They did not run the dishwasher as a result they missed the installation issues and those were not covered by the warranty. It should have been noted and fixed by the seller. Also the pool heater was skipped because it was "missing the panel". In fact the panel was rusted out so it was there - just broken in the bottom of the heater where it rusted through. That should have been noted as such (not missing & untestable). Both issues if noted properly would have had an impact in negotiations with the seller. The heater will be thousands to replace (more then just getting a panel) the washer cost 100$ to reinstall. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would! What an incredibly professional team of individuals! Yaneri & Angel both deserve 10 stars each. I reached out to multiple inspectors and this team shined infinitely above the rest! Yaneri was my initial contact and was just such a warm and consummate professional! She helped get our multiple inspections booked despite our short lead time and followed up continuously through every inspection. We used Angel for two inspections back-to-back on two different homes. After receiving his comprehensive inspection reports swiftly (multiple realtors commented on the reports being the most thorough they had ever seen) we were able to have all of the the inspection findings remedied to his recommendation. He also personally called us after each inspection to discuss the findings and followed-up with final in-person inspections, which he also was able to accommodate despite having such a short notice.
