Although I really appreciated my previous dentist, Dr. Tom is much better; he offers a far more comprehensive approach to treatment. He uses modern, up-to-date technology. He explains everything in detail and uses visual aids, photographs, and X-rays so you fully understand which procedures are necessary. He is a very pleasant, understanding, and non-judgmental person, and his team is excellent. I highly recommend him.

Since they know how to treat young children, my son has never known fear whenever going to the dentist. Even at his age now, he still misses rummaging through their toy box at the end of his visits, to leave with some little bauble as his prize. All of us have experienced nothing but the utmost knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and friendly care. Although there have been many opportunities to do procedures that would have greatly enhanced their profit margin, they have always spared us unnecessary dental work, and have gone out of their way to preserve and improve our teeth and gums. One of the dentists on staff even worked on an unusual dental problem I had on her own time and free of charge. The dental hygienists here, most notably, Jill, are absolutely top-notch. They are thorough, knowledgeable, very friendly, and put you at ease, while finding the best ways to minimize pain and discomfort. The reception and office staff are also the best, always remembering us with a smile. It almost feels like visiting with family when we go there!

They mix up phone numbers, appointment dates, appointment times, and will argue with you if you call them out on it, say they fixed it, only for it all to happen again at the next appointment. They have even made appointments for when the dentist isn't there (why are they even open on those days?!) and then argue about that. I still go here because the dentist rocks, but dear god does the front office need changing.

When I called back to ask why this wasn't mentioned her response was "it's not my job to repeat everything over and over again". I was told at the end of May that a refund check would be sent to me. I had a filling done back in May and I paid the amount they estimated I would owe. Got the bill from the insurance and I should have only paid half the amount that was estimated. No big deal. I called and was told my card would be refunded or a check would be sent. Two months later- Nothing! The sad part is this is not the first time this has happened. Back in 2016 I had to have a filling and the same thing happened. Same amount of money stolen from me because they claimed the insurance would not pay as much as they actually did. They even went after my dad for money for my account. I have dental insurance and my cleanings are fully covered. My dad was told I had an outstanding balance. First, I am a grown adult. They should not be telling my dad anything. Second, I never received a bill in the mail and they have never charged me for dental cleanings in the 5 years I have had my own insurance. I am going to call tomorrow and give them another chance to make this right. As of now they have overcharged me about $130 over the past 2 years and I am not happy about it.
