Chris is a great guy and a fantastic home inspector! He took the time to explain the things he was seeing as I walked along with him. He is very knowledgable about the different systems of the house and investigates if he sees something that doesn't quite look right. His thermal imaging camera is an amazing tool and Chris is certified in accurately reading the output (not everyone is!) I did a LOT of research (I'm an engineer) into home inspectors and I can say I definitely made the right choice with Chris. He arrived early and got right to work. His report, including the 4-point inspection (optional) and Wind Mitigation (optional) arrived same day with tons of pictures and a few videos for instances where pictures just weren't good enough to show the issue. Thanks Chris! read more

I recently had the pleasure of working with Chris, and I couldn't be happier with his services. Not only is he extremely personable and responsive, but he is also incredibly skilled at what he does. Chris took the time to thoroughly inspect my home, and he provided detailed feedback on all aspects of the property. One of the things I appreciated most about Chris was his pricing. Compared to other inspectors in the area, his rates were very reasonable, and he didn't sacrifice quality or attention to detail to keep his prices competitive. Overall, I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a home inspector. His professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanor make him a standout in his field, and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again in the future. read more

Chris accomplished our home inspection prior to us purchasing a home. He was at the home on time and explained all the findings at the end. A very detailed inspector, which gives us the peace of mind we need during a home purchase. I received the report later that same day. Highly recommend Home Inspectors Group. Recomiendo a Home Inspectors Group. read more

Our inspector Chris was incredibly thorough. He went through every square inch of the property. He was efficient and pleasant and answered every question we had. He also gave us helpful tips. The inspection report was received the same day the inspection was done and was as thorough as Chris. The report was detailed with both photos and video (e.g., the Jacuzzi tub did not work - he filled it and videotaped when he hit the button to show it was not working). We have owned 3 homes and had them all inspected when buying. This was by far the most thorough inspection we have had. I would definitely recommend Chris and Home Inspectors Group. read more

I had a home inspection completed for me last week and my inspector was Chris whom was awesome. He confirmed our appointment again the morning of and when he arrived he went right to work. He was on the roof inspecting that and I also paid to have the termite inspection done too with us residing in Florida. I think the price of the inspection was fair and I received my report the same day. Payment was super easy with various options which made the process simply harmless. I would recommend this company to friends, family and colleagues alike that are in need of a home inspection. read more

Chris is a true professional, is very knowledgeable about all types of homes, and uses the latest technology to highlight the inner workings of the home, and what might need fixed. He is also prompt with the inspection timing, report and is competitive on price. Check them out next time you are under contract on a house- you won't be disappointed! read more
