I agree with everyone else on their reviews of this company! They are the worst, shadiest and most predatory lender out there. In fact they are so shady they might as well be called Lamp Shade Acceptance Corporation! I know, I used to be in finance and worked for a couple banks and also sold cars at one point in my life. I understand that they are primarily financing to those that have bad credit and also those that are poor. But this does not mean that you have to rip people off every chance you get! They charge you a ridiculous fee to pay online or to pay over the phone. I know, since I used to be a Business Banker that running people's cards costs a percentage but it does not cost as much as Elite is charging they are making a profit on people who pay online and also this is a cost of doing business. Its almost like charging for rent for their office. For me, I can not trust the US Postal Service to mail a check and not lose it so I have to pay online. Also, they charged the dealership a 1,000 acquisition fee to take my loan. I know a lot of sub prime lenders do this but its another way to rip people off even more! Most dealerships will absorb this fee as they want your business but the shady company I bought my car from did not. My two biggest complaints are that they have a 10 day grace period, which is on my contract and by law they can't charge you a late fee if you make the payment before these 10 days are up! Well not Elite, if you make the payment on a weekend even if the day is before your grace period they will charge you a late fee. Now I know this is illegal because it is a breech of contract! I asked one of their managers to wave it for me and she was very rude and said she would not. So I guess I will take that one up with my Lawyer. Seems like a great idea for a class action to me! Second complaint is that they are extremely rude! I realize a lot of us do not have a choice in financing through them but try to go with a more reputable company if you can. read more

As a Married (23 years), 40 year young father of 7 beautiful children, and a top performer in the sales industry,I seem to always find myself on the look out for inexpensive deals. I love customer service, and hate getting the run around on anything, especially when it comes to buying cars. Been there a thousand times already, and typically I just want to fall asleep while the guy is talking. However, my experience with Steve Christisan, and Stephanie Taylor from Elite Acceptance was absolutely, positively the best financing experience one could ask for. So much so, that not only did my wife and I finance our first car with them, that just last week we also financed our new Prius with even better rates. We are so happy with the customer service provided by Steve and Stephanie that we took our 22 year old first time car buyer to get her first car just yesterday. She was instantly approved.She loves her new car, and her payments are more then reasonable. But the best part is......... the financing is great!!!! Who's loving it? I am... I am so dissatisfied with this company and I've only have my car for 5 months. I made my first payment and set up ACH to come right out of my account no problem. The second payment comes out of my account, no problem. About 2 weeks later ANNA called me AT WORK stating I had not made my car payment and my insurance wasn't valid. I explained to her the money came out of my account, and that my insurance was fine and she could verify that herself as I am at work. She said "So, I am going to have to babysit this account I see since you can't pay your bills on time" I was so angry and again at work so I couldn't say much. (I work in a very professional setting) I hung up on her. She called back and said the tow truck was on there was to pick up my car. Me, in tears had to tell my boss I have to step out to take care of business, I called my bank and they said the money was received by the company and everything looks fine. I then called my insurance and they also said everything was fine. That wasn't enough for ANNA. I faxed over my bank statement and insurance paperwork, I also had to double pay that payment so they would take my car even after the bank said it came out. When I called ANNA to make sure she received everything she never answered the phone again. I left 5 messages and still to this day haven't heard back. She was beyond RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL!! If she was an employee of mine or the company I work for I would have fired her a** a long time ago. Now fast forward!!!!! My third payment. I called to make the payment over the phone because clearly they are not capable enough to take it out of my account. I had just been paid that day and hadn't used my card yet. I spoke with SUMMER, who by the way was very nice. She ran my payment twice and it was declined. She verified my address and they had it incorrect (of course they did) she fixed it and it still didn't work so again! I went to the bank and it showed it coming out my account 3 times (that's over $900) and they still wanted me to pay.) The bank reversed the money and I went in in person and paid my bill and cancelled my ACH. My fourth payment went great, went in, made a payment, then they tell me I have a late fee from the first payment, um no. You better take that off cause I proved it was fine and I left. TODAY!!!!! 5/28/15 (I just paid my payment 5/22/15) they took my payment out of my account! WHAT WHY THE HECK would you do that??? I called and the lady Sandra didn't even care, she tried to blame it on summer. Well it's no summer's fault that ANNA didn't cancel the ACH months ago like she was suppose to and why didn't this happen last time if the wasn't cancelled. She said well I will have to have Jennifer the office manager call you back by 5pm today. I can't wait to have this car paid off and I hope this place goes out of business!!!!! Worst loan company ever. They will rip you off in every part of your loan. This is a subtle warning. Do not do business with them. They make it difficult to make any kind of payment. About 90% of the employees are rude and have no customer service skills. Ive never been ripped off by a company who doesn't even try to hide it. When they get their money everything is great but if/when you fall in hard times they give 0 cares and transfer your portfolio to the worst customer service agents in the building. Rodrigo was definitely helpful and another young lady, who's name I forget at the moment we're great. But Nancy Ryan was a total B****. I never had the need to address a rude agent before but she definitely needed to be address in the way I did. From smart remarks to allegations to threats and judgment, she by far made the experience with EA terrible. Wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. I had barely any credit and was only about 6 months into my job. Elite Acceptance totally pulled through and approved me for my auto loan with a better interest rate then I thought I'd get. Then I moved to Canada. My wife had our son, things got tight and I figured I was going to lose my car. I have had my vehicle financed for 2 years with Elite. I don't have anything bad to say about them. I get my statements on time and I pay on time. My only gripe, and it's not Elites fault, is that the dealership told me after a year Elite would refinance me. I called and they informed me they don't do that. While the customer service has been kind and made the process easy, the man I initially spoke with (Mark or Mike...can't remember..) told me I could refinance through Elite in about a year. I contacted them after a year of making on-time payments, they let me know they don't refinance. I have to say that this company has to have been the worst loan company EVER. I paid off my car over a month ago and was told as I was standing there that it had been released electronically and that I should be receiving my pink slip in the mail from the DMV in a few weeks to a month. Well that was over a month ago and when I called today to find out what was going on they said that it had been released the day I paid it off ( IN CASH) and that I had to call the DMV to find out where it was. After waiting on hold with the DMV I find out that it has not been released to the DMV but that Elite Acceptance is still the lien holder on my car, that is paid off. So I call them back while on the phone still with DMV only to find out that they are trying to cover their butts by saying that they released it electronically today. That is NO EXCUSE. I am LIVID. I will NEVER refer anyone to these people or have anything nice to say. This is NOT the way you do business. You mess up YOU own up to it. You don't say "well I can't account for someone else". I am accountable for my coworker and vise versa. Take some classes on how to do your jobs! read more

My husband and I just got our car financed through this company and haven't even made our first payment yet and already are unsatisfied. Our loan got accepted on March 3rd. On March 9th, a lady by the name of Carol called and went over some additional questions with me. She asked me if the dealership had put the GPS system on my car. I told her we were told that it was installed before we left the dealership. She said ok and that she will call them for serial number. Our call ended. My husband and I got a call on Saturday, 3/12 from a guy name Mike, indicating that he needed to come install the GPS system on my car. Fine. We didn't call him back right away so I got a call today from Kelsey indicating that this Mike guy had been calling us multiple times and we haven't returned his phone call, so at this point, they need to have the GPS installed on my vehicle by tomorrow 3/17 at the latest or they will have to reject my loan and we'll have to return the car. First of all, it is not our fault that they actually didn't install it at the dealership like we were told they did. Second, Carol, Mike and Kelsey all set the tone for the conversation. They were all so incredibly rude right to begin with. I called Kelsey back after setting up an appt with Mike to come out today and she said great. Afterwards, I let her know again that he had only called us one time, and then because I just couldn't stand to talk to her anymore and I didn't want to get into an argument with her I hung up on her. Can't wait for this small loan to be paid off so we don't have to deal with them anymore. I would not recommend getting a loan through them at all. read more

I can tell you first of all I don't like finance companies, they are usually ruthless and unreasonable and rude. This isn't the case with Elite Acceptance. I've been accommodated every step of the way by them. The only thing they ask is for you to pay on time or within the 10 day grace period. If you are building credit then on time would be best. I had to have a device put on my car, and understood it was because I am an at risk bad credit customer, yet they agreed to help me anyway, if they had not I would have to wait till I saved up ALL the money to buy a vehicle I wanted. They didn't have online payments at first but remedied that quickly and we could make online payments. I've had two times I had to be late on my payment but paid within the 10day grace period after the due date. They never indicated on my credit report those payments were late. The women/men in the company provide to me GREAT customer service, and I've never been disrespected or talked down to. I read some other reviews and I've not experienced the negative things they claim. If I need to refinance a car in the future or anyone else I know, good or bad credit I'm going to recommend (and have) other people to use this company. read more

One star is the least it would let me give them. I have nothing good to say about this company. Rodrigo is the rudest "customer service rep" I have ever encountered. I couldn't imagine speaking to anyone the way he spoke to me in the name of "customer service." No one in the office knows what anyone else is doing. They do not make note of anything discussed over the phone. Either email them or record your phone calls or they will not follow through on anything they say and will constantly say you agreed to something that was never discussed. I have had a very good experience with Elite. I always get people on the phone when I've had to call that are very professional and nice. Sometimes they could be a bit friendlier but frankly they are not there to be my friend. They always thank me for calling and for my business. First of all 8.99 to make a payment over the phone is nothing quit complaining you're lucky they even helped you in the first place but to complain about 9 dollars is VERY ridiculous- I've been working with them for about a year and have never had a bad experience. Nancy Ryan is my all time favorite- she's the sweetest kindest most understanding individual ever. I love talking to her, she makes it so easy for me to call in and talk to her even if I'm struggling on making payments- usually you don't want to call in cause you feel they will threaten to pick up your car but not Nancy she tries really hard to help keep my car. If you like horrible customer service, you will LOVE Elite. From day 1 they were nothing but demanding and rude. They put a "kill device one my car" when I got a loan thru them. I said, OK, but if this thing malfunctions, are you going to pay to have the car towed and fixed where ever it is...Steve said, a flat "no". So, now that the car is paid off, will they remove it...Well, yes, if you drive the car to Sacramento ( I live in Las Vegas) and our guy we have will remove it So, I say to Monica,,,,we have mechanics in Las Vegas....she say's, sorry, you have to bring it to Sacramento. Now, the only reason I was on the phone with them, was that the previous month they had told me my title was being mailed it me, and guess what?? They never did......so a month later I had to call again for it. They are the worst bunch of people I have had to deal with, as a whole, in, I can't remember how long!
