DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are all talk and do not deliver or communicate with their customers in a timely manner. They wait until the last minute to do repairs and then it is a quick fix repair that isn't quality work. We purchased a 2025 camper from them and it broke during our walk through. Our camper has been broken since we purchased it and we have never had the camper working according to the specifications that we purchased it for. Any other company, to include car dealerships, in the world would make this right. They would not allow you to pay for something and leave with a defective product or at least make it right. The whole reason we purchased new and not used was to have a camper that was ready to go for the camping season. We paid top dollar for a new camper only to get what I can only equate to a used camper that immediately needs repairs. Camping world is friendly in their interactions with us. But when push comes to shove they do nothing but provide lip service. We have given them many opportunities to make this right on getting our repairs done in a timely manner and they refuse to call us back and all they do is say they will send emails to keep us quiet for a few days. Meanwhile our camper is sitting in their lot getting zero work done. And on top of that. They lost our brand new tire chalk blocks, our hitch blocks, and our propane take as well. The people working are kind and friendly but they have no clue when it comes to running service repairs and their entire team drops the ball, and all they can say is sorry. And from what I can tell from all the reviews they only respond to the people that give 5 stars and leave the unhappy customers unhappy. They should remove their giant American flag. They do not know the meaning of the American way or what an American work ethic means. And they claim to support military families. We are a military family my husband served 11 years. And my son is getting ready to leave for the Army in a month. This was the main purpose of this purchase to spend time with our son before he leaves to serve our country. And we are not able to use the camper that was paid for. It's a shame they treat their customers with such deceptive practices, and doing it with a smiling face knowing they are not going to follow up with someone is completely 100% un-American. America stands for truth, justice, integrity, honor, strength, duty, selfless service, courage, and loyalty. Something this company doesn't know the meaning or care to rectify. We purchased a travel trailer brand new with cash. The unit was delivered with a broken converter, a broken water pump (which caused the unit to flood), a broken water heater, the kitchen cabinets were on the ground, and the frame is broken, the manufacturer has deemed the unit TOTALED and unsafe to drive. Our lives were knowingly put in danger, and Longmont camping world has completely shut us out and ignored us. We were sold a brand new totaled unit, that is now being picked up by the manufacturer. We have not been able to use the trailer AT ALL, because it's never been in working condition. Longmont is extremely unprofessional and downright dirty. It's very scary knowing we were given a totaled unit and could have died on the road. Yet Longmont will not return or answer calls. We purchased a BRAND NEW camper from Camping World. What a terrible experience this has been! After taking the unit out for a one night trip we had to drive it back to Longmont (from Highlands Ranch) because of all the issues we identified - listed below. Camping World has now had our camper for 24 days and it is still not fully repaired. Of course now it's camping season and we've already had to miss a camping trip that was already paid for. So now we're making payments and paying for storage on a brand new camper that we cannot even use!!!! We have escalated this to the GM and the CEO of Camping World. Not a single response from either. 2022 New Coleman Lantern issues identified following pickup: Electrical cover was snapped off Interior of the front storage compartment had buckled Front stabilizer jacks - broken motor cannot be lowered due to the rotation pin/nut being snapped off Grill was rusted and had Styrofoam packaging seared to the sides Leak in the back corner under exterior fridge Leak under sink Every single lower screw holding the exterior siding at the bottom of the camper was either loose or about to fall out. The anode for the water heater in the rear was removed -the threads for the receiving side of it were corroded and rusted The exterior vents screen (metal) had all loose screws, one of which is completely stripped out causing a gap in the seal. I wanted to take a moment and reflect before I wrote this response ...but words cannot truly express just how terribly my first shopping experience at Camping World was today... I am absolutely disgusted by how horribly your sales person Brian Hermsen handled today's failed sale. I flew ALL the way from South Carolina to pick up a vehicle which he verbally assured me would be travel worthy to drive back home. I have been searching across the nation for a older, yet nice class b camper van and Brian assured me this vehicle would be travel ready by the time I arrived. I never haggled over the price and traveled with a cashier's check for the amount they requested ready to purchase my dream van. I never lost my composure even when he swore to me that he had tested the vehicle beforehand, which after being caught in his own lies, turned out that he had not touched that vehicle at all. He continued to try and assure me that the vehicle was reliable and it was an as is purchase. He promised new brakes on the vehicle before I arrived. Also a lie. He retracted that promise on site and stated it was as is and they should be fine. He promised a vehicle that had properly topped off fluids. None of the fluids were even marginal. Another lie. He assured me the vehicle would be safe to drive. The van would not go over 45 mph. It was surging and the brakes almost failed to stop the vehicle. It took 20 minutes to figure out why the vehicle wouldn't start due to the previous owner modifying the starting system! Obviously if Brian had truly test driven this car before, he would've known how to start it correct? He then had the audacity to blame it on everyone except himself. He blamed the mechanics as being mediocre and swore out loud about how horrible Camping World is as a company. Basically he blamed everyone except himself. I trusted you Brian and it set me back $800 in flights, $400 in hotel fees and various other expenses which I will NEVER recover. Camping World stands behind mediocrity like this? I hope not. These are people's dreams and salespeople like this will never be forgotten when I decide to purchase something bigger. My influence may not go far but I will share this horrible experience with everyone I know. I never like to feel negative about people but his lies have brought out a different view of salespeople at Camping World. Took our camper in with a leak after only 8 months of owning. Told our warranty wouldn't cover it. They said it was 10 hours of labor in addition to the damage they found. Took it for a 2nd opinion and was informed that the roof (that camping world sealed) was sealed with silicone! That's why it was leaking. Took 2 hours of labor, not 10. Camping world will not return our calls or emails. They ran over our wheel chocks and broke them. Didn't even bother to tell us. We just found it in our camper. These were vanishing fast during the Covid sales boom that is devouring mid-size RV inventory. Amidst the naysayers was one review talking about how great their experience was at the Longmont Camping World, so pinning our hopes on that single voice, we took a deep breath and called. We were promptly connected with a congenial salesman named Jayme Peitsmeyer. Now, weeks later, with our beautiful Springdale 202QBWE in the driveway and all the inevitable used RV post-purchase issues resolved satisfactorily, we would urge folks like us to call this facility and specifically request this outstanding young man. From the start of our selection and purchase process, Jayme went beyond the call of duty to communicate expeditiously and cheerfully, to share expert knowledge honestly, to research and mitigate issues that arose, to offer a fair deal in this seller's market, to accommodate our out-of-towner needs, and to honor his word when other salesmen might have blown us off after getting paid. That's huge! The blow-off is what we were led to expect from some other reviewers, and the risk we feared when contacting CW. Luckily, instead, we were able to comfortably purchase the RV we selected without having to drive thousands of miles to an out-of-state dealer who never would have responded like Jayme. We were also pleased with CW's dog-friendly facility that welcomed our pooches into air-conditioned comfort while we waited thru the purchasing process, delayed by the mass of buyers jumping into the "Turtle Clan" at the same time. And we're grateful for all the friendly staff who stopped by our table to pet our pups! Jayme didn't need to treat us so well. They are swamped with business! To his credit, Jayme acted with personal integrity as well as congeniality. We were also impressed with the warm customer service provided by Deb, Cole, Eric and Matt, the tech who guided our walk-thru. All seemed authentically personable and shared good information. But Jayme was the star, persistent and effective in his efforts to rectify a few unforeseen things weeks after the deal was closed. So, dear readers, please take our experience to heart. Updated review. Jessica was friendly but mislead us on multiple specs on the trailer. Also got scammed with the walk through that was $1500 dollars. The associate told us nothing that I already didn't know even as a first time buyer. Also asked them not install/drill my brake controller on the dash as we were selling that vehicle. Came back to only find out they they drilled in right into the dash. I was "lucky" enough to talk with the GM Tim or maybe it was Chris one time, never heard back after that. So disappointed with how they handled things. I was told they would get me the monthly payments I told them I wanted to be at. However not only did that not happen and the payments were $50 higher than I wanted, they also ran multi inquires on my credit when I only authorized one to be done, which each time one is run it drops ones credit score and those inquires stay on your credit for a couple of years. In addition, when I spoke with my insurance to inquire about the cost of insurance come to find out the price of the trailer was almost $5,000 above the MSRP. 2016 Jayco Eagle HT, purchased new, January, 16; used approx 150 nites as of 10/17/17. It is a LEMON . Initial issues fixed by CW after multiple trips in: - leaking bathroom vent - faulty bedroom reading light - non-working USB outlet on kitchen island - non- working outlet near dining table - non-working kitchen slide out - outside lights won't shut off - we have one tire mysteriously worn down to the Tyron core, which your service people can't explain. ----------------------------------- Issues on current trip which began 10/1: - whatever "fix" your people did to get the above "outside lights" issue fixed, made the other switches on the panel inoperable. -The water heater cannot be turned off; - Electricity to the slides failed; we were preparing to bring them in and move; couldn't haul the unit anywhere for repair & couldn't have it towed. We spent 2 days last week trying to get that fixed. - Wheel bearing failed as we were travelling yesterday. Not only does that need replaced, but so does the axle! This train wreck is becoming unsafe to drive, not to mention another full day spent repairing our fairly new 5th wheel. In a word - awful! Like many others on this page, if zero starts were an option, I would have selected it in a heartbeat. My first Camping World story goes like this: 65 minutes to "check in" my pop-up and that's with a scheduled "appointment." 60 minutes to "check out" when I picked it up. No communication from the day is dropped until scheduled pick-up day. In reality, they did NOTHING on my unit until I started making multiple phone calls and sending emails, seeking a pick-up time. They missed the scheduled delivery date. When I was handed the bill, to say it was exorbitant would be kind. Several sketchy charges; e.g., $99 "shop supplies" with multiple entries of 30 minutes labor charges, that could have/should have, in my opinion, been covered by the "$249, 45-point service." Long story short - a bill, well over $700. When I challenged shop supplies and a charge for fixing something I had told them to ignore, the price mysteriously was reduced. "A paperwork error," I was told. When processing payment, they over-billed me by $182. So, more waiting time while the only person authorized to refund transactions was located. All the while, I was overhearing angry customers on multiple phone calls. Not a fun place to be. I won't be back. read more

Wish I could put zero stars. Bought my camper from them in 2013. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with in a parts department. There lack of communication and utter disregard for their customers is appalling. After calling 21 times, leaving 4 voicemails, and speaking with the receptionist 8 times (all from 8am to 5pm), I still could not get a hold of one person in their service department, much less get a call back. Ended up having to drive there after work to ask when I can get my camper back. Their answer disgusted me since they had known for a week when I needed it back, and what was wrong with it, yet they had not called or communicated and had only started looking for the part THAT DAY! I needed my camper back in the next 48 hours and they were "hoping to get the part in time". In the time they spend ignoring calls, I bet they could have found the part. Camping World seems to have moral problems - their employees don't seem happy to be there, it's not a pleasant place to be a customer, and I suspect behind the scenes that Corporate must not care enough to fix things. I called Camping World in Longmont to confirm stock availability for a Travasak bedding system that showed 'Hot Item Quantities Limited' on the online site. My call was routed to the parts department who couldn't locate the item at the time, but took my name and phone number with a promise to get back with availability. After no response by the end of the work day I called again and spoke with the same parts employee. He told me they didn't have any Travasaks in stock and that although the online system showed availability, "That's all controlled by stuffed shirts at Corporate who have no idea what's in the stores." So I gave up and ordered a competitors product online (at higher cost actually). But that weekend we ended up at the Longmont Camping World shopping for other items. And there right smack in the front of the aisles was a big Travasak display with all sizes and colors in stock. I asked the checkout lady if they had just arrived and she said no, they had been there for at least a month. Weird thing is we had a similar experience with the Henderson Nevada Camping World store earlier this spring. We called to get product and availability information and the clerk was very curt and unhelpful. We ended up just going to Wal-Mart and avoiding the hassle. read more

Inexperienced RV owner meets technically knowledgeable sales/service people. They got me set up with the equipment I needed, balked on a technicality to NOT honor their $39 installation special and took about a week longer than promised to complete the work. Took some phone calls to get a response as to when my vehicle would be ready. When I picked it up I was asked if "someone told you that there were some extra charges." What? Add $300 to the already steep cost of service. Took the rig home and yep, they left the back of the RV covered with detritus from the service...metal shavings, sawdust, pieces of electrical wire, etc. Oh and someone over there stole the quarters out of my change holder. This place should be called Fail World because they can't seem to get anything done. Ever. First experience; I needed new awning fabric put on my older model camper and was told "No problem, easy job". I payed ahead of time for the fabric, labor and the stupid Good Sam membership and was told it would take a day or so to get it installed. Great! No appointments available for over a month, but no worries, I can wait. A month later I drop off my camper and a couple of days go by with no updates. Figuring they hit a snag, I call up for status and come to find out they're not even sure they have my camper. Crossed wires with some of the techs, understandable, it happens when you're servicing so many rigs. I get a call back later that day that they have the camper in the shop and to not worry, it's an easy job and will be done the next day. By the end of the next day, I haven't heard anything so again I call for status. They can't find my camper or any of the paper work....again. Ok, so this is a bad sign. I insist that they go find the damn thing (while I wait on the line) and find out what's going on with it. The tech comes back saying I need to come down and pick up the camper because they can't install the awning fabric. I get down there and one of the sales guy says that my awning framework is "too old" and they haven't ever seen an awning frame this old. The camper is a 1986, but awnings have been available on campers decades before mine came along. Oh well, there's nothing they can do so I get my refund (minus the stupid Good Sam membership) and go on my way. I was curious about their claim of my awning being too old so I did a bit of digging. Turns out that it was a very very common model with thousands of them being used over many model years by just about every camper manufacturer out there. So their claim of the framework being too old was absolute BS. Later that Summer I notice some pretty serious leaks in the roof after a rain storm and had very little desire to fix it myself. Since Camping World is so close I thought I would give them another chance. I set up an appointment (8 weeks down the road), pay for the parts/labor right off the bat and then wait 2 months for my number to be called. To my surprise, I get a call a couple of weeks later to bring it in! They seem very enthusiastic about getting the project underway and I'll be able to pick it up in 3-4 days. A week goes by and I don't hear a peep. I am an understanding person and know things can get pushed around so I decide to give them a shout. I am told by the person working the phone that they haven't been able to get to it but she swears it's going in the shop later today and will be done by Friday. Many apologies are passed my way because of the lack of contact. End of day Friday and I still haven't heard a word. I again call and am put on infinite hold only to be hung up on. I call back again and no one has any clue as to who took my previous call but they are checking on it now. After a short hold another person comes on the line to tell me that my camper is waiting on a authorization from me to continue work and it's been waiting for over a week. No one can tell me why I was never contacted, only that it was a oversight and they are very sorry blah blah blah. The reason they needed my authorization was to charge me more labor. Apparently aluminum roofs are not covered in their roof repair plan so they want to charge me their hourly labor cost plus material cost to resurface the roof and no, they can't tell me how long it will take so no, they could not give me a estimate. That last trip was the last straw. I picked up my camper, got my money back and let them and everyone in there store know that I will never return. read more

Went here today for the first time to get a part for my RV and what a mistake that ended up being. Prices in here are absolutely ridiculous, a simple side marker light was $11.99 and I can get one any other place for half this price. I needed a special switch and the parts guy located one that looked right, but when I got home it was not the right one. So I drove 40 miles and wasted my time coming to this place. While I was waiting a customer in front of me got into a heated argument that almost became violent with a parts representative. The switch I ended up buying was marked $6.66 on the shelf but rang up for $8.99. I will never come to this place ever again, it is like being in a dysfunctional Wal-Mart for RV parts. read more

We bought a new Winnebago 2017 View in AZ. Had some issues. Longmont camping world was very helpful. When we dropped off the vehicle Cameron, service writer, went out to the vehicle, took comprehensive notes on each concern we had, and took a few minutes to quickly show me how to set TV channels which I couldn't quite get. They fixed our water leak, checked the air conditioner and made a few more warranty adjustments within the scheduled block of time. When we picked up the RV Joey, service writer, went thru each item and explained what was fixed. During that process, Troy, the service manager, joined us and helped us replace our leaking hose. He noticed that, although the air conditioner was working, it wasn't cooling sufficiently. They requested that Casper, one of the service techs, join us. It was determined that the covers on the air conditioner were rotated improperly (by the factory) and it wasn't venting correctly. Without their determination and expertise that improvement in cooling would have been missed. Joey then made an adjustment to the balanced owed since the air conditioner diagnosis and repair was, in fact, covered by warranty and "made it right." It seemed to us that all involved enjoyed working together, were conscientious and took pride in providing excellent customer service. We highly recommend the service department. read more

The Business Manager claimed that a clerk found an RTD tax that we owed, despite his assurances when we paid for the trailer, everything was taken care of. After paying the tax, since the Buyers Order has a clause that allows Camping World to charge more than the agreed upon amount, we were finally able to put permanent plates on camper 6 months after the purchase date. If you like dealing with a sleazy and dishonest dealership go to Camping World otherwise, take your business somewhere else. read more

Drove up to Camping World in Longmont (50 miles for us) we bought a step stool and a few other items and spent about $100. The cashier asked us to sign up for the Sam's Club Discount Card $25 and if we did they would give us a $10 coupon to spend in their store. So we did but the coupon he gave us expired in a few days. I told him that we would need to use it now because we can't drive back 50 miles just to use their coupon in a few days. He said Management would not let us use it today. We bought a used rv and needed some items repaired. When we called CW to make an appt we were told that the next available appt was 6 weeks out. Ok. So we made do. On the day of our appointment we showed up and dropped off the unit. A week later we had not had any progress reports so we called. We were told that our unit had not been brought into the shop yet. No reason was given. Another week went by before the work was started. The bathroom faucet was white plastic and needed to be replaced. Without a call for approval a chrome faucet was selected and installed. The installation was a mess! They didn't scape the residue off the sink from old one before installing the new one. Looks awful Problem 2. The grey water tank valve was leaking and needed to be replaced. Once the job was begun the tech called to say that it would be cost effective to change the black water valve at the same time. We gave the go ahead. When we used them for the first time the new grey water valve leaks and they did not replace the other valve. When my husband emailed the tech he was basically told that's the way it goes. We spent nearly $600 and are not much better off than before the repairs. Find a local rv shop and give them your business. Problem 3 While preparing for a trip we noticed a film on the side of the rv. Opened the hot water heater and the plug had been removed and the water supply turned off. However the wAter was not drained. It was obvious that they had begun to winterized it after we specifically told them not to. Avoid camping world. read more

I sure wish I would have read these reviews before we bought our used Minnie Winnie. I love our camper BUT when we bought it, it had some issues and was told they would fix them. THAT'S A JOKE!!! We are in the process of selling our home and our salesmen knew that. He knew we would be living in our camper for awhile. When we went to pick up or camper it was around 4;30 and everyone was ready to go home. When they were doing the walk around with us the guy showed us the plug and how to use it..he burned his fingers it was so hot when it told the guy working on it he said it was fine. When my husband showed him the burnt end he got pissy about it and said fine. It was replaced but not without an attitude. A few other things were also found and was told they would be fixed. We tried calling our salesmen but he didn't return our calls so we just went in to make an appt. That was a joke!!! all the service guy cared about was who was going to pay for the repairs!!! they sold us a camper that had not been immissioned or salesmen tried giving us a couple to get it done BS they need to do it! he even made the comment "we would sell a camper that has NOT had immissions done on it" LOL well they did. We took our camper in as scheduled and guess what...they didn't show us as having an appt. bt the took it anyway. We had to get a hotel for 2 days costing us $200. we went to pick it up and NOTHING had been done they have to order parts and that will take 2 weeks. We were planning a trip but now that isn't going to happen. and now we will have to spend money AGAIN on another hotel room when they get the parts in. This is or first camper and this place has put a bad taste in our mouths. We want to start out small and go from there but I have a feeling this will be our one and only! I recently had an unusual situation with a trailer I had inherited and was perplexed about how I could resolve it. It had never been titled and I need some assistance from some professionals. At the suggestion of my local Credit Union I called Camping World and spoke to David. After explaining my situation he responded immediately and I received not only great advice but the appraisal on the trailer I needed to finally title it so my family could put it to good use. ZERO STARS!!!! RUN!!! As fast as you can!! The absolute WORST service we have ever received for any purchase hands down. I'm not one for writing reviews but if my time submitting this one can spare just one family from the horrifying experiences (yes plural) we've had with this dealer / service department, then it was time well spent!!! There is a reason every review for these scam artists is either a one or zero! You cannot find a more incompetent service team and dealership! It appears the back to back warranty work they attempted to do for our trailer is right in line with the horrific repairs the rest of the reviewers have experienced. What's worse is we purchased our trailer from this dealer back in December of 2012 - so all work was warranty work! Bad from start to finish! For starters they have your vehicle for MONTHS at a time. In the 2+ years we have owned this trailer it has been in their possession 9+ months. When you finally do get it back not only is it not fixed, more than likely something else is wrong they are responsible for. We had a broken kitchen sink faucet. The earliest appointment they had was two months out (and this was off season). When we dropped off the trailer it was in the fall but well before freezing weather. When we scheduled the appointment we specifically asked the tech if we needed to winterize and was advised not to, as they had to run water through the faucet to test the new one. Before dropping off we did drain the trailer but did not winterize per the tech's instructions. During the 5+ months they had our trailer we had to call in over 10 times to get an update on the status. Unfortunately when they actually got our vehicle into the shop to start service (3+ months after we dropped it off), we come to find out (after a long freeze) they completely deny the fact they told us not to winterize. Upon escalation even the Service Manager - Mark Schieber and the General Manager - Scott Falkman deny that any of their techs would have instructed us not to winterize. Needless to say we were furious they would conduct their business so unethically. Furthermore, had they completed the work in the timeframe they said they would, this never would have been an issue. They blamed the delay on JAYCO (the manufacturer) and said there was a delay in parts. A 3 month delay it appears. Five months later we finally got a call from our tech letting us know our trailer was ready for pick up. The completely tragic ending to an already horrific experience was the tech actually had the balls to ask if we wanted them to winterize it for $128!!!!!! Obviously we told them to pound sand and just wanted to get our trailer back (and never set sight on the Camping World Longmont store again)! Upon picking up the trailer the new faucet they installed was over tightened, threads stripped and was leaking water! They said we could leave it there and they would order a replacement part. We (not so graciously) declined their offer and asked that they ship us the faucet when it arrived. My husband got the new one installed CORRECTLY in under 10 minutes! Hoping our ordeal was finally over, unfortunately we found out this past weekend it was not. Our first trip out for this season was without hot water. There was a 4 inch crack on the aluminum water tank that was not present when we dropped it off last fall. Go figure! At the end of both camping seasons we dropped it off for warranty work, and sadly picked it up both times with incomplete repairs and new damages. Not only have they lost a service customer, they have also lost a new camper purchase! BIG. HUGE purchase! If this is the type of service they provide to the buyers of their campers, it boggles the mind how they treat unknowns who just need a simple repair. Boy I should have looked here before bringing my camper in for service! Just like 90% of everyone else on here Camping World Longmont "service" department gets zero stars from me. I'm not sure how this service department stays in business! In the future I will avoid them at all costs. Took 12 weeks to replace a simple diode on my black tank, which should have been fully covered under their stupid good sam warranty. Went to pick up my unit and I received a bill for an extra hour of labor and extra parts used on a warranty covered install. I ask why am I being charged for something that should have been covered under warranty and their answer was warranty only covers 2 hours and it took us 3 hours. BS! This place is a rip off! I should have known they were sneaky with the amount of forms I had to sign before dropping our camper off. Fool me once shame on you.......Fool me twice shame on me. I won't be back. There are plenty of other places in the Longmont area for RV service. I bet you'll find shorter lead times and better installers. read more

Three years ago I took my fifth wheel to Camping World Longmont to have new holding tank installed. It was three months to get it done and the biggest jury rig job that I have ever seen. Instead of putting the right tank got one that had to put a frame under it to hold it up to the floor for the toilet. What I should have done was not to accept it like that, but after three months we were ready to go camping trip. THE COMMUNICATIONS WITH THIS CAMPING WORLD AT LONGMONT SUCKS, there people don't have a clue at what CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. I wouldn't take my kids tricycle to this place. BAD SERVICE FROM PARTS TO THE MECHANICS THAT WORK THERE. They also have a problem of things missing from the camper after being worked on, JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAMPING WORLD...... read more

Bought a used pop up not even a month ago, brought it home and it sat for a few weeks. Popped it up to pack for camping trip and everything inside was soaking wet. When I bought it they said it's as is but on your first trip if you find something wrong bring it back and we will see what we can do to fix it and make it right. I haven't even taken it on a trip so I called and spoke to the manager and he wouldn't budge, just kept saying you bought it as is. Not yeah bring it in we will find the leak and see what the repair cost will be..nothing. So much for customer loyalty. read more
