I did order in fall, and the windows as promised ready in the 6-8 week time frame. We were in a deep freeze at that time. I didn't want to do the install until nicer weather. At this time the windows were installed. All 18 casements, bay window and sliding glass door. I couldn't be happier with the 2 day install for windows and flashing that they replaced throughout the outside of the house. The price was extremely reasonable for the amount of windows and work that was done, and lower then all the competition that had different sales pitches but I got windows for what I wanted not what was pushed to sell! Many text messages (they *do not* answer their phone - it goes straight to voicemail, telling you to text them) later, they've stopped even replying to text messages.
