I want to leave 5 stars I really do I contemplated 4 stars I kicked around even three stars, but…read moreI'm gonna settle and I hate to do it because it says things to consider in your review service, selection, value.. All of those are five stars. so here's why I gave them 2 ......... every time I have checked out and I get a reduced item whether it be from the recent 66% off spring shop or before that I never get the percentage off that it's supposed to be and you have to fight with the cash register person to get the correct Percentage or end up leaving the item behind because I don't wanna deal with it so my 2 star review is due to never having the correct sale price. I'm looking at a receipt now from three days ago. Where two items say 5.99 and one has a 2.99 sticker in orange the cash reg person chose the 5.99 sticker !! Hmmm convenient

My girlfriend and I had a terrible experience at this establishment. She tried to use the bathroom,…read morebut there was a sign indicating that it was being cleaned. She knocked on the door and saw three workers exiting. When she asked if she could use the bathroom, one of the workers rudely replied, "No, we're cleaning it." After that, the three workers left, and no one was cleaning the bathroom. Another customer approached us and shared that they had experienced the same situation with their child. Apparently, the workers use this tactic before closing the store to prevent customers from using the bathroom before they close and avoid having to clean it. To make matters worse, at the checkout counter, the cashier girl was extremely rude. She threw our bags and had a nasty expression on her face. Overall, this location is terrible.

They're low-moderately priced so you can easily decorate your home on a budget! They do appear to be preparing for inventory as several shelves have minimal merchandise in comparison to normally overflowing. In turn, you'll find those one-of-a-kind items and everyone will be asking, "Where did you get that!" Enjoy!

The…read moreowner, Michelle, is an awesome artist, and has a unique eye for paper and scrapbooking supplies. This is what sets her store apart from others. She dreams up the most interesting projects from scrapbook pages to mixed media albums and canvases. Her eye for design and color are one of the reason I shop there. I'm not always the best at deciding what goes with what. Michelle takes all the struggle out of that, for me, by organizing her store by theme and color. She strategically places the right embellishments with the right papers. I love this! I also spend too much! Another thing Michelle does is sponsor a three-day retreat in the spring and fall at Fin and Feather in Tahlequah, OK. I haven't been to one yet, but I'm signed up to go in April 2015. Can't wait! Everyone who has been signs up to go again, so it must be fun!

She FINALLY returned my phone messages last week & assured me it was right in front of her and she'd get right on it. This morning when the shop finally was reopened after being closed for almost 2 months, I went down there and the mat still had not been cut. AND I didn't even get an apology from her for not doing it. She told me she was sorry that I was frustrated! Not I'm sorry for not completing your order in a timely fashion. I don't see how she stays in business if this is the way she treats customers. I know my clients wouldn't stand for such treatment. I took my order straight over to Hobby Lobby and they just called me less than an hour later to tell me my order was ready. So what was so hard about that?!
