Rusty Parsons came highly recommended to me by my realtor and when my realtor told me I needed to get a service such as my own private home inspection, I did not hesitate. Rusty's service was 10000000/10. I could not have ask for a more thorough home inspector than Rusty. Rusty was able to identify many issues that would have cost me thousands of dollars down the road without his keen eye and obvious expertise in this field. Rusty allowed me and my realtor the opportunity to address all of the issues that he identified with my new construction home, with construction. His expertise allowed me to ensure that I was getting quality and wasn't going in blind, closing on a home that only seemed aesthetically pleasing. Rusty and Elite Analysis, Thank you so much. I cannot thank you all enough. To the person reading my review, if you think you don't need to hire your own private home inspector, let me be your sign that you do. There's no one else for the job that I would recommend more than Rusty Parsons at Elite Analysis. The name speaks for itself. read more

I was referred to Rusty by someone who had used his inspection services about three years ago and was very pleased, and I can see why. From the start, Rusty was extremely thorough and detailed with his inspection. He carefully went through the property and pointed out not only the big concerns but also smaller things that could matter down the road. His report was clear and easy to understand, which gave me a much better picture of what I was walking into. What I really appreciated was that Rusty didn't stop at just handing me the report. He made himself available afterward through both text and phone calls to help clarify a few things and give me guidance as I moved closer to closing. That extra step really showed he cares about the people he's working with, not just the job itself. I'm very glad I was referred to him, and I wouldn't hesitate to pass along the same recommendation to anyone else looking for a reliable and trustworthy inspector. read more

Rusty was referred to me when I was looking for someone to complete a wind mitigation inspection for my homeowner's insurance policy. We got the appointment set up quickly and he provided an email advising what I needed to do on the day of the inspection. Rusty was very professional and arrived right on time. The inspection was completed quickly and I was surprised at how reasonable the fee was - I was expecting at least $10-15 more than he charged. The report was emailed to me that evening, and he even updated it for me real-time when I realized that I had forgotten to mention the hurricane shutters that came with the house. I sent the report off to the insurance company that night and was notified today that they are knocking about 3k off of my premium! Highly recommended. read more

We've had seven houses inspected for purchasing. With the great help from Elite Analysis, we passed on three that were sub-par. They looked great superficially but the excellent work from Rusty brought various problems to our attention. The four that we did buy for rental purposes were all quality homes that we were quickly able to rent to tenants. All of the minor flaws in those homes were clearly identified with narrative and photos of the issue in the report that was provided by Elite. I'd heartily recommend this company and, indeed, intend to use it again in the future. As we purchased each house, we also had Rusty perform the four points inspection to reduce our insurance costs. Great work! Kudos! read more

I highly recommend using Rusty for your home inspection. I have now used him for 10 different properties and he has done right by me every time. His reports are detailed and easy to read. He goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is looked over and well documented with detailed pictures. I have called him multiple times after 9:00pm and he answers every time and sends any reports and answers questions I ask. I have bought a few properties without even seeing them myself. I send Rusty in there and he gives me detailed reports. Highly Recommend! read more

As a full time Realtor I always recommend Rusty to my clients. I know they will be in good hands with Rusty's expertise and knowledge. He is always on time and very thorough with his inspections. The biggest plus is the 90 days insurance coverage on his inspections. Twice I have had clients move into a home only to have a problem with an item that was working at the time of the inspection and final walk through. This coverage was available to my client and covered the costs of the damage. All ended well and I had a client for life. Thank you, Rusty. read more

Our inspector Rusty was amazing, he spend more than 2h doing the house inspection. He made pictures of all the issues, he explained the concerns and took his time to answer my questions. The report was several pages long, we are very happy with the outcome. We also recived 90 days warranty this is a big plus. The day after inspection Rusty emailed us and stated that he will help us with getting water and elcetricity connected in the new house so we do not need to worry about another errand on top of moving in. Buying a house can be extremely stressful that is why I am so grateful for locating a great home inspection company. Rusty was awesome, the inspection was thorough, he took the time to explain his finding to me with recommendation to remedy any problems found. It is not my first home buying experience but it is the first time I've done this alone so it gave me peace of mind to have someone who is extremely competent, Rusty from Elite Analysis. By the way their guarantee can't be beat. read more

I was referred to Rusty by a home insurance agent. Since insurance company wants to know every detail, I know for sure he will do a thorough examination. It turned out my place is in a decent shape and I was able to get a very good insurance price. The total charge for doing the four point examination and wind mitigation was very reasonable (I had a quote from the other guy asking for twice the price.). I am more than happy to recommend their service to anyone I know. read more

Moving from across the country I have been worried about making sure the house I am buying won't have any problems. They did such a great detail on the inspection report with pictures and everything and I mean they checked EVERYTHING! I was surprised after getting the inspection to receive another email from them, they went over and beyond and checked to see if anything in the house was recalled. Made me feel more ease of buying my home. Highly recommend this company! read more

I had a wind mitigation inspection done by Elite Analysis back in 2015, and I reached back out this year to have a new one done after having my roof replaced. I was able to easily schedule my appointment online for the following week. I received an email confirmation as well as a reminder prior to my appointment. Rusty was friendly, professional, performed a thorough inspection, and emailed the report with photos the same day. Highly recommend! read more

They were early, comprehensive in their inspection, and were able to explain everything to me in regular terms so that I knew exactly what I was looking at in the house I wanted to purchase. They took photographs of every issue and let us know what we should ask the homeowners. I really appreciated their thoroughness and amiability. I would highly recommend that you work with Rusty and invite him to your barbecues later - he's a good egg ; ) read more

When I called to set up an inspection, I had a sense that there was a genuine concern with my situation and a desire to educate me about the whole process. As for the inspection, the inspector was always clear in explaining everything to me. More than that, he remained ever neutral, sticking with just the facts. Finally, he was honest and generous in rushing to not charge me for services I did not need. A great company to work with. Thank you. read more

Elite Analysis did a thorough inspection of a condominium my daughter is proposing to buy. Their report allowed us to obtain in accurate detail the condition of some the more expensive items that aren't apparent to the naked eye, such as electrical, heating and A/C, appliances, plumbing, etc. Rusty, the tech who did the inspection, helped save us a lot of money in negotiating for the property. Elite Analysis is worth every penny. John Ehr read more
