First experience was Saturday 06/14/2025 walk-in after seeing a satisfactory-reasonably priced sedan on the "Legend Auto" website. Ben was very helpful with the test drive and customer attentiveness. Myself and my better half, made an appointment the next day to meet Sam in Finance. Great experience with negotiating terms and warranties for a beneficial monthly, for an economy vehicle and out the door key in hand vibe!!

    I have been looking for a German diesel vehicle for a couple weeks when I walked into this showroom. The owner, Hod showed me his options and I was happy to go home with a nice beige Mercedes E-class that drives wonderfully. Mr. Sam in the finance department made sure that I got a good rate with a co-signer and I couldn't be happier with the deal. Thank you legend Auto!

    The Jeep the day I bought it.

    This is a long story so get a drink and a snack friends. First off I've been dreaming of a Jeep wrangler my entire life. It's a big deal a huge deal if you may. I went down here 3 different times looking. Imagine this it's a hot day end of July 2025. I was very point blank with what I was willing to pay out the door. I knew I also wanted a warranty because well jeeps have problems. Yes I already know you don't have to tell me but I was prepared already. Over the asking price by 2,000 but I really wanted her shes so beautiful. I noticed on the test drive she had a problem speeding up but I thought maybe she's just slower no worries I'll upgrade later on. Finally get the heck outta there. I was so happy! Literally two weeks later the transmission slips. I'm at the stop light on greenback and auburn. The Jeep violently jerks in the intersection. I'm scared and upset. I call Ben no help there. All he said was did you purchase the warranty? So that tells me already they are not gonna do anything about it. So I have to wait 1,000 miles till my warranty will do anything. So I'm just driving around in a Jeep that could just break down anytime. During this time my track bar also falls off on cypress ave. on my way to drop my daughter off at school. My daughter and I could literally could have died. The entire Jeep started to shake violently. I get out and look underneath the track bar is off. I don't bother to call. They won't help anyway because Haad said he knocked the price down 1,500. So no room for repairs. Even my messed up rearview mirror. It took over 2 months to get it fixed with the warranty and another 1,000 dollars. Also track bars are not covered by the warranty. I noticed the alignment with my tailgate was off about 2 weeks after I bought it. That problem was far down on the list. So the other night I go to the store and finally use my tailgate. Wouldn't you know it wouldn't close. My partner had to sit in the back seat and hold it closed. It's really heavy by the way. It flew out right out of his hands driving home. I wasn't going to leave a review TBH. The more I thought about it I decided the people need to know. My opinion dont go here. I wouldn't recommend. I wouldn't even send my enemies here. I'm sure some people have an excellent experience but I didn't. There should be a option for negative stars. Anyway if you made it this far thanks for reading.

    This dealership sold my son (and I as I co-signed) a Cadillac Escalade that made it exactly 61 miles (the drive from sac to tracy, out home) before the motor went bad. We purchased the extended warranty out of an abundance of caution. So I was not worried.. As advised by the warranty company I took it to my Local GM dealer where they diagnosed it as needing a new motor. except the warranty company said the car was defective and not fit for sale to begin with so they wouldn't do anything about it. I paid for the diagnostic, paid for the tow (tracy to tracy Chevrolet) and then the to back to Sacramento to the dealer. At which point they said give me 8-10 days and we will replace the motor. Then they called asking me to pay $2000 towards the new motor.. I declined as I already paid over $1000 for the tows and diagnostic work done elsewhere. That was weeks ago and they won't even return my calls at this point. They have federal and state regulations that make it possible to get your money back regardless of what a dealer says. If it breaks right away, it was not fit for sale to begin with... those are federal and state laws that this dealer seems to think do apply to them. Now, I guess I have to hire an attorney because I'm paying for insurance and monthly payments on a car that sits back at their dealership. My son is in the marines and can't handle these matters because he's currently deployed overseas. .. it's just crazy to me that they basically ignored me and my good will until I basically have no choice but to start a law suit. If you've read this far what I can say is this, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, they have no desire to satisfy obligations, customers or even common courtesy of returning phone calls. If there was a 0 star option I would choose it.

The general manager, Baha, repeatedly assured us during the purchase process that the extended warranty could be canceled at any time without issue. Based on that representation, we agreed to purchase it. We canceled almost immediately -- and were charged roughly $900. It has now been nearly 30 days since the funds were returned to the dealership, and we still have not received our refund. The warranty company has already confirmed that the funds were sent back to the dealership nearly a month ago. At this point, there is no excuse. The money is simply being withheld. Communication has been unacceptable: Baha promises specific call times and never follows through He responds to texts, sets expectations, and then disappears He repeatedly deflects responsibility onto staff We are constantly told "someone will call back," and no one does. We've also dealt with Leanne in the office, who has been equally unhelpful -- providing vague updates, running us in circles, and ultimately ignoring follow-ups. The front desk has no answers, no visibility, and no ability to help. To make matters worse, the vehicle itself was sold to us with improper tires that failed within the first 1,000 miles. Once again, we were given promises that the issue would be handled -- and once again, nothing was done. Same pattern: overpromise, disappear, repeat. At this point, it feels less like incompetence and more like a deliberate strategy: Say whatever is needed to close the deal Assure the customer everything will be handled Then avoid, delay, and ignore until the customer gives up - AKA STEAL FROM YOU We are still waiting on money that rightfully belongs to us, with zero transparency and no accountability. If you are considering doing business here, understand this: Once they have your money, getting anything resolved becomes a completely different experience, try getting a refund - Good luck. Proceed with extreme caution.

    I wish I could give this rip off place negative five starts. Got totally ripped off on a used "as…read moreis" agreement car. The whole operation was shady and I shouldn't have trusted the one positive review I read on cargurus.com. Had I researched them thoroughly I would've found negative reviews and a BBB complaint by someone else who was scammed. Abdul Najem (business owner) assured me the car I was interested in buying was a "good car", however after purchasing it I immediately noticed the rear wiper wasn't working nor were the interior lights so I got an inspection done and they told me that the tire tread was at an illegally low level and there was an axle that needed to be replaced that would cost $1100. Also, two of the tires were only inflated 22 pounds and 28 pounds respectively. Since I told Mr. Najem about the latter two repairs right away he agreed to have them fixed at his own expense. The lights were fixed by his brother Mustafa but went out again a couple of weeks or so later and they replaced the bulbs. After four attempts at fixing the rear wiper (first Mustafa and then an outside electrical repair specialist) I decided to not continue to pursue it through them because it seemed to be an exercise in futility. After sending a demand letter threatening legal action he did reimburse me for the new tires I purchased but he refused to pay for the axle replacement. He claimed that the reason is because I didn't tell him until about three weeks after making the purchase, however that was the soonest I could get an appointment and the mechanic assured me that with the small number of miles I'd driven the vehicle so far that none of the problems they found could have been caused by me.

They could not. I have to say the attitude was crappy. They did not offer to pay me for them either so it's my fault for trusting them. This soured the experience for me.

It would cost me $4,500 to replace the whole transmission body, $6,000 if I were to get a brand new one. That is more money out of my pocket than I planned when I first decided to buy a car. They are a scam!! I was a first time car buyer and they took advantage of that. They only want your money. They do not care about taking care of you or selling you good quality cars. I would give it negative stars if possible. I feel cheated out of a good car buying experience.

I'm not a mechanic so I have no idea why but I guess the battery but they went above and beyond they drove to my to the vehicle got it started. I drove it to the dealership and they fixed it and I had it back again the same day. If you ask me that is above and beyond what a dealership has to do when selling a used vehicle. Over the years my family has purchased several vehicles from the dealership and they've always treated us with respect and this time they went above and beyond!!!
