I think they take the items to another location to be washed, I saw a truck unloading clothes last time I was there. I got a suit dry cleaned and it was cheaper than another dry cleaner in the area I've tried. It was ready 2 days after I dropped it off. They did a good job on the suit. There was some red wine splashed on the bottom pant leg and they attached a note saying it was too tough to safely remove. So that stain was still there, but besides that it was cleaned and ironed very nicely. I will go back for sure.

In addition, we clearly specified that NO scented products were to be used. We got our clothes back reeking of some nauseating perfumed laundry product. All of our clothes will have to be rewashed. I don't know whether the stench will come out even then. My husband is severely disabled and uses crutches and a wheelchair. I am usually his sole caregiver and do the laundry myself. I broke my ankle 2 weeks ago and had surgery. I can barely stand up on crutches. I can not walk any distance at all. This facility is in Mesa AZ, not Charlotte.

I had to redo now two loads, defeating the purpose entirely. The cost was definitely not worth as I had to redo it twice. The costumer services was minimal almost inexistent. I have a 28" waist so there's no way it was sewn to the correct pinning location. Additionally, one of them had a big black scuff on it that I had to get out that was not there before alterations. I called and left a VM with no response. Called a few more times to follow up and no one ever answered. Will likely return for cleaning as they did a nice job, but do not waste your time getting anything altered here! Super disappointing.

I came back a few days later to pick up my husband's shirt. I dropped of a brand new white button up shirt and I got nervous that there might me some yellow staining. But nope! It looked good and crisp! My husband was happy with the shirt and needed it to look nice for a wedding he's in. Not my go to spot, but I'll definitely drop stuff off here when needed.
