Unfortunately , they no longer work on individual laptop only corporations so I have to find somewhere new.

The woman who answered the phone put me on hold for a few minutes, and then got back on the phone and said since I left an "unfair" review they would not offer their warranty services! I asked her if anything in my original review was untrue? She replied no, but that I had agreed to the $90. Yes I did, but that's like a tire company charging you more for a Jaguar tire vs a Hyundai tire for the same tire. It's price gouging and now it's blackmail for you to not offer the warranty you have to finish / fix the issue I paid your for unless I delete or change my review.. Shame on you - I hired someone else
