On the day of cleaning after I accepted the quote a complete cleaning of my home was done, deep clean. It looked great, and since I was selling my place I needed it. I believe it helped me get under contract so quickly having a home that was very well cleaned. I did have some blinds that were damaged due to cleaning. However, I believe that was due to age of the blinds and nothing to do with negligence. Accidents happen - and Dustbunny did offer to pay for a new blind for me - which I declined since they did such a great job and the blinds were old anyways. Thank you for the hard work and I would recommend this cleaning service.

TLDR, I was charged $220 for carpet cleaning for ONE ROOM and 2 office chairs. The entire cleaning…read moretook about 20-30 min. Below average cleaning result but overall fairly shady business practice. Their entire business practice is seemingly based on sales and additional made up charges. On the actual cleaning, the tech was pretty professional and was clearly trained to point out all the differences he made and upsold. The carpet was a bit better than before he got here, though it's unclear to me whether it's what a home machine couldn't do or he did that great of a job. He also didn't vacuum before cleaning the carpet and started spraying right away. Overall, the process took less than 30min. Now comes to the worst part, their sales tactics which is largely bait and switch. When I first inquired, after giving all of the information(1 room, 2 chairs, high rise) and my address, I was quoted 129. When I tried to book, I was told the minimum would be 199, when I pointed out the difference, they settled on 150 and said it would cover all of the cleaning for the room and 2 chairs. They also mentioned that the price was charged because how small the work is, not necessarily reflecting the actual price they charge. However, after the tech arrived and moved all of his equipments up, he quoted me 260 because of the additional services he recommended on the carpet. Suddenly the 150 minimal was just a starting price for 1 room. After some back and forth, I rejected some of his recommendation and opt for one option cause he promised it would pull out the marks on the carpet better, which I'm not sure whether it was actually implemented or that it made any difference. Cherry on the cake is that they also charged a 9% fee on top of their price and 3% CR charges. After I paid, I realized that the state of IL does not tax on services and I still haven't gotten their receipt to my email. If you'd rather go through the cycle, spend a couple of hours of your time waiting for their real price for a mediocre result, than just go ahead and book them. Otherwise, avoid them at all costs.

Unfortunately, the two crew members who came to my unit did the bare minimum. Equipment and supplies: Our place was vacant so I had no cleaning supplies, was told the crew would bring it all. They didn't bring a vacuum. They brought limited cleaning products. What they did well: - Windows and floors What they did poorly: -Closet and kitchen cabinets, completely uncleaned. I did a walk through and asked them to wipe down the kitchen cabinets and closets. They just used a dirty wet rag for all of it and still missed the mark. -did not clean the shower walls (tile / grout) or the tub AT ALL. completely dry. Even dust still on the top of the tile. They were responsive and nice when I texted the manager. Offered a 10% discount which I took, and they offered to send the crew back but I declined (I had to get back to work, and didn't have trust or time to walk professional cleaners on how to clean). I basically paid to get windows and floors cleaned and am now cleaning everything myself again and have to call in another service that actually cleans. $300+ wasted.
