Safe to say, after we moved in on 7/11, it's been a disaster of fixing things. Between moisture in the walls due to leaky windows and a toilet, to a hole in the subfloor resulting in the builder needing to rip up flooring. We had a bathroom exhaust vent condensing and leaking water (yes, you read that right). We have horrendous water pressure in the upper two floors. Condensation inside our dryer.
