I've never had any issues getting appointments, and they are pretty good about fitting same day sick appointments in. The office is always clean, they have a separate 'sick' waiting room, which I really appreciate. The wait is normally very quick and we're in and out!

There is a well and sick entrance to the office which is nice. Staff is very nice and we can always call in and get an appointment. Walk ins are not allowed so for the most part appointments are on time. Tv plays disney movies in waiting area which is nice but there is limited seating (10 seats). Office is clean and there are two restrooms for parents/kids to use.

Seriously, they have a fantastic sense of humor that has a way of making your day, or at the very least, forces you to crack a smile. They also know how to handle serious and delicate situations with tact. Trust me, I certainly had a few between my three kiddos. The nurse or PA is also incredible. She's amazing with all three of my kids and always engages with them to make them feel comfortable. I honestly can't see taking my kids anywhere else. It's unfortunate that some of the reviews here are so contradicting. Truth is, not everyone is going to like the same pediatrician or office. Just like not everyone likes every person they've met, regardless how others perceive them. You just have to try for yourself to see if they are a good match for you and your family. Dr. Coit has been wonderful since the moment we met him. As the daughter in-law of a retired physician, it gives me confidence to see a doctor like Dr. Coit who has decades of experience, knowledge, and pleasant bedside manner. I've never had an appointment where my list of issues and questions were so completely and throughly answered. Printouts... homework and goals set. Very nice, clean and organized office. We eventually took our child to a specialist at Loma Linda, who told us the pediatrician's diagnosis and information were wrong. I cannot explain how terrifying it was to be told something was wrong with your child, only to later find out that it wasn't true. Both doctors involved in our experience showed a level of care and judgment that was extremely disappointing. What's even more concerning is that this is a teaching environment for future doctors. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Don't bring your child here!

Unfortunately, they were out of network and hadn't informed me beforehand. It's ultimately my responsibility to be aware of my network, but here's the kicker: my daughter was seen by the doctor for a mere two minutes before he informed me that she needed to be taken to Loma Linda Children's Hospital because it was a serious issue. We immediately drove to Loma Linda Children's Hospital and waited in the emergency room. After a thorough examination, the Loma Linda doctors sent us home, stating that she was 100% fine. They simply said, "I don't know what kind of doctor you took her to, but she's fine." As a result, we are now responsible for paying $300 for a two-minute visit, a scare that led us to believe there was a serious issue, and not to mention the five hours of travel and wait time at Loma Linda.

When we got home, we took him to his regular urgent care doc and she looked very confused/concerned and said to throw everything away. She said it was a simple bacterial infection, gave us a different cream and a different antibiotic and said it would be fine in a week. And it was. Now, I have to pay them money.

They have worked with us to get medical devices our daughter needs for safety, they've helped us with the IHSS process, and they've been more than willing to accommodate our daughters needs. 10/10 recommend every time. He isn't going to make huge issues out of nothing, and always has the best interest of his patients in mind. If you're looking for a no nonsense doctor with a remarkable reputation, and years of experience Dr. Millan is the doctor for you. The sign up at the door stated 2 minimum patients in the lobby. There was no patients waiting at the time of our arrival. We were forced to pay the entire cash price for the doctor visit plus my son's vaccination. The doctor shows up for 5 mins and he DID NOT EVEN KNOW THE BABY'S GENDER.
