Let me start by saying that I have had positive interactions with Rigo! The ladies that work here are rude, they don't listen, they cut you off and refuse to work with you. On top of it all I am always behind, every time I think I'm caught up, I am behind the following month. They call constantly. I have not ever had a car where the financial company calls staring at the grace period until you make a payment. The calls do get bothersome. I will say some staff have more willingness to listen and help and others you can absolutely tell don't care and are just there for work. read more

This financing company is the worst! They are a typical nasty financial institution. It's all about the money. My sister had financed with them and she did get 2 mo. behind bc she got laid off from her job, ended up in the hospital bc of her neurological issues (she has seizures) and then the car broke down so it needed to be repaired. They harassed her and called every day. They even went as far as somehow tracking down her old work and called there, they also called me! She communicated all of these things to them and they didn't GAF. They just wanted the money. The lady was very rude and had no compassion for the circumstances. I do not like putting out my personal business out in the air, but this review has to be done! Dawn and Rigo are 2 very professional and helpful staff members at Elite acceptance. I know that a lot of the bad reviews on here are probably related to making late payments and i am only saying this because I myself is a little late on making payments sometimes. Although they might seem a little rude to some, they are not rude at all. They have a job to do and their job is to make sure you pay for your loan and on time. If you do not like the way they treat you, then i would highly suggest that you pay for your car note on time. Regardless of the high fees people complain about or their credit score being damaged when making late payments and such, if it was not for Elite acceptance approving me for a loan with the bad credit that i had, i probably would not even have a car to go to work. With good communication through them when times are rough, believe me they are here to help and they will do whatever they could to help you get back on track. I was never mistreated by Dawn or Rigo. About a year ago I began working with Elite Acceptance, they gave me an opportunity to build my credit with what we all thought to be a reasonable reliable car; however I found myself in a bad situation in relationship to an undelivered promise on the end of a dealership. Rigo was right there with me from day one walking me through the process of remedy from their legal team to the mediation between myself and the dealership, little did I know that Mark the head of financing and Steve the Vice President were fighting and advocating for me making sure my rights were not violated and that we weren't taking a big financial loss. They professionally handled the situation from the beginning to the end being transparent about their business interests while simultaneously and predominantly showing me that they valued me both as a customer and human being. In the process of obtaining the remedy for this situation I got to know Rigo and Mark on a personal, first name basis, where they assisted me in planning for my next vehicle even directly interacting with multiple parties to ensure it was a success. I can proudly say that today I drove off of a lot with a car I'm proud of, knowing that it was obtained with the support of genuinely good people. Worst company to finance a car from they charge you more then what your car is worth. I do believe they write their own reviews LOL Rigo is the worst customer service representative. I've dealt with previous Representatives with this company who are very understanding but once this guy calls its threats to Repo vehicle and I'm only 15days passed due, and just tells you anything to make a payment. Don't understand how he is a supervisor which he claims he is. Said he wont charge a late payment but then hits your credit score with a late payment.
