I highly recommend this company. Very professional and efficient. I'm pretty sure I'm going to butcher the spelling of his name so I will just call him Q lol. My inspection was at 5pm and Q arrived around the 4:50p mark. He got out of the vehicle and immediately went to work. Q has a splendid personality and sense of humor. You get warranties and a concierge service that will take care of getting everything setup at your new house. The inspection was from 5p to 8p. The seller commented that he was slow, I told her no ma'am he's thorough and that's the type of quality I pay for. Thanks Q for the great business!
