VW uses dumb locks for the wiper blades so literally no parts stores have them. Have to grt them from VW or online. For that we drop a star. Haha. For the place itself this visit in particular was fine. Quick, cheap like $23, and on I went.

To improve customer satisfaction, protect buyer safety, and prevent similar issues for future patrons, the following corrective measures should be addressed: 1. Pre-Handover Quality Control & Sanitation Standards Implement a Mandatory Readiness Checklist: A formal pre-delivery inspection should be signed off by a manager prior to customer pickup. Simple safety and maintenance alerts--such as low tire pressure warnings--must be resolved before the vehicle leaves the lot. Enforce Rigorous Detailing Standards: Vehicles designated for detailing must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Leaving debris such as sunflower seed shells on the floor poses a severe health hazard to customers with life-threatening nut and seed allergies, in addition to reflecting poorly on your detailing team. 2. Vehicle Disclosure and Inspection Integrity Document and Disclose Vehicle Damage: Physical defects, such as cracked windshields, must be identified and disclosed to buyers prior to finalizing paperwork, with clear, written plans for repair or replacement provided upfront. 3. Alignment of Fueling Policies with Vehicle Requirements Provide Manufacturer-Recommended Fuel: The refusal to provide adequate fuel because a vehicle requires premium grade is unacceptable. Dealership policy should ensure that all vehicles delivered are filled with the correct fuel type specified by the manufacturer. 4. Post-Sale Tracking and Interdepartmental Communication Centralize "We-Owe" Commitments: Promised post-sale additions (such as window tinting) should be logged into a tracked management system with assigned representatives and clear timelines, eliminating the need for repeated customer follow-ups. Standardize Support Responses: Establish strict protocols for returning customer calls within 24 hours and ensure all departments provide consistent, accurate information regarding post-sale service appointments.

They Stepped Up. Brought the car in for regular maintenance…read moreand received text that said "immediate action was required". I called an my service advisor told me the work had to be done; sent me an invoice for cost and as I had a trip scheduled; I said do it. And that's when it all fell apart. 1. Part of the work was under warrantee, he wasn't aware of at first. 2. Then he told me they could not make repairs due to not having the parts. 3. Then it changed to he couldn't get car in because service team had the next 2 days off, 4. Then it was the car wouldn't be finished as the silicon had to harden. 5. I asked if I could make a 1400 mile trip with the car as it was, and he was like sure thing. Needless to say, I left feeling unsafe to be driving that distance and so I rented a car. It nagged at me~ did the car need immediate action? I called when I returned from my trip and spoke to Rich the Service Manager. He listened to my concern ; I had left with my car not having been repaired and I no longer felt safe driving it. More importantly I no longer had confidence in Brilliance Subaru. Rich stepped in and stepped up. He explained everything and listened to my concerns about "immediate action required". I told him, as a woman who does long distance driving~ any kind of driving, it's more dangerous if I break down on the tollroad. I need to feel safe in my care. I need my service advisor to tell me the truth about my vehicle and my safety. Rich made sure all the repairs were done and that my car was working. He apologized for the miscommunications, and I left feeling "safe". Brilliance fixed my car, explained it all, and I left on my next long distance trip in my own car, not a rental and it performed amazingly.
