I went for an oil change and CV boot replacement but they told me I couldn't do the…read moreoil change because the oil pan was leaking, they told me there were other leaks in the power steering and radiator as well. Gave me a 3000 estimate and tried to pressure me to set an appointment for it all. I took it to another guy who determined the actual problem was an oil solenoid valve had leaked oil all over everything, sending oil all down through the whole engine. That was the fluid and the fix on that was less than 300. Of course I went with the other shop.

Rather than wash his hands of us as a customer, he contracted with a Jeep dealer he trusts in Denver and worked directly with them to get the problem diagnosed and repaired. He didn't even charge us for the countless hours he spent working on the issue because he didn't find the root cause. I can't imagine another shop being so invested in fixing a problem and also not trying to gouge the customer or even try to recoup their own costs. They have a loyal customer because of how well they treated us.

Are 2010 Ford Edge Limited was priced fairly not high or low. The car was thoroughly inspected before buying. They put on new all weather tires and new brakes on all four period after the test drive we noticed a few areas on the body and a small rattle in the front only when you turned in a sharp Circle. Scott was very professional and diligent to fix all of the items we requested before buying the car. We were very pleased with the attention to detail and also enjoy it the Christian music that was playing in the waiting area. We drove over an hour all the way from Lone Tree and took a chance and had a wonderful experience. Cannot recommend them enough. My CEL ended up turning back on multiple times. Each time, I brought my car back to this location…read moreand they were unable to diagnose the problem and the communication I received was delayed and completely inadequate. After multiple visits over nearly a month (most of which they kept my car), they informed me that I needed to bring my car to a Chevy Service center to be diagnosed, where they (Chevy) informed me that I had a timing chain rattle, indicating that I was near engine failure AND that they would need to re-replace the parts installed by Brakes Plus in order to even diagnose the problem properly. I am now out the $3000 I paid to have the fuel injector system installed, my car AND a months' worth of work (I am a delivery driver). I have completely changed my opinion of this location and will no longer be using them for any services.
