His staff were very pleasant to deal with. I'm writing this review because we had this system installed a week after we had our Lexus SUV returned for the second time after it was stolen. We were woken up at 1:37AM with the security system activated. We saw a young man getting out of the car before jumping into the waiting vehicle. Our CCTV system recorded the same MO as last time. Punch out the rear window Photograph the VIN, pull out the glove box and access the engine control unit. IGLA let the car start but killed the engine a second later as they put the car in reverse. Interior damage a new window and a trip to the body shop (we likely won't get it back for 4-6 months - supply chain shortage with Lexus. Thanks Martin and thank you IGLA!

I thought it might be the pandemic and it might be time to give them another chance. Boy do I regret it. I made an appointment weeks in advance for an early morning and put both online and with the lady on the phone that the a/c was not working -- the air blows but it doesn't get cold. Brought my car in on time. The person at the desk told me they couldn't say when it would be looked at as they "only have two a/c techs." Went for a local appointment and walked by Eccles 2 hours later -- my car was still in the same spot I left it. Went home, called four hours after I'd left my car there for an update as I hadn't heard anything. They hadn't looked at it yet and didn't know "where it is in the lineup." ??? Isn't the point of having a 9:30 appointment that it is in the 9:30 slot? Isn't that what anyone would expect for an appointment anywhere? Would anyone who works at Eccles be ok with this themselves -- dinner reservations, dentists, doctors, haircuts, anything? You show up at 9:30, hang around until 1:30, ask them when you'll be seen and they tell you they don't know where you are in the lineup? No. I told them in that case I would come pick up my car and take it to the dealership. Did so. Got there and got my keys and the lady said, "I'm sorry, I was hoping I could get it looked at today, but we only have two a/c techs." WHY ON EARTH ARE YOU OFFERING A SERVICE THAT YOU CAN'T DO? If you can't do it, don't make us go through the effort of time off work to bring it in only for you to hold the car hostage because you aren't actually able to fill the service that day. How long would it have been sitting in that lot, waiting just for someone to look at it and figure out what's wrong? Never again. Never ever ever taking a car of mine to Eccles ever again.

Then they said that it's probably both of my sensors that needs to be replaced and so that was done but my engine light was still on to which they said that there is no issue and that it's ok that it's still on. Called Beverly Tire and advised them of same and was told that he wouldn't believe what Toyota has to say. Really?! I was basically told that their mechanics are perfect and make no mistakes on their work. Then I was told that I could bring it in so they can check it to see if there is anything else that needs so called fixing. No thanks!! Pathetic customer service. Your mechanics are NOT perfect, they are human beings who make mistakes!

I said that I had never been there before and their answer was "You will come back". About 6 sets of tires later, I still go back and recommend these guys to everyone. They have saved me lots of money by providing good advice and pricing. Give them a try next time you are looking for tires or auto service. Plus they will store your off season tires for you there!

No stars was not an option, so one star it is. I spent $3000 here on Friday March 6, 2026 to have…read morethe timing belt and other maintenance done on my Honda CRV. The next day, the low oil light came on. I had to pull over at the side of the road to check - indeed there was no oil measured using the dipstick. Luckily, I was a few hundred metres from a RONA, where I bought oil, and then a quick trip to the Honda dealership. Closed for the weekend, but today I learned that the timing belt had been installed incorrectly, so the oil had all leaked out. I was that close to have a seized engine and thousand of dollars in repairs. I called Active Green + Ross and they said they would do nothing unless I could drive the vehicle back to them...without oil....and I thought they were the car experts! So, they elected to take no responsibility whatsoever for correcting their mistake. I have the photos and description of their shoddy 'repair' from the Honda Dealership, but they say 'only our photos will do'. In my opinion, this is how an unreliable and unethical company operates. Rather than doing the right thing, always finding a reason not to. So, I will be contacting my lawyer and initiating a small claims court case. Obviously, this is a lot of time and stress. My recommendation is to stay away from this place. You have choices and you should choose a place that stands behind their work.
