ALL of them said "It depends. You'll have to bring it in" (if they even answered the phone). Really? Luckily, I remembered this tailor shop located conveniently in Promenade Mall. I called and someone gave me an actual estimate of time and costs. I stopped in, got measured, paid up front and picked up my dress 10 days later. No complaints! Everyone there was really friendly. Only complaint is that on their website, it says if you friend them on FB, you'll get 10% off your bill. I brought that up when I was paying and she said she already took that off of the bill (one thing I hate about getting things altered. Pricing is super subjective, so you don't really know if you're paying what you're supposed to be).
