Hey all you car shoppers! If you looking for a good car lot that studies your potential car; you need to go see Baha at Carology; you see, ology is the study of any subject so therefore Carology is a place that has keen knowledge and experience in the study of cars. My experience with this lot has been very pleasant and customer service driven. I purchased a 2009 Mini Cooper; I love this car. Its performance has been as expected, I must say I'm very particular and Baha (whom I call my adopted, brother )treated me like a spoiled sister! He makes sure everything is in running order before and after a closed sale. Go give him a visit see for your self. Thank you over and over again, Ruth read more

Carology really saved me from a hardship when I was in bed of a vehicle. My 2002 Prius died on me and I had no way of getting to work or even going to the grocery store. Luckily my friend referred me to Baha at Carology and he was able to get me sweet deal on my Mercedes despite having a low credit score! He even guaranteed me a 30day warranty on the vehicle and really made me feel like family. I highly recommend Carology and will refer all of my friends and family to them, Thanks Baha. read more

Appreciate the people here! Really helped me when I needed it most. Every other car place was trying to hang me! Have had my car for few months and forgot to leave a review. So happy I went here thank you so much! read more

We just had the BEST car buying experience here! We found the car (Subaru Outback) we were interested in online and drove up from the Central Valley to check it out. Absolutely loved it, it was clean and obviously well taken care of by its previous owners. Actually, all the cars on his lot seemed really nice. After test driving it, I asked them if they could just check out what looked like might be a small leak from the oil filter, thinking it might need to be tightened up or a new gasket. While checking, their mechanic noticed a potential problem with the timing belt cover and that the radiator looked a little brittle. Baja had them replace everything and covered the cost completely. We walked (drove) away with a new water pump, radiator, timing belt and cover, etc at no additional cost. It was abundantly clear that he cares about his buyers and that they get a good car without problems cropping up. I especially appreciated it, as this was our 18 year old daughter's first car purchase, and she and I were doing it together. He treated us women with respect and didn't try to gloss over anything... He went above and beyond to make sure the car was in excellent condition for us! Also, all the employees were kind and considerate... we had my newborn son with us, while car shopping (yikes!) and they offered me a cool place to nurse him and some water to hydrate... so thoughtful! I highly recommend Carology to anyone looking for a straightforward transaction with an upstanding crew! (Also, after reading the one bad review on here, I wanted to come back and edit this to say that NO this is not a fake review that they got us to put on here, despite what that one negative review person says! We are real people and are super stoked about a great car and a great experience!) read more

CAROLOGY - Used Car Dealers Near Me - Sacramento, California

First off I just want to say if I could rate this place with 0 stars I would. So this place has personally ruined my faith in used cars. They talk the talk but don't walk the walk. They say what they have to say to seem like your in good hands and not to worry about your credit and it's all lies. They don't return phone calls they don't do the things they say they will. And for what? Why would anyone say 1 thing and mean another? Stay away from these guys. I have started writing a letter to the BBB about the false advertising and other false claims. Hope people are smart enough to read reviews before wasting your time/money here or even worse by getting your hopes up and lying to your face read more

The good reviews are probably paid. Liars. Haven't even gotten my plates or registration after two months. They said they'd fix the headlight and ignore everything. Turns out the whole headlight assembly needs to be replaced and it'll cost 2k. Perfect example of slimy car dealership. Naveed and his manager (short fat Indian guy I can't remember his name. Big nose too) are lairs. read more

Recently purchased a Acura TXS from Carology. Baha and his brother have been amazing!!! Worked with us. Stays in communication with us. We got the full car fax and all information on the car. They have made sure even a month after our purchase that the car is running good and is having no issues. If you are looking for a Quality cars and Honest people then this is the place to go. We will definitely be purchasing from them again. Thank you again to Baha and his Team you guys are awesome!!! read more

Great selection of new cars, no rush no broken wallet make sure your car is tiptop to be on the road. I'd buy another car from here.

I bought a 2010 Honda Civic Coupe from Baha. He helped me get my monthly payments as low as possible. Super nice and honest about the car. He wasn't pushy at all. He showed me the Car Fax and laid everything out about what the vehicle has been through. He reassured me that the vehicle's maintenance was up to date with all fluids filled. He checked on me a month later and my car is running AMAZINGLY. If you're looking for honesty and quality, Baha is your salesman! Thank you so much Baha! read more

Registration was suppose to be completed back in April got pulled over for no registration and now I'm constantly getting a run around. Very unprofessional . And still don't have the registration and I OWN THE CAR ! read more

I would give 0 stars if I could , BaHa is always slacking on paperwork and titles , do not come here. All his 5 star reviews are fake from his own employees!! read more

Probably the worst car lot in all of Sacramento , all cars are thrashed auction cars. Not worth anything trying to overcharge people. Do not do business with these people. GO ELSEWHERE. BAHA remember the name read more

TRANNY Blew after 4 days of having the car!!!!!!And the guy ben said its a "AS IS" car lot. $2,500 down payment what a waste. Now its summer me and my family cant even drive in a descent car with AC!!!! DONT COME HERE.go to a real dealership! read more

Baja remember this man's name he will lie to you in your face to get your money then he will screw you over I bought A vehicle and the check engine light came on for days later catalytic converter $300-$356 a hundred and thirty to 1 hundred and70 $ for the labor this man tries to tell me $1000 so of course he put used parts in my vehicle and I don't believe even fixed it and then drove it 700 miles to make sure everything was all right so there is no rating that I can give this person besides 100 minus but you other consumers need to know that this man is no goodDon't believe the good reviews he got somebody to put them on there I know other people he had screwed over read more

Beware. Auction cars.. and everything is wrong with these cars. Took my car in to someone other than them, and $7000 worth of repairs and my car is not even worth $1000, yet I owe $4000 in payments. They drive the cars as their own personal vehicles, take them home and go on trips. Refused to sign my cancellation form for the extended warranty which is my right and the LAW, so legal actions have been filed since they don't know how to read their own contracts. SCAM. And the warranty is a worthless piece of crap. They don't ever tell the truth, and will try to get out of anything and everything with lies. Very good manipulators. They write their own reviews too. I hope this junk yard gets shut down. (; read more

Dont buy a car from here theyll reel you in and leave you with a junk car needing thousands in repairs , CARS ARE JUNK , all detailed so they sell but under the hood its junk , all auction cars , not trade ins not single owners , cars are junk read more

If there was an option to leave zero stars I would! This place is terrible and a huge scam! The salesman Baha will lie about anything to get a sale! I purchased a car from here and I never received my license plates! I called countless times and got nowhere, they eventually blocked my phone number and I had to call on a different number just to get a hold of them. Its been months and I still haven't received my plates. The car I purchased from them also has many problems, a week after I purchased the car the check engine light came on. It cost almost a thousand dollars to get the problem fixed. If you are looking to buy a car avoid this place at all costs !!! read more

I'm afraid we may be in a similar boat with this "dealership." We have called him 4x asking for the title for a car purchased in January (it's now the first week of April). Baha tells me last week that plates have been mailed and title submitted to DMV. When it didn't arrive, he then tells my husband he didn't say that and that he will, "ask the secretary when she mailed it" and to text him on Monday; no response to the text and now my calls go straight to a generic voicemail. He sure talks a hyped up story of treating his customers great and all his return clients due to how great and honest they are! I am believing that this can't possibly be reality by what I'm reading and our personal experience! read more

This guy Baha is the worst dealer I've ever dealt with. First it took me 3 weeks to get my money back from him in regard to paying him to fix my brakes. He took my $200, then didn't do the work. After rescheduling, still didn't happen because the guys never showed up. He forwards all of his calls. I had to wait 2 hours for him to arrive to finally give me my money back, after giving me excuses after excuses on why he couldn't just give me back my money for something I already paid to take care of. It's also been nearly 40 days without receiving my registration and title that he supposedly has "a guy for," and was supposed to hand over to me February 11th per his word after purchase and I have witnesses to attest to this. At this point I'm going straight to the authorities in the morning, and bringing in my attorney if necessary. I'm over it, and wish I had read the reviews before buying from this place. Also works for "Lending Group Auto" on Fulton. Don't even waste your time or money with these guys. I've had to put $1,000 into fixing my vehicle in the last month since purchasing it, and keep getting the run around. read more

I'm going to be really honest with everyone here please read this before buying a car ‼‼‼‼ STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE BAJA is a BITCH for selling a car that don't work he buys all these cars from Los Angeles he drives all the cars to his house and back hope all this gets shut down 2020 all these cars have something wrong with them he deletes the codes on all his cars you have to beg him for the registration he scams you out of gap insurance he makes you pay it and then takes the money to himself without you knowing because he has those type of friends in the business if you want to get fucked in the ass by all means come to this guy baha!!!!!!!! Come to find out the bank only wanted 1,000 down on a car he said you have to put 2,000 down he's camera is off so if you try to sue there in no evidence of you guys making the deal it will be harder for you to get your money back. He payes he's employees to write good reviews don't believe them !!!!!! He's a piece of shit . read more

I would highly recommend going through CAROLOGY they went above and beyond to help me get me approved for the loan and then went out of their way to get my payments as low as possible with how crappy my credit is. Big shout out to Naveed for pushing and pushing for me to get this car, no problems once so ever with the vehicle, everything was to the point. read more

Great service, relaced the windshield without hesitation. The place they referred me too was great and services were awesome! Carology definitely has been great so far!!! read more

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!! They make promises they do not intend to deliver on. The cars they sell you are not in the condition you think they are in. They ignore your phone calls after handing over your hard earned money to them and they don't care about customer service whatsoever. Check the DMV site, there are numerous filed complaints against them. read more

BUYER BEWARE! Left a deposit so I could have one of their cars inspected by my mecanic. Inspection found the motor and transmission to be leaking "everywhere", ball joints split, tie rod ends split, etc... Returned the vehicle and owner Baha was not there and would mail my refund the next day. Been told for the last month that there was a family emergency and the check is in the mail a number of times. Last time he even gave me check # and told me he was in the post office to mail it. Looks like I will have to pursue this legally. Stay away from this business!! read more

I recently needed to buy a car due to an accident. I was badly rear ended...so off I went to buy a new car. I shopped around for a week and stumbled across CAROLOGY. The nerd in me loves the name of course but I digress. I test drove a Prius and almost walked off the lot with it but decided to look at a few other cars just in case. I came back to CAROLOGY, because of the service and of course I loved the car. I had a Great experience, very friendly and outstanding. I always recommend doing your research and being prepared to buy a car. However, in the cases you don't feel comfortable I can say Naveed is very personable and the dreamy eyes don't hurt ladies lol. But seriously he will walk you through the process and he'll go the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable and happy with your purchase. I asked for a few things to get fixed and changed and he did it without giving me a hard time like some of the other experiences I've had at other car dealerships. CAROLOGY will work with you and keep in touch. In the end I felt like I was taken care of and isn't that what you want when you walk away from buying a car? read more
