the initial insurance estimate they said they'd need to talk to my insurance to cover the cost of all necessary repairs. They got my car done in the timeframe they stated, and I always appreciate it when an auto shop does that since it's unfortunately not that common. When I picked up my car, there were a few small dents that were still kind of noticeable, although in fairness they were likely rock chips, not from hail. So they said to bring it back the next day and they'd do their best to improve them as much as possible. So I dropped it off and they just needed 30 minutes to make the rock chips almost unnoticeable. Hopefully I won't need body work again anytime soon, but if I do I'm coming here, no doubt.
